On my latest install, they were professional from start to finish, although not perfect in some areas (more on that later). I'll start with the issues, and then close with the positives. On our first house, I encountered some disappointing challenges during the execution/installation phase. Our garden was trampled on, one of the windows were installed on the wrong spot, and a light fixture was damaged and the crew tried (poorly) fixing it without notifying me (all caught on CCTV). With all that said though, the company stands by doing the right thing and resolved everything on a timely manner. How it was handled was much appreciated and influenced me to use them again and refer others. On our second house, almost everything went smoothly. All windows were replaced in just two days! Just encountered a minor hiccup when a wall was damaged and a worker claimed it was pre-existing. Luckily, I purposely took before-photos and was able to provide evidence that it was not pre-existing. In the end, it was fixed within satisfaction. As for the positives, I really have to give credit to Milton, the supervisor on the second house. He was very professional and accommodating. On one of the windows, he found water damage and pointed it out to me instead of trying to cover it up. The damage and source were all fixed. Seriously, he could have moved on and I would have never known! All the windows were installed to my satisfaction. Few minor quirks remained, but possibly due to the window manufacture (or so I was explained). Also appreciate how floors snd countertops are covered to prevent/reduce damage and dust. I recommend this company. Here are some tips before using them (or any other window company): - Take lots of photos of each window before the work starts. Ensure to get several close ups and different angles of the trim and corners, both inside and out. Ensure good lighting for a useful photo. - Check with your HOA to see if it's the window replacements are allowed. Some care about colors of trim and grid vs non-grid. - Expect the order to take several months to come in. Get your quote early if it's a house you plan on moving in.

We will def use them again for the rest of our windows! We replaced an old builder grade front door and put storm doors on all exterior doors. The front door is composite but it looks like real wood. It is really beautiful. The installations were all perfect and comprehensive. The Cambridge crew did a great job on everything: professional, great work, on time, and neat. Diana coordinated the installations and kept us well informed at all stages. One small hiccup is being resolved as I write this. They don't have a big crew so we had to be a bit flexible on scheduling, but they show up when they say they will and work hard the whole time. A security company shattered the window pane of my front door while trying to install a door sensor. I called the Glass Doctor to have someone come out immediately. They were there within a day which was promising. They gave us a quote, measured the door, and represented that they would have the glass within a few days and would be back promptly to install it. A week later, they were scheduled to come out to install the glass. When they arrived, I was told the last guy that came out "didn't know safety code" and therefore ordered the wrong window and also apparently measured wrong. At this point, I probably would have/should have called somebody else, but I had settled my claim with the company who initially broke the glass based on the quote I got from the Glass Doctor so I was reluctant to go elsewhere and desperate to get the job done without further delay as it was not only an energy issue having a missing window, but a safety concern. I was told they were rush ordering the glass which would be in in 3-5 business days and he is available should I need anything, don't hesitate to reach out at all. For the next month, I called multiple times a week trying to get an update from the Glass Doctor. Out of the 10+ calls I made, I either never received a call back or was told they would check the status of my order and then they would never actually follow up. After over 4 weeks, they finally came out and replaced it. I will say the guys who came out were incredibly kind, quick, and did the job for a decent price. However, the lack of responsiveness for WEEKS and the failed promises were so frustrating and there is really no excuse. I do not recommend!

Another thing I really appreciate is that they have their own installation crew, which is not always common in this price range. The crew, led by Jose, treated my house with care, installed everything professionally, and cleaned up the debris inside and outside once the job was done. The new windows look like they have always been part of the house. The windows themselves feel sturdy and well-made. They made of a premium vinyl and have strong energy-efficiency features.
