Fascinations is an upscale store, which seems to stock almost everything you might ever want, or need. Both Michael and Vanessa are classy and helpful, without being on top of you. I agree with someone else's statement, that Fascinations is the Cadillac adult stores. Though I would upgrade them to a Mercedes, maybe even a Maybach. LOL Enjoy. read more

Just left, I went in to buy a few toys. I bought a small pocket vibrator. The lady at checkout asked me if it was okay she tested to see if the product worked. I said I didn't care, didn't know this was their policy. However she's wearing gloves so. Go right for it I guess? Then this ladies like "you can't take things out of the package. Then drops the vibrator onto the counter it's being handled with hands and on counters. Then a guy comes by and is like here and opens it puts a battery in it, then turns it on bare hands and presses it against the dirty plexi glass between us to show me it works. Then gets mad when I'm like "I want a new one not one you've all handled with your hands" Like it's a personal product. Why would I put that anywhere near my body. Why didn't they just leave it in the package. If it didn't work. It's $20 I'd just go get something else. Woopdie do. The fact that they then told me why they all touched it was obnoxious. Listen I just wanted to buy it and leave. Please think about your customers in the future. You obviously don't care about touching products against things and your own hands and then them having to clean it and stick it in personal places. While you wear your mask for COVID. Like wow. Well I was excited to go look for a bridal shower and maybe find something fun for me. They had some really pretty stuff. As well as some fun toys and such. But my complaints are the sizing is wonky ? I'm small 5'2 and 139 lbs usually wear a sz small- med. I tried on a xl even & didn't for correctly? They don't give gift receipts or let you exchange ? I had told the girl working there when I walked in I was looking specifically for a gift for someone and that kind of thing should be able to be exchanged as long as the tags where still on? So I ended up leaving empty handed with out a gift or anything for me. read more

I love Fascinations! Me and my Fiance shop there often and love going to the different locations to check out the different items and setup. We were on a break and wanting to purchase several item's. My fiancee had to run back to work and i decided to stay and grab some of the items we wanted until the female employee on shift got an attitude with me and was incredibly defensive, rude and unprofessional with me because of the job my fiancee have. I do like the Fascinations brand. But, I cannot recommend this location. The store manager is inconsistent at best. He clearly has holds a great deal of favoritism to his worker and customer base. Not treating everyone the same way, while ignoring and putting out certain individuals. Once you enter the store you are usually greeted impersonally by an unknown associate because they normally do not leave behind the counter. After they remember they have a job, every sales associate will ask you "if you need any help" and you tend to feel overwhelmed. Very rarely do they ever change their tone or try to seem interested. After realizing you do need immediate assistance at the moment, the sales associates and manager will continue to ignore you and disregard any present company in the store. More than often you will end eavesdropping in. The subject matter usually consisting using and receiving their free products and their sexual exploits / activity. Granted, they have a lot of apparel. But, so does Target which is right next door. Additionally, their location brings in a lot of young people. They do not ID everyone which is a major offensive and potential risk to anyone's social status who may be present in the store. Beware!! read more

Do not do not trust them when they say a toy needs to be charged first , I bought a toy there the satisfyer to be exact , I was helped by one of the women there , they're supposed to test the toys before you leave , this toy did not come on . I was told not to worry and to let them know if there was a problem , that night I went home and charged my toy . Guess what it didn't work at all . I called and asked to speak to the girl that helped me but for some reason she was "never in" I've shopped here mutiple times not to mention the night I came here I spent 280.16 all I was told is we don't take returns , even though they sold me a defective toy. I've reached out to the company that makes the toy and no response . Beware if you trust this place to spend money . Will not be returning. Please don't lie to customers and tell them you'll take care of them if you aren't it's bad buisness. I figured that with my new summer body, it's a great time to try out some lingerie. I walked in absolutely feeling myself the other day. I picked out this one set that I felt so confident in. Great purchase and the staff was incredibly nice. It was time. I couldn't wait to show it to my wife. I put it on right away and headed home. When I walked in the house, everyone gasped. I felt stunning. The next day my wife left me. Turns out my son's 5th birthday party isn't a good time for me to walk in wearing women's lingerie.
