I have visited other adult shops in the past and I am so impressed by the atmosphere and the knowledgeable staff at this Fascinations, that I will not visit a different shop if I can help it. I am not the type of person who is comfortable with sexuality, so whenever I visit an adult shop, I am definitely out of my comfort zone. It always amazes me just how easy it is to talk to the employees at this store. They are very open to any questions you might have and are willing to offer suggestions as well as offer their personal experiences with different products. They genuinely put me at ease, which is not an easy thing to do. I also prefer the layout of the store to other adult stores because it is well-lit and there is a lot of room between racks and shelves, so you don't get the feeling you are doing something unsavory, like you do in other adult stores. This is the first adult store I've visited where I feel like shopping there is a normal, healthy, adult experience, not to be ashamed of. Furthermore, they recently rearranged their stock and incorporated more clothes. I prefer the new layout because it is much easier to find the clothing items I am looking for and they offer the option of trying everything on with the help of their fitting rooms. After reading some of the other reviews, I feel the need to comment on the notion that their items are expensive. Unfortunately, that is the nature of the items being purchased. The prices of everything are going up these days and there is nothing for it. Also, I believe that whatever overhead costs need to be added to the products in the store are well worth it for the friendly, knowledgeable staff and the wide selection of items the store provides. Well, what can I say... they had a GREAT sale this past weekend and I went Fri, Sat and Sun and spent more than I probably should have! However, quality is the name of the game here folks. One of the other reviews said that things are expensive there, well maybe I understand, however, the quality is really good so it's worth it I think anyway. The staff is really GREAT and very helpful and the entire shopping experience is extremely comfortable. I had only been there one time before and that experience was great as well. The store is very well lit, and very well layed out for every type of shopping need. If you sign up with them with your email you can get notices of sales and events which is really nice too. I love this place! This was the first sex shop I ever went to (I have a long history of being uncomfortable with my sexuality) and I spent a good hour here just browsing. This place is huge! Two things really stood out for me: the massive selection of toys (for various body parts as well!), and the gorgeous lingerie at such a reasonable price. A thong and babydoll that would have cost me $70+ at Victoria's Secret was a mere $20 here. The nightie I purchased was a bit more steep at $30, but still nothing like what I'd pay at a specialty lingerie store; and it's one of my favorites I own! well, being a late bloomer, i found the store to be helpful, non-threatening, and well stocked for whatever you might be interested in. This store is nice, but overpriced. The clothes are expensive, but cheaply made. Also, the bondage section, is...well....weany. If you are into bondage and S/M, there are some much nicer places to go in the east valley. Don't expect to get quality here! That being said, their toy selection is just about the nicest in town, albeit overpriced. The staff are always trying to sell you stuff, so be wary of that. This is my go to store for any needs. Durable outfits, and lingerie you can actually play in. They have the biggest and best selections of toys and the store is alllllways clean. The staff is always friendly and I always knowledgeable. They even test the toy prior to use, so you're not getting a dud which has never been an issue. Great store and customer service. Went in to pick out a birthday present for my girlfriend and was planning on getting a certain item, but a helpful employee let us know for the same price we could get much better quality and still have the rechargeable feature. They had a special going on that if you text messaged a number and spent more than $50 it gave you a $10 off discount which was very helpful.
