We used vibrant vibes party planning for our daughter first birthday. It was Alice in Wonderland themed and they did an excellent job from start to finish!! Jasmine made the most Incredible ballon arch that was perfectly on theme and just gorgeous and huge!! They also catered the food for us and we had over 125 guests. They did an amazing job and also did the food to fit our theme so everything was presented tea party style. So we had mini sandwiches and charcuterie and treats that were exactly what we were looking for. They also decorated it all so cute and nicely and made little menus for each item showing the ingredients that were also Alice themed. They had a tent and chairs guy come the day before so everything was set up in advance with the tent which we were so grateful as it gave us time to prep the space. They also arranged for a bounce house to come the morning of and they got us a cute castle one that went with our theme perfectly too! I highly highly recommend them as a party planning one stop shop! They handled everything to bring for us and we couldn't be happier!! If I could give more than 5 stars i would! read more

I quite frankly don't even know where to start. Initially was sold on a vision and the result was extremely underwhelming. I booked them for my daughter's quince. As an executive with a keen eye for professionalism and communication, their mode of operation and execution was troubling at best and I would absolutely not recommend them to any of my networks or circles moving forward. Here's Part 1 of what went wrong: 1) They started decorating the day of, super late. They were still putting things up and setting up things inside when guest were already arriving. While, the Photo Booth area and candy bar area were probably the only thing that actually looked decent, so much went wrong with the Photo Booth. For one, I was informed the day prior that their usual equipment burned out, they told me not to worry because they got a new one and everything would be great. It wasn't. What folks were getting texted to them were photos that were so blurry that no one actually posted on their socials because of quality issues. I included samples here. Guests kept coming to me asking if they could get better quality copies at some point. When I asked Jasmine, she said "of course! And also, we'll be pulling together a cute album with all of the photos printed so she can keep for memories" -- so again, I let that slide and let guests know that in the coming days I would be providing cleaner copies. After two weeks passed, I texted Sean to inquire. I got no response for a week. I followed up again and his response was "in the invoice we never charged you for printed copies" -- I then had to text him the images that my guests received and how completely unacceptable that was, but also again, clearly he'd not talked to his wife. Without an apology, he then said "ok, if you create a Dropbox, I can clean them and drop them in for you over the next week." -- another week passed and nothing. I texted, no response. I waited a few more days, reached out again. Then he informed me that there was a family matter they were dealing with so just couldn't tackle that right now. Again, I was understanding and gave them another two week grace period. Texted him again, no response. At this point, I was absolutely at my wits end. So I then had to look up Jasmine's cell phone number and send her a firm text about how unprofessional this all was. Mind you, my daughter's Quince was on Sept 7th, it was now mid October. She responded with "I will get them to you by next week" -- a week and a half later, I received them all via iCloud. Which was never the agreement. And never received an apology or explanation. While the clean photos looked ok, it's now the end of October at this point, who's supposed to post these? My daughter said "mom, my friends stopped asking for these, weeks ago!" 2) 4) a few days before the party we realized there was a heat wave on the horizon for that date. So they said we should drop all the planned chandeliers and drapery, so it wouldn't get too hot and instead they would make some "beautiful balloon decorations" that would look "amazing" and that they would be bringing "3 giant air movers." As you can see from the photos the balloon decorations were laughable, I paid for chandelier and drapery set up, the least I expected were stunning balloon decorations. The air movers were tiny and they only brought two. I actually had to clean up a portable AC I had in the garage last minute that helped move air a bit better. I hosted some of my work executives and everything just looked so cheap. 3) It was clear that there was miscommunication amongst owners, when Jasmine came to look outside, we said "the chairs won't be flimsy correct?" -- she responded "no they will be beautiful. We usually use the nice wooden ones" -- the ones that were dropped off were the usual cheap and flimsy ones. When I reached out to Shawn, he again stated "wooden ones were not on the invoice" -- I again, had to let him know what his wife said. 4) when they came to look at the back and we together identified the area where dance floor would be. Shawn noted that dirt was uneven and stated "don't worry, we will come a few days before to come level off" -- then a few days before the party told me I should in essence buy some wood chips and figure it out before they arrived. The dance floor was small enough for only about 4 people to fit dancing. And when I inquired I was told "this is the size you paid for on the invoice" -- why would you give me that size? The whole point I got a party planner is because I'm extremely busy and needed experts to jump in to help me. If I would have been told the size was very small relative to the area, I would have paid extra. 5) After we initially met, I was promised a sit down to go over "story board" where we review everything together so that both my daughter can review and approve. Shawn was the main contact person and Jasmine is the designer. We were planning a party with about 50 guests for our 50th wedding anniversary. Shawn gave us a set price. Everything went very smoothly. Shawn kept soothing my fears by expressing how many times he has already prepared such an event. He was flexible in our choice of food, though we had to pay more to have our restaurant choice cater rather than using his choice.
