We visited there 8/31/26 with a large party (9) and Raelene was EXTRAORDINARY! It was our second time here and she remembered us and we got the same tried and true customer service that people wish for in this life. Raelene. One server. Nine indecisive, hungry, tired, picky people who received exemplary service from one girl with two hands yet 6 invisible arms all while smiling, exuding warmth and serving us with grace and comedic interaction! The food. Like Colton. Scrumptious. No complaints. One observation. AYCE Spaghetti fell a tiny bit short not because of flavor or portion-size. The meal was said to include a free basket of garlic bread (I called to ask) but we only got one smallish, rectangular piece of bread each for the entire meal. THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT. Perhaps we could've asked for more (they said additional orders of bread would be charged) but we were still satisfied. The spaghetti was delicious with a perfect ratio of meat, sauce, pasta and meatballs. WELL DONE! Thank you for helping us mark my mother's 100th birthday in Heaven. Raelene. Thank you for everything!

The meatloaf looked good so I ordered it to be delivered. I love meatloaf. It looked more like 2 hamburger patties covered with bar b que sauce. It wasn't what I expected. I ordered mashed potatoes and bar b que beans for my sides. They forgot the beans. I've eaten here in the past and enjoyed it. Because of this I would come back and realize mistakes happen. But I was really looking forward to this dinner and felt a little let down. So they get 3 stars for tonight's meal, but I know they are better and will be back back.

Looked at the online tracker and it said the pies were in cooking for 30min. Still waiting in the parking lot and it was stuck on the "packaging" option for around 20min. When I finally went in to ask about it the employee said she remembered packing it but it went missing??? I wonder if this is a scheme cause I read another review about someone being told their pizza had been stolen. They told me I could wait for another one but by that time I'd buy the order in 50min prior and I had guests waiting for me in the dark so I just opted for the refund. On Sunday, May 31st, my grandma went to pick up an order from this location. She had to go in twice. The first time, there was very loud and inappropriate rap music playing. A group of employees in the back were loudly singing along, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. There were only two employees in the front who actually seemed to be working, and they even appeared annoyed. One of them apologized to my grandma for the music, which clearly was not under her control. When my grandma returned for her order, the situation didn't improve. One employee with glasses completely ignored her and seemed uninterested in doing his job, spending most of his time hiding in the back. Another employee was loudly and enthusiastically singing explicit lyrics that were completely inappropriate for a workplace setting. While he toned it down once he noticed her waiting, the behavior was already unacceptable. This is a business, not a frat house. There's a time and place for certain music and behavior, and this was neither. It was unprofessional, inappropriate, and disappointing that my grandma had to experience that. I also feel bad for the employees who were actually trying to work and had to deal with that environment. Management seriously needs to reassess what's going on at this location. Basic professionalism and respect for customers should be a priority.

Unfortunately, today was very disappointing. The avocado we received was extremely slimy and black. When I brought it to the cashier's attention, instead of apologizing or explaining anything, she simply responded in a rude manner, "Here is your money back." I wasn't looking for free food--I was looking for basic customer service and acknowledgment that the food should not have been served that way. Another issue that has become very frustrating is the soda machine. They constantly turn it on and off. Customers have to walk to the front, ask why the machine isn't working, and then an employee tells you they'll turn it on for you. Why make paying customers ask permission to use the soda machine, especially when they've already purchased a drink? It gives the impression that the machine is being turned off to discourage refills. A restaurant should make customers feel welcome, not make them feel like asking for a refill is a problem. Saving a few cents on soda isn't worth losing customers who regularly spend $70-$80 per visit. I hope management takes this seriously because we've enjoyed coming here for years. Good food brings customers in, but good customer service is what keeps them coming back. Don't be like Flame broiler, GREDY!

The restaurant was not busy at all, especially compared to the other Wingstop a few miles away. With only a couple of people inside, I expected a smooth experience. Instead, those same customers ended up witnessing everything that happened. I ordered a combo that includes a fountain drink. When I went to fill it, I realized that out of roughly fifteen drink options, every single one was out of order except Coke. I do not drink Coke, so I asked if I could get a refund for the drink portion. I was told no because it was part of the combo and they could not refund it. That explanation made no sense. If the store cannot provide what I paid for, I should not be the one absorbing the loss. The drink station itself was not clean. The counter was sticky, there were spills everywhere, and it looked like it had not been wiped down all day. Considering the store was not busy, there was no reason for the drink area to look like that. Then came the wings. I ordered a flavor that is still listed on their menu, only to be told it is discontinued. If it is discontinued, it should not still be advertised. I chose another flavor, but the wings came out overcooked. They were dry, tough, and not enjoyable. Between the broken drink machine, the refusal to refund the drink I could not use, the discontinued flavor still listed on the menu, the overcooked wings, and the lack of cleanliness, this visit missed the mark completely. The staff was not rude, but they were not empowered to offer solutions or correct basic issues. Elite Tip: Check the drink machine, confirm your flavor, and take a quick look at the drink station before ordering. This location has consistency and cleanliness issues that can turn a simple meal into a frustrating experience.
