Just never liked the food, it's greasy and seems unhealthy. The staff when I have gone on occasion have been snippy.

Best pizza in Palmyra, but not much available to be fair. Reasonable price for a decent pizza. Would recommend if one must eat in Palmyra.

Pizza was under cooked, sauce thin and runny. Overall not worth it, better off getting a frozen pizza.

My friend and I got the calzone and the lady taking our order immediately told us to just get one and split it because it was so big.

The service was inattentive and food was mediocre. Everything seemed previously frozen. When the Buffalo Bills came on at 8pm, all the tables tried to get closer to their small outdoor bar with a few extra high tops. All the waitresses left and those of us left outside were asked to go inside to order. The outdoor bartender was also inattentive and planned to leave shortly after the game started. I would suggest not advertising yourself as a sports bar or having Bills events if you're not going to staff your outdoor area on a nice summer night

The ambiance of the restaurant was nice, with some soft music playing, and sports on the TV. Our server was over within minutes to take our drink orders. We ordered the mozzarella half moons and an order of chicken wings as appetizers. The mozzarella half moons were not too great. They did not have much flavor and they tasted kind of old. But, the chicken wings were the star of the show. We got the Cajun gold sauce and wow... it was so good. There wasn't much of a Cajun flavor to it, but it had this tangy sweet flavor to it that made your mouth salivate. And the chicken wings themselves were fried to the perfect crisp. I ordered the turtle plate with cheeseburgers, french fries, and mac salad. The cheeseburgers and French fries were cooked well. The mac salad was lacking flavor and was just kind of watery. The meat hot sauce atop the plate had too much of a cinnamon flavor for me, that kind of ruined the whole plate for me. My dad order their special fried oyster po boy, which he said wasn't too great. He said the fried oyster were kind of cold, and they were put on a plain roll. My mom got a burger, which she said was a fine burger. I definitely will be back in the future at least for those wings, and to probably try some of their other food.

Could be all the wine in me talking (though I don't think so from the way everyone was chowing down), but this was some Grade A BBQ! Coming in on a Tuesday night, the place was busy and the wait was about 30 minutes -- but there was free seating at the bar. Fair enough, not many restaurants were even open in Geneva on a Tuesday. The food was solid -- nothing extraordinary, but nothing to complain about either, and the presentation on those big plates is genuinely fun. The lady bartender had her hands full preparing drinks while also serving everyone seated at the bar, including food orders. It was sometimes hard to catch her attention, but overall she did a great job juggling it all. What really bothered me: the owner (CB) is one of the few Master Sommeliers in the world and a big promoter of the FLX wine region (which I love), so can anyone explain why a glass of FLX wine costs about 40% more than a glass of California or even Australian wine? That's not exactly "Think NY, Drink NY" -- despite those charming stickers around the restaurant (which I do love).

The menu has lots of choices from appetizers, salads, wraps, sandwiches, burgers, pizza, and entrees. Very kid friendly with a kids menu. Nice size portions of food and attentive service. The first time I had the chicken wings. They were soggy and I should have asked for crispy. I asked for ranch but got blue cheese. The server fixed that right away. They only have celery no carrots on the side. The bbq boneless chicken bites were delicious! Next day visited again. Got the soup and salad. The French onion soup had a nice thick layer of mozzarella cheese, it was really good. Caesar fresh and dressing was tasty. The same server, he was great both days. Would recommend trying them out. Not wanting to chance another DD fiasco, we piled back in the car and went to the restaurant to eat. Both pizzas were average. Nothing to write home about, but good enough to eat. The gf crust was cardboard-like and crunchy, but we were so happy it was available. I'd order it again. Shannon was our server & she was excellent! Loved the separation of dining room & bar area, and loved that the music was playing but not loud. They have televisions all over playing all different sports. Pleasant atmosphere.

The kitchen clearly knows what it's doing, but the front-of-house needs some serious help. We began with the fried pickle chips, which were amazing--served piping hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The kitchen is remarkably quick, too; almost immediately after our appetizers arrived, the staff was already at our table taking main course orders. For my entree, I ordered the chicken tenders and fries basket. The tenders were perfectly golden and incredibly crispy, served with a generous mountain of fresh crinkle-cut fries. I'd rate the tenders a solid 3.5/5--my only minor critique is that they could be a bit more generous with the dipping sauce for a portion that size. My dad also ordered a beer, which was poured beautifully with a nice head. Unfortunately, the front-of-house experience completely dragged the meal down with some glaring cleanliness and professionalism issues. I found a long hair wrapped right around the lemon wedge in my iced tea. To make matters worse, I watched the staff member pouring drinks rub her mouth right at the drink station before handling other beverages. Meanwhile, the lady behind the counter was completely disengaged, literally just scrolling on her phone instead of focusing on the dining room. The overall neglect was obvious if you looked around. Hanging directly above our dining table was a vintage wall thermometer covered in a heavy, flaking buildup of rust and grime--definitely not what you want hanging over your food. Even the bathroom was neglected, with trash and used paper towels left on the floor. If you are strictly judging by the kitchen's output, the food tastes fantastic and comes out incredibly fast. However, management desperately needs to invest in a deep clean and have a serious huddle with the staff regarding basic front-of-house hygiene.
