I haven't been to an eye doctor in a few years, and I've been meaning to go because I need transitional glasses for driving. The eye exam was thorough but but didn't take longer than needed. Turns out the glasses I have are too strong for my needs and when I asked about contacts, they were honest with me that they'd probably be uncomfortable because I don't need to wear glasses all day. Walk-ins are from 10am-12 and 2-4pm, and they also open every other Saturday. Now even my mom and my husband want to go check it out themselves. My mom, because she's tired of the rude receptionists at Dr. Nakauchi's (see previous review); my husband, because he was impressed by the amazing deal I got on my glasses which he didn't even get at Costco. I liked how friendly all stuff was, especially because I have a thing about anything in my eyes like drops, I tend to freak out, but they help me put me at ease. They do dilate your eyes for the eye exam. They even tell you beforehand that you would not be able to see well and they should not drive but I've done it twice. You just have to be careful not sure about the other persons review about people, 60 and older need to get their eyes dilated for tests that sounds ridiculous. I have done and all my eye exams needed since my early 30s.
