This particular Arby's does not care about service. I was on my way home after picking up my son who was having a migraine attack. Fortunately he had his medicine on him but we needed food asap. I used the app to order so it would be ready when we got there. I drove in through the drive up and the woman said 'all mobile orders have to come inside'. So - honestly- I asked questions, probably not in the nicest of ways, but I wasn't rude. I asked 'why' as she literally had ZERO customers in the lobby or in the drive up. She responded very snotty 'because it says it right on there'. Arby's has got to be the only restaurant with this ridiculous rule. Poor decision on corporate, but also - the employee shouldn't be in service. I get it's fast food and trust me, I'd rather have, at this point, purchased anything else but Arby's for my son. However, her attitude to customers vs explaining Arby's policy - was uncalled for. I cannot express how awful this experience was. It's too bad as my son loves the mozzarella sticks here, but in this day in age, we will visit establishments that value customers. read more

One of the reasons I like Arby's is the Arby's sauce. Went through the drive through and the man at the window greeted me in a friendly manner and took my order. Once I got to window he wasn't so friendly...He gave my sandwich I looked in the bag and before I could ask ...he says "can't do it!" I was going to ask for two more Arby's sauce packets. And he said sorry I can't give any more sauce with an order of one sandwich. I said that's strange. He says by order of the owner and the manager! HUH? Well tell your owner and manager that I understand the waste factor but this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. Have you even looked at how small the packets are? Arby's isn't the best place to go to any way so much easier to go somewhere else which I will be ..and suggest everyone else boycott your stingy ridiculous place of business. read more

Went this evening and waited 30 minutes in the drive through for "fast food". Had to go in to ask for marinara sauce and the girl copped an attitude with me saying there was sauce in the bag with the meals and referenced somebody else's order. I told the girl there was no sauce in the bags. My husband then came in as we didn't get chicken nuggets we had ordered and when he told her we were missing the nuggets she said "you didn't order any" we showed the receipt in which we had in fact ordered them. The staff was super rude and they were super slow and no - they were not under staffed either. To pay the amount of money you do for their food and receive the slowest service and rude customer service for no reason is absolutely ridiculous. The food is good but the service and staff is not. Def won't be going back any time in the near or far future. read more

The worst Arby's I have ever been in, period! I ordered through the app (big mistake) and used the order ahead option so my food would be ready in 45 minutes. When I arrived at the store, I was told that the items I ordered where not available at this location. And that "someone was getting ready to give me a call", I unfortunately was on time to pick up my order, I guess??? Then as the counter server was about to mention a refund. A young woman, I presume a manager, came from the back and cut him off and told me to contact corporate if I wanted my money back. She seemed very upset that I had used the app and ordered food that was not available. But as I do not work for Arby's, I don't have knowledge of their differing menus and need to rely on the information provided by the company through its website and apps. I guess that makes be the bad guy. This was on a Sunday, so I contacted the corporate office through their website, rather argue with a person who was already angry at me for ordering food from a restaurant. I finally received a message from corporate by email asking me to fill out a review, which I did. It is now 3 days later and the charge is still pending in my credit card, I have not spoken with anyone from the store or corporate regarding the incident. A simple phone call or email or text stating that the food was not available could have cured this issue immediately. Or, even if the order would have been cancelled by the store, this issue would have been easily resolved. But instead, it was now into its 4th day, without any resolution. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS ARBY'S. There is a McDonalds, Wendy's, Burger King, Dunkin' and plenty of indie restaurants within a couple of blocks. They all seem to welcome customers, unless this ______. Follow-up: it is now 5 days since my order and Arby's actually charged my card for an order that was cancelled. The order doesn't even show up on my order history on the app, but I was still charged for the cancelled order. I contacted the store in Canandaigua and received even more rudeness from the manager. Please do not both these people with food orders. They don't need your business. Additionally, I finally spoke to corporate and they are now (as of today) processing by refund. It will be 5-10 business days before I receive it. Do not use online ordering or the app to order from Arby's. They may have the meats but they don't have customer service! Finally, 4 weeks after my online order was cancelled because the location didn't carry the food I ordered, I got a refund. FOUR WEEKS TO GET A REFUND. RIDICULOUS!!! read more

I like Arbys for a change of pace. On September 14th my wife and I ordered a 9 pc hot honey with moz sticks and got our order home and had only a 6 pc. we were very disappointed. The next time we ordered the same and explained about the 6 pc and we wanted a nine pc, not a 6 pc. We got home and again the order was wrong they gave us buffalo sauce chicken. We made a special trip to complain and get our corrected order. They didn't even apologize. So I wont go here again unless I am desparate. read more

I just ordered an Arby's classic. They asked at the drive thru what sauces and how many I wanted. I said 2 horsey and 3 Arby's. When I got my order there was only one of each. When I asked I was told that you only get one of each per sandwich and she slammed the o window. This must be a managerial decision. I won't be back. I only used one of the 4 napkins. I suppose less mess is made if you are using sauce carefully. read more

Ordered 2/$5 sandwiches and a large chicken sandwich meal w/ shake. Total came to $16.33. Really not great value for the price. Mint Chocolate shake was excellent though. The interior, while it's a newer store was disheveled looking. Flying gnats were EVERYWHERE!!! They were huge; the size of a piece of rice. And it's 2018 and you don't have free WiFi?!?!? Came in for the 2/$5 special and really won't be back. Not enough good to want to return. read more

I wish I could leave negative stars. The worst sandwich known to man. I asked for no mayo, slathered in mayo. Slime lettuce and a cold soggy non crispy chicken patty. Curly fries soggy and old as well. The drink was the best part of this meal even with freezer burnt ice. All for the bargain price of $12, are you kidding me! Can't wait to never go back here. Don't think this is a fast food restaurant. Went specifically to gay a few Arby's classic roast beef sandwiches plus fries and drinks and to my astonishment as well as customers that were behind me, they had NO BEEF! I said seriously? Every time I go here there's some problem. But NO BEEF? I wonder if corporate is aware of this restaurant? If not they should be. read more
