She patiently answered all of our questions leading up to the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly and on schedule the day of our reception. We also used their in-house DJ, Larry, who we met with over video a couple of times before the reception. I have so much praise for the venue, owner Rose, our incredible coordinator Jamie, and the entire staff. Here are the highlights: 1) They take care of SO many wedding details. This was huge for me because I wanted to minimize wedding-planning stress. Our package included the ceremony and reception spaces, lounge area, open bar with signature drinks, catering, DJ, florals for the space, photobooth, table settings/decorations, donut wall, and more. We really only had to arrange an officiant, photographer, cake, donuts, and our personal florals--and they even had recommendations for all of those. It made planning so much easier! 2) They're dog-friendly! Our pup Benji was able to be part of our ceremony, which was incredibly special to us. Dogs can't stay for the reception, but we hired a sitter who took care of Benji before and during the ceremony and brought him home afterward. I was so grateful that he could be included in such an important part of our day. 3) The pricing is very reasonable. We felt the pricing was straightforward and appreciated how flexible they were about helping us stay within our budget. Booking on a Friday evening or Sunday morning, for example, can be more affordable than a Saturday. I really felt like Rose was on our side and wanted to help us make it work. 4) The staff are wonderful. Rose was warm and welcoming from our very first tour, and the whole staff was incredibly kind and genuinely excited for us. And Jamie, our day-of coordinator, was AMAZING. She was attentive, organized, thoughtful, and somehow always seemed to know what I needed before I even asked. She handled all the little details that made the day run seamlessly, and both our family and bridal party were so impressed with her. She was truly a treasure! 5) Our guests loved it. Our family and friends raved about how smoothly everything ran, the food, open bar, DJ, photobooth, and the overall look and feel of the venue. They also appreciated the ample parking and were surprised by how beautiful the ceremony and reception spaces were inside. Interestingly, we had already attended two weddings at The Vintage Rose before having our own there, so we knew they knew what they were doing--and they absolutely delivered! Thought about spending an hour there but glad I paid for two hours of parking because I ended up staying for 1 & 1/2 hours. One of my favorite moments were simply sitting on a bench listening to all the birds. Hopefully you can hear them on the video. This is a peaceful place to unwind and definitely encourage you to visit.

The bartenders came across as standoffish and unwelcoming, which discouraged many guests, including myself, from returning for another drink. The coordinator seemed a bit overwhelmed but was clearly making an effort to keep things on track and honor the wedding traditions. Overall, this is a nice venue with great potential.
