After waiting three long weeks for them to arrive, everything looked blurry and wrong the moment I put them on. When I returned to the store hoping for a refund, they flatly refused--no returns, no money back. Instead, they suggested I pay out of pocket for another exam as a "second opinion," with the vague promise they might help afterward. Frustrated but determined, I did exactly that with a different doctor, who confirmed I don't need any prescription at all. I sent them the new report as proof, expecting a full refund, but they still wouldn't budge. Their only concession was to let me turn the unnecessary glasses into sunglasses for a credit. With no other options left, I reluctantly took them up on that offer--only for it to drag on another three weeks with the glasses still not returned to me. It's obvious their initial exam was inaccurate, their staff refused to take responsibility, and corporate clearly doesn't care enough to make it right. I won't be going back, and I'd strongly advise anyone else to steer clear unless you're okay with the very real risk of being misled, overcharged, and left with no resolution.

Dr. Diep is very thorough and caring -- we discussed one of my eyes degenerating and made sure we got the right prescription for that before solidifying my prescription. She gave me samples to feel out what was best for me before making a purchase. They have an amazing selection of glasses. I needed a new pair bc it was time. Tony was very friendly, attentive and patient. He helped me with choosing the right frames and I went with his suggestion. I got some clear frames when usually I would have gone plain black. I LOVE my glasses so much!!! I want to go back and get more! Tony helped fit my glasses so they were perfect. He is a gem. Eye Geeks is very responsive via text and they have been very accommodating. Ended up finding a frame that was fit my face. The purchase process was smooth, as I still needed to get new prescription (they recommended an optometrist they work closely with) and the whole process took about 2.5-3 weeks (getting my eyes checked took longest). Would definitely recommend to friends, and also go back when I'm feeling the itch for new frames.

I went with a pair of Masunaga rimless frames and custom-fitted lenses, and the fit is absolutely perfect. Mr. Sung is a true master at what he does.
