When we say SIDE salad, we expected the salad to actually be on the SIDE. Instead, they put the HOT chicken tenders directly on top of the salad, which melted the cheese and completely ruined it. They did offer to replace the salad, but after the attitude I received on the phone, I didn't feel comfortable trusting them to remake my food. What made the situation worse was being told what I should do differently next time when the mistake was on their end. Mistakes happen, but how you handle those mistakes matters. Telling a customer how they should order next time instead of simply taking responsibility is not good customer service. The food may be decent, but the way this situation was handled left a really bad impression.

They were also insanely bland, no seasoning at all. The mac & cheese is well, terrible. I don't think there is any real cheese in it at all. It's very watery and honestly a box of Kraft is better and cheesier. I paid 75 cents for a side of sauce and didn't even receive it. My order was not complicated so not sure how that was overlooked. A Taste of Classic Perfection In-N-Out Burger is, without a doubt, a burger lover's paradise! Every visit to this iconic fast-food joint leaves me with an ear-to-ear grin, and here's why: Firstly, let's talk about the burgers. They're simple, they're delicious, and they're made with quality ingredients. The patties are always cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful. The fresh, crisp vegetables and the signature spread are the cherry on top. It's a symphony of flavors in every bite. But the magic doesn't stop at the burgers. The fries, oh, the fries! Golden, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. And if you like them extra crispy or with cheese, you can just ask, and they'll make it happen with a smile. One of the things I love most about In-N-Out is the consistency. You know what to expect every time you walk through those doors. It's like a comforting hug for your taste buds. The service is lightning fast, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. It's clear that they take pride in what they do, and it makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. In-N-Out Burger isn't just a restaurant; it's a California institution. Whether you're a local or a visitor, you owe it to yourself to savor the goodness that this place offers. I can't recommend it enough, and I'll be coming back for that unbeatable burger bliss. read more

"I would like to begin by commending In N Out for their exceptional response to a recent concern I raised. Following a couple of instances where my order was incorrectly fulfilled at this location, I reached out to customer service, not to complain but to suggest possible improvements. As someone working in customer service, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and dedication to customer care demonstrated by In N Out. Their approach has been an educational experience for me, providing insights on how to manage similar situations within my organization. The response, ranging from the attentive team member who initially took my call to the corporate level reaching out with a letter of apology and a follow-up phone call, was exemplary. The efforts made by this particular location, in collaboration with their corporate team, to address and prevent such errors from recurring, have been remarkable. Since my feedback, there has been a noticeable improvement in the accuracy of my orders. I am grateful for the attentive and proactive approach taken by everyone involved. The team at In N Out truly embodies the values of their organization, and their commitment to customer satisfaction is highly commendable." read more

I Would give zero stars if I could. Beware of eating here. I feel obligated to share my experience to prevent others from going through what I did. After eating at this In-N-Out location, 7/13/25 I became violently ill with what was later confirmed as food poisoning. My boyfriend also became seriously ill due to food poisoning and his symptoms escalated so severely that he ended up hospitalized with septic shock and spent nearly a week in the ICU. This wasn't just a mild stomach bug, it was a life-threatening condition. I've been a loyal In-N-Out customer for years, but after this horrifying ordeal, I will never eat here again. I've contacted the health department to report the incident because something clearly went very wrong with food safety and handling. I sincerely hope this leads to an investigation and ultimately better food safety protocols. No one should go through what I did just from grabbing a burger and fries. Please take this warning seriously. Your health is not worth the risk. read more

In-N-Out Burger never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and made to order. Their burgers are perfectly cooked, with high-quality ingredients that really stand out. The fries are crispy and flavorful, and you can tell everything is prepared with care. The service is fast and friendly, and I love the simplicity of the menu--sometimes less is more, and In-N-Out nails it every time. Whether it's your first visit or your hundredth, you can count on a consistently great experience. Definitely one of the best burger joints around! read more

It was Friday night at 9:30 p.m. when we ran into an overflowing dining room with no seats available inside at the Highland location, and the ordering line out the door. Next I drove to the Redlands location only to run into a filled parking lot and another dining room overflowing with primarily high-school-aged youths. On our third attempt parking was available at this location, and seats inside, but about 50 teenagers were swirling about in front off the ordering area, with no discernible back of the line. No worries! While Diane snared an available booth, two of the youths urged me to bypass them and go to the front of the line. Then people ahead of me parted like the Red Sea. I guess there can be some advantage to having white hair and moving along hunched over a walker! As I learned, at least some of the youths had just come from watching a football game won by Colton High School against Rim of the World High School situated on the mountaintop nearby. There were high school football games all over the Inland Empire this night, and numerous spectators were hungry for a burger, fries, and shake afterward. For Diane and me, this was simply our outing for dinner! As to the food we ordered, it was as fresh and good as ever--a Double Double Cheeseburger for Diane, and a Hamburger with Raw Onion and Cheeseburger with Grilled Onions for me, plus three orders of French Fries to split. We will surely be back for more--but not likely on another Friday night.
