I will start with the good. Erica was friendly, early and very organized. Now the bad, I communicated with presumably the owner of the business. He did not give a lot of information so I constantly was asking questions. Finally, when he sent me the invoice, I realized that he did not specify the type of alcohol that was being provided in terms of tier. He then said it was Costco alcohol, which I know is supposed to be good but not what I wanted. I wanted to upgrade to the midtier alcohol and we agreed on that. He did not send me a follow up invoice, which was fine because we had had the discussion about upgrading and he acknowledged it and said sounds good. I just had to pay for a $50 deposit. Days leading up to the event, there was no communication on which drinks I wanted so I initiated the conversation. On the day of the event, when the bartender was all set up, I realized that they had brought crappy alcohol and it was not what we agreed to. It was bottom shelf alcohol, not even Costco brand. No one liked the margarita. It was supposed to be a passionfruit margarita. There was no passionfruit flavor and it just tasted like a sour margarita. The mojito was too sweet to drink. The drinks were very weak alcohol wise too. To be fair, people liked the whiskey drink and they used makers mark. I don't think the company is good at communication or follow through, so I wouldn't recommend them. read more
