Nice sandwiches ,service is Good, looks cool inside and i would recommend going here for lunch or dinner

Did a phone order at Jersey Mike's today 6/28 and it was a disaster no cheese on the Philly steak vegetables, barely there all they did was put the scraps in it. The other sandwich missing avocado, and tomato. Did not ask for Jersey Mike's way, but yet not paying attention to detail using your app you still can't get it right I'll go to the northside Fontana where it's done correctly. Waste of time, gas and money. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - NO CHEESE NOR VEGETABLES ONLY SCRAPS - Delis Near Me - Fontana, California

Terrible service. Came at 840. The guy and girl working barely made eye contact or asked us what we wanted and spent the whole time flirting with each other and telling us they don't have multiple items. They were trying to get ready to leave 45 minutes before closing. Clearly they did not want to work. Will definitely never come back again. This is the second time this has happened. This place will definitely be shut down before long with this type of service. read more

Jersey Mike's is always a good place to get a quality sub sandwich. I always get the veggie combo. I love their soda choices so we choose to eat inside so I can continue to refill my soda. My daughter and I will come here and I like that they have the rewards program. It saves us money. read more

Orders from this location through their catering menu, as I've done many times in the past at other locations , food was incorrect, not labeled correctly, very few toppings so mostly bread absolutely not to what we expected , I called and asked for the manager I explained the issue and was told that she was busy "slicing" and couldn't talk I was told she would call back , never happened. Order from Jimmy John's instead read more

First off, this place is always clean. Not much to say about this corporate franchise other than the taste is what you come to expect from Jersey Mike's. My personal favorite is the MIKE's CHICKEN PHILLY. This sandwich is perfection at its best! Grilled onions with the right ratio of bell peppers, and the perfect amount of melted cheese over chicken, you can't go wrong! Tried this recently and I've been hooked. Trying their cold sandwiches in the past, this one doesn't compare. Sadly it took me this long to try a hot sandwich from them and glad I did. Customer service is standard. Bathrooms are clean. Limited seating but a great place if you're on the go. read more

Hands down the cleanest Jersey Mikes I've been too. Kid was cleaning the inside and outside of windows.... Great job and clean. I was greeted by Val with a beautiful smile and great personality. I ordered the Turkey Provolone and Val made that sandwich perfect... she is a Turkey Provolone Artist. Val made sure I put my phone number in for my points and she made my sandwich with 100% care. I can tell when someone enjoys what they do.... Val is amazing... thanks for making my night and my sandwich with so much care... it really showed. Thank you Val... you're pretty awesome Highly recommend read more

Somehow service in the last few months just isnt the same. i ordered online and usually everything in my bag is right for the most part. today i walked in and had to wait for it to be bagged which is fine. off the bat there was a mix up with my drink that did get sorted out, which should have been my sign to check my bag. unfortunately i had too much faith and got home to see that everything in my bag was wrong. the receipt on the front was correct but the chips and sandwich were wrong. only reason my drink wasnt wrong is because im the one who filled it. read more

This is my go to place for sandwiches. I get a consistently good sandwich every time I come to this establishment. I always go with the #7, done "Mikes Way". Whether it's through door dash or just a walk in, I've always gotten great service that has been expedient and polite. Definitely one of the best places to eat in that plaza. read more

We love JM subs but this location is awful! Do the employees get paid to be rude and roll their eyes at paying customers??? If you seriously dislike your job that much then don't be in a customer service position!!! Where's management when you need them!!! JM do better! read more

I had the sweetest employee take care of me, I asked her for her recommendation on the best sandwich- she made me her favorite (I believe it was the Italian one on the grill with oregano and oil ) and it ended up being the best sandwich I have ever had! The customer service I received Honestly made my night. I am very observant about the cleanliness of where I eat, it was very clean. Definitely will be back! Also I don't think all jersey mikes has cheese bread because I never seen that they have it at the Rialto one, unless I've gone when they are out? Anyways my experience here was awesome. I didn't get her name but I was sending my husband a pic of my sandwich almost being done so I got this. read more

My fiancé and I went to JM on 05/14/25. Management check the camera for confirmation!! While we were ordering the 2 unprofessional employees looked at each other, turned their away from us and began inside laughing, chuckling, whatever it was as if I didn't see. Whatever the reason was, if it was about us or something else that came to their brainless minds. It was absolutely rude. I asked the immature employees what was funny and they both looked at me in "shock" like I didn't see what they just did. We were ready to walk out. But my fiancé wants JM so we will get what he wanted. But Management either get these wasteful worthless employees out and get people with much better skills and customer service to work for this location. Because clearly you have a great deal of one stars. Very unprofessional, and most likely won't be going back to this location unless we see a different set of employees. read more

Why did I have to leave my office drive across the freeway to Jersey Mike's to get a salad made correctly. My coworker wanted to treat me to lunch, I choose JM, reluctantly because she was ordering Online. 3x they added globs of Mayonnaise even though I asked for oil and vinegar. The person at the store was pleasant when I showed up stated they were short staff. And mayo is automatically added to all salads This will be the last time I ever order on line if I can't see the food being prepared. It's and inconvenience to have to drive and pick up lunch especially since it was a birthday treat. And I didn't even get a fork with the order. Never again for online order. Jersey is my favorite sandwich go to , but not on line . read more

I had a chipotle Philly cheese steak on 11/28/21. Went to Subway and was disappointed. That's my fault for giving them a shot. So I come to Jersey Mikes and remember why I avoid cheap imitations like Subway Jersey Mikes is legit quality good. Tastes great and fresh. Not like the so called fresh Subway. I recommend the Philly cheesesteak of roast beef sandwich. The staff are friendly and they don't skimp. The veggies are fresh and it is leasing to the eyes. Recommend Jersey Mikes. Winner winner Jersey Mikes for dinner. read more

I don't know what it is about this particular location but every time I order from this location online or in person the employees ALWAYS get my orders wrong. The employees never pay attention to details. Management needs to empathize to their employees to pay attention to the customer details !!!! What if I was allergic to an ingredient that I not put in I can die from it!!!! read more

Great establishment that definitely came through for a new dad who had a hungry wife who just gave birth!

Went into jersey mikes, Fontana today; remembered that last time they messed up my sandwich, which I previously spoke to someone about, and they gladly said to come in and they'll give me a free same sandwich. Mentioned to the worker about my name being in the book, for last times mess up. The worker was very kind and gave me my free sandwich, and also compted my husbands sandwich as well. We said they really don't have to do that; and they insisted. That was a wonderful surprise. The sandwiches were delicious, and we are very greatful for them going over and beyond for the last mess up! Thanks Jersey Mikes employees! read more

New in town and decided to go to this location, as I love jerseys mikes. However, that was not the case at this location. I placed an order at 7:47pm and I get a call 3 min after. Team member tells me there is NO BREAD at all. Keep in mind they close at 9:00pm. At this point why even remain open, the employees where just waste of payroll,no? Anyways bad 1st impression! read more
