Somehow service in the last few months just isnt the same. i ordered online and usually everything in my bag is right for the most part. today i walked in and had to wait for it to be bagged which is fine. off the bat there was a mix up with my drink that did get sorted out,which should have been my sign to check my bag. unfortunately i had too much faith and got home to see that everything in my bag was wrong. the receipt on the front was correct but the chips and sandwich were wrong. only reason my drink wasnt wrong is because im the one who filled it. read more

Hands down the cleanest Jersey Mikes I've been too. Kid was cleaning the inside and outside of windows.... Great job and clean. I was greeted by Val with a beautiful smile and great personality. I ordered the Turkey Provolone and Val made that sandwich perfect... she is a Turkey Provolone Artist. Val made sure I put my phone number in for my points and she made my sandwich with 100% care. I had the sweetest employee take care of me, I asked her for her recommendation on the best sandwich- she made me her favorite (I believe it was the Italian one on the grill with oregano and oil ) and it ended up being the best sandwich I have ever had! While we were ordering the 2 unprofessional employees looked at each other, turned their away from us and began inside laughing, chuckling, whatever it was as if I didn't see. Whatever the reason was, if it was about us or something else that came to their brainless minds. It was absolutely rude. I asked the immature employees what was funny and they both looked at me in "shock" like I didn't see what they just did. We were ready to walk out. But my fiancé wants JM so we will get what he wanted. But Management either get these wasteful worthless employees out and get people with much better skills and customer service to work for this location. Why did I have to leave my office drive across the freeway to Jersey Mike's to get a salad made correctly. My coworker wanted to treat me to lunch, I choose JM, reluctantly because she was ordering Online. 3x they added globs of Mayonnaise even though I asked for oil and vinegar. The person at the store was pleasant when I showed up stated they were short staff. And mayo is automatically added to all salads This will be the last time I ever order on line if I can't see the food being prepared. We ordered a Giant and a regular the Chicken was raw and tasted bad asked her to make another one and she obliged but decided to switch the bread on her own to Italian. Second time chicken was fine but the bread was stale. I will like to go back to this location. Subways food is half the price but I still go to Jersey Mike's coz of the quality.
