Our pizza was delicious. A little bit on the doughy side for my liking but still enjoyable. We ordered the buffalo hot wings and they had a nice peppery spice to them. The only disappointing aspect of our order was being shorted on our wings. We received 19 wings when we should have 24. I did communicate this to the shop and they were very professional and offered to make it right. I was pleased with how this was handled and will continue to order from Perri's Canandaigua.

We ordered last week and although the online ordering said over an hour for delivery, we were ok with that. After an hour and a half, I called the pizza shop who apparently has caller id. When the gentleman picked up there was no 'hello' but a 'yeah, it's on the way. We've been slammed and my driver is overwhelmed.' No problem, I understand staffing is tough. My disappointment stems from the delivery. The pizza was crushed and the wing sauce was all over the place. Spending $100 on pizza and wings (gluten free tends to be a bit pricy but due to my son's celiac, but I'm fine with paying the additional cost for GF), I expected a different experience. The kitchen clearly knows what it's doing, but the front-of-house needs some serious help. We began with the fried pickle chips, which were amazing--served piping hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The kitchen is remarkably quick, too; almost immediately after our appetizers arrived, the staff was already at our table taking main course orders. For my entree, I ordered the chicken tenders and fries basket. The tenders were perfectly golden and incredibly crispy, served with a generous mountain of fresh crinkle-cut fries. I'd rate the tenders a solid 3.5/5--my only minor critique is that they could be a bit more generous with the dipping sauce for a portion that size. My dad also ordered a beer, which was poured beautifully with a nice head. Unfortunately, the front-of-house experience completely dragged the meal down with some glaring cleanliness and professionalism issues. I found a long hair wrapped right around the lemon wedge in my iced tea. To make matters worse, I watched the staff member pouring drinks rub her mouth right at the drink station before handling other beverages. Meanwhile, the lady behind the counter was completely disengaged, literally just scrolling on her phone instead of focusing on the dining room. The overall neglect was obvious if you looked around. Hanging directly above our dining table was a vintage wall thermometer covered in a heavy, flaking buildup of rust and grime--definitely not what you want hanging over your food. Even the bathroom was neglected, with trash and used paper towels left on the floor. If you are strictly judging by the kitchen's output, the food tastes fantastic and comes out incredibly fast. However, management desperately needs to invest in a deep clean and have a serious huddle with the staff regarding basic front-of-house hygiene.

The dining room is inviting, and the deck provides a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel like you're on vacation. The pizza was excellent and definitely the highlight of our meal. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the food. Our server frequently disappeared, and it took more than 25 minutes before anyone even took our drink order. There also wasn't a drink menu available, which made ordering more difficult and took more time. One other thing to keep in mind is the parking. The lot is very limited, and the spaces are quite tight, so arriving early is probably a good idea. Overall, the food and atmosphere were wonderful, but the slow service took away from what could have been an outstanding dining experience.

This is a small place that seems to be linked with The Villager restaurant and the bar in between. The man waiting on me was very nice and using PPE. They have a huge variety of pizza, subs, pizza, dinners, just everything! I plan to go there again soon. My only issue is it's just a really small shop so on the winter social distancing could mean waiting outside. Luckily today that wasn't the case!
