I've been wearing glasses for ten years and not new to eye exams! I was a patient of Dr.Levy who…read moreretired and send his patient files to this location! I though Dr.Levy was incredible, but that does not mean this doctor is. He is A CREEP! When he put light into my eye I was beyond close to me, as if he's trying to sit on my lap. No doctor should be this close at all! It was completely unnecessary!!! I told him he was way too close and he chuckled. He knows he is not professional. The low ratings are well deserved. Also, the receptionists don't know what they're doing. First red flag. Also, I had someone else who was not a doctor give me a pre-exam? Why would I want someone who's not the doctor do part of the exam? I've never experienced that. It was insane. Super sketchy place and super ugly doctor. He was gross and I would not let a minor or really any adult alone with him. I'm grown but wow, I can see why adults want company. Beyond awful.

Won't be returning. My mom & I's files were transferred here from Dr. Levy after having retired. We…read morewent in assuming we'd experience similar service and pricing but that was not the case. My mom had her own issues with their service, but I'll speak to my own. I chose the same style frames I already had. Mine were broken, but I like them so I asked if I could get the exact same style frames. They didn't have them in store, and they showed me similar frames but I was ultimately assured by Dr. Arredondo that they'd order them for me. That was also what Dr. Levy did for me on two occasions, so I didn't think it'd be a problem. I also thought it'd be within the same ballpark price I've payed previously, but I was mistaken. Although I was taken aback with the total, I was already there & needed the glasses so I did order. When they were ready, I picked up the same day I received the text (Thursday). As I wore them throughout the day, I noticed them falling off my nose frequently. The next day I noticed they were completely crooked on my face. The left side sat higher while the right side sat lower. Saturday I went in to have the frames adjusted. One of the front desk ladies right away noticed how crooked they sat on my face and tried to fix them. When I was asked to try them on, there was definitely an improvement, although they still felt off. I mentioned the nose part feeling uneven and was offered to have the doctor fix it for me but he didn't. I understood he was busy at the time, so I thanked them and left. Not even an hour later, the right side of the glasses were causing me pain as they were digging into my head/behind my ear. I took the glasses off and immediately noticed the right side temple was shorter than the left side temple. It was already 1:30ish pm, so they were closed and I couldn't go back to have it fixed. I decided to wear my old glasses until Monday once they open again, and that's when I compared the model number on my old glasses to the new ones. They were different. So I didn't receive what I had ordered and payed for. I didn't notice initially because Ray Ban has many similar clubmaster styles, however they do differ in lense size and temple size. Went back in on Monday to express my concerns but they basically denied the glasses being different despite my old ones having much longer temples. Most of the style code does match on both frames, but my old ones have a letter followed by numbers that does not match the new ones. In any case, they once again adjusted the new frames for me and although the symmetry still isn't there they gave the impression that that was all they could do for me. I've been wearing the new glasses for 5 days now, and as the day goes on they definitely hurt my head physically from being so tight. I'll be taking them elsewhere to be adjusted, and most definitely will not be giving my business to them again.

I was shocked that he was able to get high-end glasses at such an affordable price. They were able to book him an eye exam appointment for the next day, and within 24 hours of dropping into the store he was able to walk out with prescription Ray-Ban's that had anti-reflective lenses. Im so grateful that Lily convinced him to take the eye exam. It was his FIRST ever exam, and he turned out to have an astigmatism. He has struggled to drive and read on the computer for years, but I always thought he was being lazy or making excuses. However after being in the eye exam, I can't stress enough the importance of getting checked out. EVERYONE SHOULD COME TO FARO'S OPTOMETRY! I highly recommend it.

Horribly unprofessional place. If you love when people waste your time, put you on long holds every…read moretime you call, and refuse to give you any information this is your place. My boyfriend came here because he has keratoconus. Previously, he had came here while there was a more experienced doctor that helped him with no issue. We came here again for new contacts for him because we had no issues previously. This time, there was nothing but issues. After paying for the initial exam, they pretty much ensured us that the contacts would be covered by his insurance. After multiple calls and trying to get ahold them, they finally told us his contacts were not approved. However, they stated the doctor had been trying get them approved but did not communicate with him the entire time. It is also notable to mention that this doctor was going to give my boyfriend his previous (4+ year old) eye prescription because he was frustrated and could not be bothered to work with my boyfriend to try and get the best prescription. On top of that, any information we got was only because he kept calling. To the owner, don't respond to this as no one cares about your shitty generic apology. It means nothing. I am simply writing this review to warn others. The silver lining in all this bs is that we were able to find a much more professional place because of this experience. Do better shitty owners. Editing review because the owner obviously had time to write me that pretty quickly. We are both adults, don't start with the foul language bs. Also, notice how you are deflecting and not taking responsibility and simply blaming insurance? That is the problem. This entire time you and your team never made time to address insurance issues. We could have went somewhere else but you deliberately wasted our time because you wanted our money one way or another. You don't value our time so I wrote you a shitty review. Actions have consequences. Anyways, have the day you deserve!

The doctor was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain every step of the process in a way that was clear and reassuring. They didn't rush through anything and made sure my daughter felt comfortable asking questions. It was obvious they genuinely care about their patients, especially first-timers who might feel a little nervous. The office itself was clean, organized, and welcoming, and everything ran right on time. What really stood out was how thorough the exam was--it gave us real peace of mind knowing her eye health was being taken seriously. This was such a positive first experience that my daughter actually said she's looking forward to coming back--which says everything. I highly recommend this office to anyone, especially parents bringing in their kids for their first eye exam.

The doctor suggested bluelight protection which I got. The woman offered anti reflective lenses saying that if you're using it for driving. I said these will be for computer screens and she said it's not really needed so I opted out. I received my glasses and I am annoyed as I need the anti reflective as I can see all the glares. I implore this place to do a better job at explaining what the lenses do. I will find somewhere else to get new frames and lenses.
