I chose Tipsy Toucan to provide the cocktails for my daughter's 26th birthday celebration at our home, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. From my very first conversation with Miles, I was impressed. Instead of simply sending me an email or text, he took the time to speak with me personally on the phone and explain everything in detail. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and personable, and he made sure I had all the information I needed to feel comfortable planning the bar service for our event. That initial conversation with Miles was actually one of the main reasons I chose Tipsy Toucan. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They provided me with a very detailed list of everything I would need to have available for the event, and every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly. I really appreciated how organized and attentive they were from beginning to end. On the day of the party, our bartender, Arturo, arrived and was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, upbeat, friendly, and had the bar set up very quickly. Our guests were so impressed with the cocktails he made, and the bar ended up being a huge hit! The drinks were fantastic, and Arturo helped make the evening even more enjoyable. I also want to recognize Leticia, the coordinator, along with Miles and Arturo. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful, and made the entire experience incredibly easy and seamless. I would absolutely hire Tipsy Toucan again without hesitation or reservation. Everything went smoothly, the drinks were fantastic, the service was excellent, and our guests had a wonderful time. My only regret is that I didn't take more pictures of the beautiful bar setup and drinks--but I was too busy hosting and enjoying the party! Thank you, Miles, Leticia, Arturo, and the entire Tipsy Toucan team for helping make my daughter's birthday celebration such a memorable one. Highly recommended! read more

From the moment he arrived, he set the tone with his professionalism, warm personality, and seamless setup. Miles crafted the most incredible tropical cocktails--beautifully presented, perfectly balanced, and totally on theme. Guests were raving all night long about how delicious everything was. Beyond the drinks, Miles made everyone feel welcome. He was engaging, attentive, and somehow managed to keep the bar flowing smoothly while still taking the time to chat with guests. Where do I begin...I reached out to Miles for my daughter's 1st birthday. He was quick to respond and walked me through their entire process even before we had decided to book him. My husband and I figured that adding a bartender was a gift to ourselves after reaching a huge milestone as new parents. On top of that, we knew it would be a hit for this celebration. Needless to say, Jessica (our bartender) really hit it out of the park. She was such a pleasure to have serve our guests, and really went above and beyond to meet the expectations. We received so many compliments from our guests saying how delicious the drinks were and how sweet Jess was. My husband and I are very grateful to Miles and his team for making this day a little more special for our guests. We look forward to doing business with them in the future. read more

We hired Tipsy Toucan for a show we put on in our backyard. Miles called me on the same day as my request and explained in detail the process of booking and helped me out with recommending what would work for my party. I LOVED that we was so honest and helped me tailor the services to fit our event (rather than what he can sell the most) . We added the mahogany bar and it did not disappoint!!! It really was the cherry on top to the whole look. Stunning. On top of that his bartender Matt was a HIT. All my friends could have sworn he was one of our own friends. That's how personable he was. I had Miles bartend my wedding and it was one of the most talked about things from the night. All the guests were blown away with the options and quality of the cocktails. But even more important than the drinks, is the personal aspect Miles brings. When I inquired about his services, he scheduled a phone call to go over the pricing and different event packages he offered. He was so down to earth and friendly and very informative. Included in the wedding package is a private tasting to curate your menu. He drove all the way to Pasadena for the tasting. The drinks were out of this world and the whole experience was so fun. I had my family at the tasting and It really felt like Miles was part of the family. The hardest part of the whole experience was choosing which drinks we wanted on the menu. They were all so good. His staff is so friendly and really felt like friends coming over for a party instead of random strangers. When it came time for the wedding, he was there early and batch prepped one of our signature drink for cocktail hour so there was no line at the bar. He even had a waiter, who would take drink orders and deliver drinks. We also tried his cotton candy cart as an addition to the bar tending. It was so fun and added a fairy tale like vibe to the wedding. Miles is so professional and personal and is the perfect person to have has a bartender. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for the best cocktails and a fun enjoyable night! read more
