I've never seen a vendor be so quick to get back to me. Shawn was responding to my messages so quickly I knew I was going to be in good hands for my wedding. He had answers to all of my many many questions leading up to it and his quote was easy to understand. He'd broken down each part and the cost and even had the ability to extend the time if we wanted for a small extra cost. He has several signature drinks to choose from and can also make some not even listed. I'd chosen about 5 drinks to offer our wedding guests. When it came to cost, there were no surprise fees or problems with equipment he brought most things (ice, soda, coolers) himself all I had to provide was the alcohol. The day of he got there early enough to get everything set up for himself and be ready for all of the guests. From guests I heard he even went out of his way to help set up some things that weren't just bartending. He helped make the whole day perfect. The drinks were amazing, I'd really wanted a lemon something and the blueberry lemon drop was perfect. I'd brought some edible glitter to add to them and he made the drinks sparkle and taste incredible. The drinks we'd offered were the old fashioned, strawberry margarita, blackberry mojito, Moscow mule, and the blueberry lemon drop martini. All Occasions Bartending provided their services at a 120 person private charity event at our residence. Shawn, the owner, personally covered the event. I messaged several companies/individuals using Yelp and Shawn was one of the first ones to respond. There were several other companies who were very professional and communicative, but Shawn came across as being very reasonably priced, down-to-earth, accommodating, friendly and someone willing to go the extra mile. Shawn was very responsive with his communications via email, text, and calls. Prior to the event, Shawn provided us with all the necessary paperwork and laid everything out in clear terms in a contract. Shawn met with us several days before the event to consult on the drink menu and location of the bar. After the consultation, Shawn provided a shopping list, which made it very easy for us to prepare for the event. On the day of the event, Shawn arrived earlier than expected to setup his bar to get everything displayed properly. Shawn helped us with four "specialty" drinks for the evening, but his jalapeno margarita was a super hit! In fact, we ran out of tequila because of his margarita an hour before the event ended. Towards the end of the event, Shawn accommodated us by staying a bit longer and by being very reasonable in his calculations of the extra time.
