They were quickly made and the wait wasn't too long. I order the same thing every time I come. A plate with double teriyaki chicken and all veggies. Honestly , I absolutely love coming here !! It's always clean & friendly service and the food quality is phenomenal!! I don't really do the fried rice or noodles personally or rice I'd rather get their simple greens veggies and proteins . I have never had bad service here ever or poor food quality .. Disappointed and Done My husband used to *love* Panda Express--especially their Orange Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken. But lately, the quality has taken a nosedive, and today was the third time we've left feeling frustrated and let down. The Kung Pao Chicken? It's like eating ghost peppers with no warning--so spicy it's impossible to enjoy. The Orange Chicken is drowning in breading, and biting into actual chicken feels like playing Russian roulette. As for the Chow Mein, it's a sad excuse for a noodle dish: barely any cabbage, a few limp pieces of yellow onion, and zero flavor. And they dare call this Chinese food? It's not. It's a cheap imitation--mass-produced, low-effort, and clearly designed to maximize profit while minimizing quality. Panda is panda so I won't comment on the food too much--just that it was what I expected from Panda express. I was not disappointed by my orange chicken. That being said, I think this location deserves a high rating because it is large inside with plenty of seating, spotless clean, very friendly staff (I had 8 orders and they took care of me quickly and nicely), and the way they designed their food display is great too. Can't complain, they also gave me a bunch of extra sauce like hot chili and hot mustard. Nice place. read more

Wow, I'm so dissatisfied I had to do this review instantly. Here I am on lunch excited to have panda because it's been a minute and I use to live off of this during my time at UCR. I got a bowl and vegetable egg rolls. Bowl : Coming in a square now. Chow Mein : DRY, BURNT, and soaked in soil, and vegetables were unrecognizable. Beef Broccoli : SOGGY. Broccoli was over cooked and mushy, beef was smothered in sauce and tasted gross. Vegetable egg rolls : Cold and hard Fortune cookie : HARD AS A ROCK .. omg my poor teeth. My brother and I just had the WORST experience at this place, after the worker was a complete wrench to us and had the UGLIEST attitude while serving us we sat down to eat when we witnessed the manager and the same young woman worker be straight out RACIST to two young black boys who couldn't be older than 11 and 9 years old. 2 different strangers bought them food and after the second person bought them food the older manager told these boys they need to stop asking people for money the young boys stated they were homeless and hungry she said she did not care it was not their money and threatened to call the cops on these young boys. I really love this Panda Express but I was really let down today. I walked in at 9:20 and they close at 10 so I thought there would still be orange chicken, the new shrimp offer, and teriyaki chicken. There was only 5 food options left and only enough chow mein for one plate.They also fully closed the lobby when we were planning to eat inside. There wasn't even a high welcome from the girl standing in front, but the cook in the all the way back did say it. She noticed us realizing that we weren't going to order because of the food options and I'm really sad to say the girl in the front said, " this is all we have." Since the pandemic began I ordered from this location twice and twice am disappointed, the food is good, the service is horrid. 1st time ordered delivery through their website, it didn't arrive so I called the store, the 1st dude is getting all my info, then puts me on hold. 2nd dude picks up and I told him I was talking to someone about my order which hasn't arrived, after all the run around he tells me "oh we don't deliver". So I told him him "ok let me get this straight, you don't deliver, only take out/pick up", he said "yes"....I hung up on him and sent an email complaint to the proper headquarters, never a response. Gave them a 2nd chance today, ordered through Door Dash (love them!), as usual my delivery was right on time with Door Dash but Panda screwed up my order, gave me 2 a la cart noodles instead of 1 noodle and 1 fried rice....ugh! BTW....their Family Meal for $20 is misleading, its only if you order through their website and take out/pick up only...THEY DO NOT DELIVER. Meanwhile, if I had waited in the line I would have had my meal 10 minutes before and not missing anything. No apology, just handed me the missing item and didn't even offer another bag for the torn one. (I had to tear it open to show them they missed the item. Then had to ask for another bag myself.) Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I'm not sure who trained or even HIRED these individuals, but Geez!!!!!!! I guess it's more about the money these days right? How much money can we make per hour? Rather than how many return customers can we get? I don't know.... to me- return customers would be way more important.
