I shop at this store all the time, the workers are very knowledgeable and well-informed on the products. They are sincere in wanting to help find just what you are looking for and the store is very nice, no creepers hanging around. Also they have classes with all sorts of topics for women, and couples. I understand due to the nature of the product that is sold here, most items cannot be returned. However, I am beyond livid that they sell products that do not work and then do not stand behind the products they sold. I recently bought two products that quite literally did nothing. I even placed the products on own arm because I did not believe my husband when he said it did not make any difference. But in fact he was right... the product quite literall did not do anything. I am beyond furious. We spent a decent amount of money there for nothing and cannot recieve credit or anything for the faulty and useless product they sold. On top of that, when I asked to call corporate to voice my complaints, I was provided an incorrect number to a sex hotline. To say I'm angry would be an understatement. I needed to clearly redo my review because Cortney likes to lie and throw false claims when she hasn't even attempted to hear my side. Not even an attempt. Says two people heard it but frankly I spoke with the manager of the store. I have never threatened anyone here but I have been threatened! The store manager of this location refused to provide her name, but she is the worst I've seen in a long time. Insulted if anything but the customer service here is horrible. The manager calls me horrible names among other insults, speaks over people, won't let them explain anything, screams, hangs up, all the above, zero customer service skills. Super surprised when I went in Saturday to pick up something for myself (which was not tested by the clerk checking me out) standard practice. I bring it all the way home and it doesn't work, like it's dead right out of the box. I reached out to the warranty and Fascinations which point their finger at each other. Even reached out to corporate and it turns out they all have the same listing skills. I'm threatened by the ceo due to the manager of this stores literal lies. If you do buy anything here and it doesn't work... good Luck! They will completely blame you for the issue and make false accusations to make you the bad guy. I use to love this place and shop here regularly, such a disappointment that they cannot take responsibility for their own issues they create, negligence at its finest. Corporate nightmare if you ask me. Creating a culture that makes it okay to lie and threaten the public amazes me. Also the bad reviews on here are almost along the same lines so, maybe not every experience is bad but the ones that are... they almost go out of their way to belittle you. I love this place....I do not ever go to toy stores but passing it one night we decided to go inside. There is a great selection of toys and most have one outside the box so you can see how it works, and the speeds and directions they go. They have a clothing selection and a fetish selection located in the back. Most of the time when I go I just look at everything and laugh but if you need to buy anything or need assistance finding something the staff is more than happy to assist. I give this place 5 stars because not only do you not feel pervy going into this store but the atmosphere makes it a really comfortable and fun experience. I love Fascinations! I hadn't ever heard of it until I was looking for something fun for my boyfriend and came across their Groupon ($20 for $40 worth of lingerie) definitely worth it! Ended up with a super cute corset and some panties and only ended up paying $16, wish they had had other sizes for the corset though, it seemed fine in the store but then ended up being big =\ This is pretty much the only store I shop at for all my sexy time things, the boyfriend loves it! read more

I wasn't going to write a review, was just looking up the number to see what time they opened. But after reading some negatives, I had to say something. A couple people said something derogatory towards the staff, if they had a bad experience, this is not the norm. I have always found the staff friendly, inviting, helpful and charming. They were very nice when I made it clear that I'm not going to spend $100+ on a vibrator, in fact twice (2 different sales people) spent time discussing the quality of the lesser expensive items. The location isn't the best, I hate that strip of Elliott, but they have better prices, a better selection and are a bit more classy (for lack of a better word) than other adult shops I've been to in the valley. I don't give this place 5 stars only because it is pretty corporate and there isn't much in the "dungeon" section, although that'd be a GREAT place for beginnings in their first stages with power play. I've got to say though, this place does have what I need otherwise, and I'd say at a good price. I've been to other places that have the same toys, but marked up more than Fascinations (except for Castle, which is about the same.) It's got basically a little bit of everything. The lingerie isn't too expensive, there are shoes, fetish, toys galore, LOTS of lube, throat desensitizer (ha. ha. ha. I feel bad for anyone who has to resort to using that) and literature too! The place is clean and the staff are helpful as well, but not looming around you every 5 minutes. I find it VERY annoying when shopping in an adult store with my partner and there is someone constantly interrupting our experience. I'd say, unless you're going to Smokin' Lingerie or looking for a specialty adult shop; give Fascinations your business and time. read more

This place is awful. I went to buy a pair of heels and I had to ask the manager to get off her phone and help me. After 20 minutes she finally brought me the shoe I wanted, she said and I quote, "if I were you I'd try them on cause you're not fucking returning them" I have been dancing for years and I never try heels on cause I've always worn the same size, so I asked her to hold them at the front while I continue shopping. So went went back up to the front and got on her phone. I then got home and open the box and the shoes she gave me weren't even close to the ones I asked her to get, so I went back asked if I could simply exchange them for the ones I had asked for. She told me I can go back to the strip club I came from and sell them to my stripper friends because she wouldn't help me. read more

Entire staff was really awesome to us. Charlie was our saleswoman and she was not afraid to tell us the truth which was definitely very helpful when making a decision. The store manager was there as well and we paid our compliments to him. Him as well as everyone else staffed that night did a great job making us feel like we were in a great store with a good attitude toward our best interests. They learned of the fact I was in there with my Mom and loved that we were not embarrassed to be shopping in their together for things we needed. Job well done Fascinations! My husband and I used to go to Fascinations all the time.....we have honestly spent over $1000 there easily. We used to go there and the employees were walking the floor answering questions and talking to you about products if they saw you looking at things.......we went for the first time in a couple months 3 or 4 days ago....and all 3 employees stayed up by the counter talking to each other....I actually waited in line for a couple minutes waiting my turn to cashed out, when my husband realized the guy in front of us at the counter was an actual employee...they had of pink shirts instead of the black ones we were used to ...... needless to say, the guy and gal didn't not stop their conversation and the other lady finally asked to check us out.....the entire time it felt like we were interrupting them. Now we are not in a rush to go back. Now I am going to drive to Scottsdale and try out a couple other places. read more

I received the poorest service here I've ever gotten from any place before. My boyfriend tried surprising me on our anniversary with something sweet, and was not told one he couldn't return an item if there was a problem. I didn't like the item he bought, didn't even touch it, yet when he tried to return it(after previously talking to the manager about it, who said she'd figure something out) he got nothing but attitude. When I called to ask about the issue at hand and why he even bothered wasting gas with such rude results, I was only given attitude! Ugh, unless you know exactly what you want, I wouldn't bother going here. There's a lot nicer and cheaper places to go to fill any of your needs. read more

I've been to other locations with no problem but the staff at this location need to be replaced. I asked a few simple questions and the "manager" (dark hair and glasses) helping me couldn't provide basic product information. She literally read the box word for word and rolled her eyes when I asked more specific questions. I wasn't sure about the product I was interested in and neither was she so I left and settled for an amazon purchase. read more

The only weird thing about it was when I first went here years ago I expected this dark seedy store where hookers are selling crack to babies (what can I say, my parents scarred the crap out of me about sex). But its nothing like that. Its so bright and like a huge department store, as if a Wallgreen's went out of business and this place moved their stock in and set up shop. I went there with my husband on Saturday and bought a corset on clearance and was very happy with the service. I got a great deal too. I wore it for about 10 minutes and it got a tear in it. (mind you I was standing up to then sat down, no funky business being done) I brought it in the next day and the African american manager gave me a horrible time (she refused to give me her name). I had my receipt, but forgot to bring my tag in. She made me come home to bring her the tag. Fine whatever, not what I wanted to waste my Sunday doing but I wanted to exchange it. I had spoken to another manager (she said her name was Ambrin short, skinny and long brown hair) and she said she wouldn't even return it so I was getting a favor by the other manager allowing me to bring the tag in. When I brought the tag in the African American manager wanted to charge me more saying that I had a coupon on Saturday and that would not apply because I already used it. How is that an exchange? I argued with her for awhile and she finally (after the other manager said it was ok) said she would do a one time courtesy. They made me feel absolutely horrible and it was the worst customer service I have ever had. I wasted more than an hour of my time over the whole ordeal. I am going to give my business to Amazon and Adam and Eve. I thought the store would be nice to go to once in awhile, but I refuse to give them any of my money. They need to take some classes in customer service. I had other customers in the parking lot ask if they finally let me exchange it without paying more money. I told them finally they did and those customers said they agreed with me. **Update** right after my review I was contacted by MATT HELM, ADVERTISING COORDINATOR and he was very apologetic. He went above and beyond and sent me a $25 gift card and then also sent me a care package with a bunch of things. I was not expecting this at all. I'm changing my review based on the service from him from a 1 star to a 5 star. He also gave me the district manager's name and number if I had any additional concerns. I was blown away by how quickly he responded to my concern and definitely kept me as a customer. I only hope he can instill that customer service for his employees at the store.
