First off, I apologize I didn't photograph our meal today. I definitely will next visit. That being said, I can only say GREAT things about this place. No matter what we've tried here (we've been many times) it was been extremely good. The pizza, it's the best I've had anywhere else in NY so far. Today I had a medium extra cheese with mushrooms and it was once again amazing. My wife a calzone and it was about as big as a small child. It was literally huge. Pretty much a medium pizza folded into a calzone. Also Amazon. My in-laws both had cheesesteaks and my mother-in-law is a pretty picky eater and is 70 years old and says this was the best cheesesteak she's ever had. We also had an order of wings and also as always, they're amazing. That's just the food. I can't even begin to talk about how awesome the service is. Every single person working has the best attitude and friendly smiles. I have to say it's a small place but it's a place I will go to every chance I can. Faro's is our 4th adventure into the unknown for local pizza places. We pass it all the time and it had some great Yelp reviews, so we figured we'd give it a shot! The pizzeria itself is cute and conveniently located. Prices are not the best we've seen, but also not the worst. Somewhere comfortably in the middle! We ordered a medium 14" pizza, and it was ready in about 20 minutes. We chose to stop in and pick it up. It looked nice, and tasted good. The bacon was excellent. (Some of the better pizza bacon we have tried so far!) But the toppings really congregated to the middle of our pizza. Nothing else really seemed special about it, and it left us all feeling a little bloated. We may try some of the other menu items down the road for fun. I will definitely come back and update this review if we do! All in all right now I'd give it a solid 4 stars. Nice place. Convenient location. Good service. Decent pizza. Ordered 3 dozen wings with 3 different sauces. It all looked great but all of the wings were a bit underdone/rubbery. My reason for the low score is because something was wrong with the garlic parm wings. They smelled/tasted strongly of vinegar which made me think maybe something was spoiled. Yuck. Food quality and consistency are outstanding. Friendly service and reasonable $ value for the size and portions they offer. Their cheese steak with cooked onions and sautéed mushrooms is superior to all other competitors. The antipasto is substantial, superbly done and highly satisfying. Generous serving. Food - 3 Price - 4 Based off the reviews in the area we decided to give this place a try. I don't know why but the area seems to struggle when it comes to pizza. The sauce and flavor of the pizza was great. The crust was a little thinner than thin but extremely hard on half of our pizza. I was a little confused about that. We also ordered double cheese and the pizza certainly didn't come with double. It wasn't the best pizza, but it wasn't the worst either. It's hard to rate wings when you pick the food up because no matter how crispy you order them they always end up soggy because of the Styrofoam container and the heat. However, the garlic parm wings still lacked flavor & seemed to be sitting in just oil (tons!) & garlic with little to no parm and just giant chunks of minced garlic. If we hadn't known that's what we ordered we wouldn't have been able to distinguish the flavor of the wings. The size of the wings were great though.   The plan is to try Faro's again in a few weeks to give them a second chance. They were packed here on a Friday night so I hope that continues for them. As a pizza connoisseur, finding a great place for pizza on the east side of Victor has been almost impossible. The other day we stumbled upon this place in Canandaigua and decided to give it a try. The pizza was by far one of the vest thin crust pizzas this side of TK's in Fairport, NY. All ingredients were fresh the crust was superb and the taste is to die for. Having tried "the place up the street" on several occasions, decided to give Faro's a try. Ordered a medium Pepperoni pizza and an order of wings, Buffalo style. For the one positive, food was ready for pick-up on time and was nice and hot. Asked for the wings well-done and crispy, received underdone and soft. Buffalo style means Blue Cheese and celery; no celery. Pizza was okay, not the worst I've had but nothing to rave about, either. Here is the kicker, already mentioned by a previous reviewer and my experience as well. Maybe the Ontario County Health Department (or the owner, if he/she reads this) can explain to me why the employees preparing my food in the midst of a world-wide Pandemic were NOT wearing masks and gloves??? Came in with my family during out trip to the visit the Finger Lakes. The staff was very helpful. We ended up ordering a large buffalo chicken pizza and large sausage+mushroom pizza. Even though we tried our best, the 6 of us were only able to finish just over 1 pizza because the large is indeed a LARGE pizza. We were more than happy to pack up our leftovers for delicious pizza later. Of note, they do offer specials like pizza by the slice or slice + drink. Eating this was like having your favorite teacher tell you their disappointed in you. The dough is supposed to be the vessel that carries flavor, and love to your mouth. The inside was undercooked, outside over cooked and cracky. Raw flour coated the dough like the winter storm that came in last week, biting into it really made my teeth cringe. The sauce- didn't know I ordered soup. Lunchables pizza has sauce with more flavor and better viscosity. When you picked the slice up a river of sauce, and grease ran down soaking my plate taking with it all of the toppings. Lay off the water next time. The food isn't bad pretty good as far as a pizza place. I have gone a couple times ordered subs. Half of my visits the food has been made wrong. Understand gets busy or you just forget but explain to.me.when the worker says I total forgot my fault. And says I'll pay for your next sub. Huh stand up guy. So about 2 weeks later. I call to get my sub ok they remember. Order.my food go in and he has the audacity to ask me for $ 6.00 .Hold up your mess up and your worker offers me a sub for free and you ask me for half the money. Shut the front door. His pizza is actually worth the calories. In addition to that, Faro himself goes above and beyond. I contacted him about delivering several dozen pizza to an event 15 minutes way. Love this place for lunch. There are two specials written on a lone sign near the cash register: my go-to is the two slices of pizza and a bottled drink for about $5.35. My standard slice of pizza demands little orange oilyness and lots of cheese. This place delivers, complete with the crispy cup pepperonis that steal my Buffalo heart.
