The short lady that works there isn't very friendly.. also I had to doubled back twice because of forgotten orders

Not a reflection of this location in particular, by any means, but the ol' bait and switch seems to be in full effect at Farmer Boys. How does a $7.99 daily special turn into an $11 daily special? Well... tease your customers with the option of substituting zucchini fries for french fries, but don't tell them about the surcharge until they're on the cusp of paying! They'll never notice... Bleh. read more

Farmer Boys - Substitute to your heart's content, never mind the higher price at the counter... - Burgers Near Me - Bloomington, California

I WAS A FEW TIMES A WEEK FARMER BOYS CUSTOMER TILL TODAY! Today I had the drive thru attendant start an argument with me because I questioned him about not wearing any gloves. In the past I wouldn't of mentioned it but with all that's going on I imagine they would practice even more caution with their food handling procedures. Mostly everyone does! So I pull up. Guy takes my card. As he takes my card he mumbles "Man your far". I notice he has no gloves. As he hands my card back I say "Hey you don't wear gloves here?" He immediately responds "Your pointing out me not wearing gloves but your not even wearing a mask!" He's right. I was not wearing my mask. I'm in my car. In also a least 6' from the window. I respond "I'm not the one working in a facility which is handling food." As continues to argue with me I point out his rudeness and then I also rudely (as I'm now frustrated) tell him to just get back in the window and get back to work. This really bothers him and he says "Is this the example you want to set for future generations?" He's referring to my daughter who's in the passenger seat witnessing this drive thru fiasco. As he finally gets back in I see him go towards the area where the food is. STILL NO GLOVES. The girl who's also there at the drive thru window immediately puts her gloves on. SMART!! I gesture to the girl and let her know I want to cancel the order. WHY? Cause now I'm thinking this guy is handling my card as well as everyone else's who's coming thru and then money and then handling your food!! They cancel my order and I'm gone. Look, he could've simply said "Oh I don't wear gloves because I only handle the register" but as he immediately rudely tried to turn it on me I believe that's terrible customer service. How do I know? I have been in business in this community for over 20 years. I have own a restaurant, a bar, retail stores, and still run the same business I started 22 years ago. I know customer service. As we drove away I did have a talk with my daughter. I let her know that if I ever had one of my employees treat my customers like that, he'd be gone. As I wrote this my daughter looked up the reviews on this place and to our surprise (NOT) this place is living up to its continued crap for service! Try the Carl's across the street. Less stress better service! read more

The service was nice and the place is neat and clean, but we got brown avocado in our salad. That was some really mediocre food quality and your kitchen staff needs training on food preperation standards. Everything else was fine, but that brown avocado though... read more

Farmer Boys - Brown avocado in their salads. Gross. - Burgers Near Me - Bloomington, California

I absolutely love Farmer Boys. This review is only about customer service. I ordered two meals but asked for separate transactions since one of those meals is being expensed. They charged the same card separately (which is what I wanted), I signed two different receipts but the copy of the receipt they gave me included the total price. I asked the guy just for my customer copy of both transactions but he was a little confused so he asked a different person named Stacy. She was extremely rude and didn't give me a chance to explain to her that all I needed was my customer copy. Instead she kept speaking over me saying, "sorry I can't do that. That can't be done. I can't do that for you." Then she said the only way I can get another receipt is if she voids the entire transaction and rings it up again. I said, "great! Can you do that?" She said, "nope, sorry." Then she closed the window and left. Shortly after, Claudia (who's a saint compared to Stacy) asked me what the issue was. Since she let me speak and didn't talk over me, she understood that all I needed was a customer copy of the receipts I just signed. She came back within 10 seconds, gave me what I needed and that's it. Farmer Boys, I don't leave bad reviews. In fact, this is the first. But Stacy was just too rude for me not to. I understand everyone has off days, but a company should not suffer because of an employee's inability to be a decent human being to a customer. read more

Horrible experience DO NOT GO !!!!! I ordered extra chicken on my salad that charged me $5.00 and did not receive it, the cashier Jaqueline told her manager Stacy that she indeed give me a esperar chicken breast because they did not have the $1.00 chicken promotion anymore so I gladly paid the extra $5.00 and they had the nerve to say they put it in my salad. Stacy was rude and did not want to give me her superiors name or her name so she told me to call corporate. Iam beyond upset with their costumer service read more

This is place is bad! The lady at the register didn't know how to input a discount from the app. She's having problems taking orders. She's asking the manager for help the whole time and he's just walking past her, ignoring her. They're creating more of a COVID hazard inside this place because they're so slow and messing up orders left and right. That there is actually a crowd of people inside. It's impossible to social distant this way. The manager was a rude prick his name is Oscar Rios. read more

They should rename the breakfast burrito "the potato burrito" on account of it being almost exclusively potatoes. Not getting that again...

Come here for the zucchini, fries, breakfast and burgers -not for the salad !! 3 out of the 4 times I have tried to purchase the Cobb salad I have found the lettuce to be wilted my avacado is brown .. and veggies look scattered.. not like the one in riverside off Indiana there is always fresh and full - dont go here. read more

Ordered the chopped cobb today for lunch added extra chicken for $1.00 and didnt look like extra too me...the salad was wilted and brown...avocado was old and brown too. I ordered with no bacon and told the waitress so she took it back and I think they just scraped it out and bought it right back. For $13 plus with a drink it should be a great salad. They advertise salads all over but should stick to burgers and fries!! ALL BAD! Dont order a salad but if you do let them know you want fresh EVERYTHING!! read more

You think a big mom and pop chain would give decent service at affordable prices, but that didn't seem to be the case here. The breakfast menu was rather pricey for the food quality so I ordered a farmer burger. It came and was just OK. not bad, just mediocre. Good farmer boys for breakfast. Farmer boys are never consistent like dennys some are hits and some are misses. The cooks here have a hit. I had an Online offer from Farmer Boys for a BOGO Big Cheese Burger. The Manager would not honor it. I was very hungry on a very hot early Monday morning, and there just happen to be a Farmer Boys there. My GF has mentioned it a few times before and I was a little curious so I gave it a shot. It was a good solid breakfast (the ham breakfast burrito) it wasn't the biggest thing ever, and the burrito wasn't the boldest thing ever, but you know what... when you're bloody hungry, and need something to eat, Farmer Boys will do it for you. Customer service from Bertha at the drive thru window was the worst! Poor attitude with no greeting. Bertha was very unprofessional. I have a daughter with egg allergies so I wanted to substitute the eggs, like I do at other farmer boys locations with no issue at all, I was not allowed to substitute eggs that could possibly kill my daughter for a simple order of hash browns! Will not return this location. The one off Iowa Ave is better and close by, They have great customer service and love to earn your business. read more

Farmer Boys - This is the sad looking kids plate from this location. - Burgers Near Me - Bloomington, California

Came here with a coworker one day for lunch. If you go during lunch hour, it will be pretty loud and full of old people on their lunchbreak. The service was good and the people here are really nice. I ordered the kids fish meal. I like how if they see that you're an adult ordering a kids meal, they ask you if you want a regular sized cup instead of the dinky kids cup.. how considerate. Anyways, the fish was delivered to me on a plate of fries and a little heaping cup of heart attack sauce (tartar sauce) on the side. The fish was greasy but tasty and so were the fries. I wouldn't mind coming back again. read more

Drove up with my friend and went to order. I asked for a chicken sandwich plain and was asked if i wanted fries and a drink. i said yes and asked if they had coke and was left in silence for a minute. then was yelled at by olivia what did i want to drink and i asked again because i had got no responce. she said no that they had pepsi and so i asked if they had rootbeer and she said yes in a annoyed tone. so i asked for rootbeer and then orderd a bacon boy with fries and a mountain dew with no ice. and then asked me if that was it. i said yes and was left in silence again. i did not hear a please pull up to the window or anything simalar. when i pulled to the window i asked to make shure the order was correct but it was not they gave me pepsi instead of my rootbeer and i was givin ice in my mountain dew. I didnt think farmer boys had people like this working there. i will not be going here anymore it was my first and last time at this location. read more

This is, and has been my favorite Farmer Boys location for a few years now. I usually always have a good experience at all of them, but this location has NEVER let me down. They are friendly, expedient, and have ALWAYS gotten my order right. The staff here rocks, even the Manager is nice! First of all, they have truck parking! About 6-7 trucks w/ trailer can park here comfortably. Never had an issue. So my review of the food is almost the same for every location, but I'm reviewing THIS location because its my favorite. The Farmer Burger is great! The Guacamole is very good, but the Bacon and melted Cheddar are what's up with this burger. I would try this first if you've never been, just to set the tone. But my favorite burger here is "The Natural". It just tastes that much better, with bacon, and the bun is like a soft ciabatta bread/bun. The bun is so soft, that I personally do not recommend putting Guacamole on it. It ruins the texture, making it a delicious "mushburger". I like their Pastrami enough, its very good. But I get my Pastrami elsewhere. I like too many other items here better to order it often. The Bacon Turkey Melt is quite good as well, as is anything here with bacon. The Chopped Cobb Salad here is among the best Ive ever had, and they give you plenty, all with fresh ingredients. They have Bleu Cheese that is quite good. They give you the perfect amount for the size of the Salad as well. Recommend eating the Salad in, instead of to go. The presentation is better, with a huge bowl, which makes it easier to mix up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Ive also had the Chopped Cobb Salad Wrap, which is pretty good, and fills you up. But for some reason it doesn't compare to the actual Salad itself. The fries here are good, the fried zuchinni is alright too. The ONION RINGS are VERY good, especially with some salt, or some ranch. BOMB. Ive also had Breakfast here. I recommend the breakfast bowls, they are excellent. Ive had the T-Bone steak and Eggs and they are very good. Better than Dennys, even a bit better than Norms. The restaurant and bathrooms are always spic and span. Ringing the "Good Service" bell as I write this. Kudos. read more

Came into this location during lunch hour. It's pretty quiet and did notice that a lot of the patrons were male. Perhaps due to the factories around the area. I ordered the club sandwich turkey on a ciabatta roll it was good. I also ordered the zucchini and to my surprise they weren't oily or overcooked. In fact they were really crunchy and quite huge. It's a bit pricey but it seems fresher then those other hamburger joints. read more

Farmer Boys - Turkey club sandwich on a ciabatta roll with zucchinis - Burgers Near Me - Bloomington, California

I've been coming to this location for years now. I've been a fan of their club sandwich since day one. I still believe its one of the best club sandwiches I've ever had. And I've had plenty of from different places. Breakfast is good too. And their Farmer burger is huge and delicious!! ONLY thing that irritates me is the price on the wall doesnt include the fries or drink. So when you add those one, you are looking at around 12-13 bucks. read more

They deserve negative 10 stars. These people aren't very smart at all. They couldn't figure out how to separate one order into 2. You ask for "extra" ranch and you get 1 ranch..... hopefully this location starts hiring people that passed elementary school at least..... read more

Wow hands truly awesome food and super great customer service. Second time here. Love it. Julio hands down great service.

If you live in LA, or Orange counties you may have not ever heard of Farmer Boys. Farmer Boys is a chain of fast food joints out in the Riverside, San Berdoo area, the so called Inland Empire. When it comes to QSRs, this empire certainly strikes back. They are good. Almost In-and-Out good. The exception is that they make more things than just burgers. A whole lot of other things. The menu is pretty extensive, the quality is pretty good and the prices are not too bad. Man can-not live on Double-Doubles alone, it takes a good Club or fish sandwich or a nice salad occasionally to round things out and keep the taste buds in balance. If I could figure out how to award four and a half stars, I certainly would. read more

The "Big Cheese" with bacon was simply ok...it was overly dry and on a bun that was 1.5x the size of the burger itself. No toppings such as lettuce or tomato; pickles were extremely soft and tasted as though they sat out overnight. Honestly, I've had better burgers at JACK IN THE BOX, which bothered me because I spent 10.59 for a combo with fries...and the fries tasted like my old HS cafeteria lunch fries. Service was great...I would give service 5 stars, but the meal, only 2 stars. Wouldn't come in again...sorry guys. read more
