A view of crispy drippy pizza and a beautiful lake

Yes to charred, crisp crust, spicy salami and a lakeside view. I wanted to judge them by the pepperoni pie standard, which they passed obviously, but can't wait to try the blackberry chicken pizza. The owner was working the counter, and he is rightly proud of this excellent pizza shop. There is a great selection of sodas as well as wine and beer, too. This place will have a line by Summer

Yum! My spouse and I eat .....well....a LOT of pizza. This was GREAT. I was initially a little nervous at not having a "make your own pizza" option, but honestly the flavor combinations were so interesting and thoughtful that it wound up not mattering. I also loved hearing the fella behind the counter talk about his ingredients, even holding forth on the quality and thought put in to the sodas and other NA beverage options on the menu. I am, as I get older, increasingly appreciative of a drink list that has something more interesting than Coke or Pepsi! Service was friendly, bathrooms were clean. We did get there SUPER early (just about 5pm), so once it starts really hopping in there, the service may not be as chatty.

The Cayuga pizza and cauliflower wings with the bang bang sauce were excellent.

Our pizza was delicious. A little bit on the doughy side for my liking but still enjoyable. We ordered the buffalo hot wings and they had a nice peppery spice to them. The only disappointing aspect of our order was being shorted on our wings. We received 19 wings when we should have 24. I did communicate this to the shop and they were very professional and offered to make it right. I was pleased with how this was handled and will continue to order from Perri's Canandaigua.

This one is a tough review to write. Perri's was our preferred pizza place in Canandaigua. Their…read morepizza is good and close to where we live. Unfortunately service really is lacking. We ordered last week and although the online ordering said over an hour for delivery, we were ok with that. After an hour and a half, I called the pizza shop who apparently has caller id. When the gentleman picked up there was no 'hello' but a 'yeah, it's on the way. We've been slammed and my driver is overwhelmed.' No problem, I understand staffing is tough. My disappointment stems from the delivery. The pizza was crushed and the wing sauce was all over the place. Spending $100 on pizza and wings (gluten free tends to be a bit pricy but due to my son's celiac, but I'm fine with paying the additional cost for GF), I expected a different experience. Not a crushed pizza.

I recently tried Green Front Restaurant for the first time, and it was an absolute rollercoaster of…read morean experience. The kitchen clearly knows what it's doing, but the front-of-house needs some serious help. We began with the fried pickle chips, which were amazing--served piping hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The kitchen is remarkably quick, too; almost immediately after our appetizers arrived, the staff was already at our table taking main course orders. For my entree, I ordered the chicken tenders and fries basket. The tenders were perfectly golden and incredibly crispy, served with a generous mountain of fresh crinkle-cut fries. I'd rate the tenders a solid 3.5/5--my only minor critique is that they could be a bit more generous with the dipping sauce for a portion that size. My dad also ordered a beer, which was poured beautifully with a nice head. Unfortunately, the front-of-house experience completely dragged the meal down with some glaring cleanliness and professionalism issues. I found a long hair wrapped right around the lemon wedge in my iced tea. To make matters worse, I watched the staff member pouring drinks rub her mouth right at the drink station before handling other beverages. Meanwhile, the lady behind the counter was completely disengaged, literally just scrolling on her phone instead of focusing on the dining room. The overall neglect was obvious if you looked around. Hanging directly above our dining table was a vintage wall thermometer covered in a heavy, flaking buildup of rust and grime--definitely not what you want hanging over your food. Even the bathroom was neglected, with trash and used paper towels left on the floor. If you are strictly judging by the kitchen's output, the food tastes fantastic and comes out incredibly fast. However, management desperately needs to invest in a deep clean and have a serious huddle with the staff regarding basic front-of-house hygiene.
