Another employee was loudly and enthusiastically singing explicit lyrics that were completely inappropriate for a workplace setting. While he toned it down once he noticed her waiting, the behavior was already unacceptable. This is a business, not a frat house. There's a time and place for certain music and behavior, and this was neither. It was unprofessional, inappropriate, and disappointing that my grandma had to experience that. I also feel bad for the employees who were actually trying to work and had to deal with that environment. Management seriously needs to reassess what's going on at this location.
