Disappointed in my meal is an understatement. The fries were dry, and the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper wings tasted greasy and reheated. I tried to eat a couple of them since I hadn't eaten all day, but I ended up with food poisoning--most likely from the ranch. The only decent part of my order was the Sprite that came with my combo. I was then told that all the wings had been combined together because they "didn't have time" to separate them. That made no sense since the order was placed online and organized for each individual person. When I politely asked if the wings could be separated correctly, the manager responded rudely and kept insisting that the entire order was there. I explained that I simply wanted the wings separated the way they were ordered. The manager then went to the back, separated them in front of me with an attitude, and repeatedly said, "All the wings are there," in a rude manner. The issue was never about missing food -- it was about the poor customer service, lack of organization, and unprofessional attitude. Just horrible!!! Ordered online came in to pick up my order just to be told they never received my order. I showed them my confirmation and all they could say was sometimes it doesn't print out. I already paid 70.00 and now I have to wait 18 mins. I understand things happen but this is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this place. But trust me it will be the last time we get anything from here. If you are okay with waiting forever for your food, this is the place for you! Wow there's definitely a reason why my wife and I always go to this specific Wingstop instead of the one near us. The customer service here is immaculate and I've been to plenty of wingstops. Other wingstops always mess up our orders, give us cold food or rude service. Karena specifically gave us exceptional service; she's been the best host in all the times I've ordered at the counter.
