I called in a to-go order from this pizza spot my family loves, and I'll be honest, the lady who…read moreanswered the phone wasn't the most pleasant. But since we really like their pizza, I just pushed through and placed the order anyway. When I got there, though, my experience completely turned around. The woman at the cashier was an absolute sweetheart, total opposite of the person on the phone. I was in a bit of a rush and kind of panicking while trying to figure out if I had cash, and she was so calm and reassuring. She told me to take my time and check, which I really appreciated. We ended up having a small conversation, and she even mentioned that she has anxiety too and understands how it feels to be rushed in situations like that. That really stuck with me, her kindness and patience made a big difference in my visit. Honestly, I'd come back just because of her customer service alone. And of course, the pizza itself is always good! We usually order the huge one with the tiny slices that barely fits in the trunk lol.

Overall, everything was really good. The pizza was very tasty and reasonably priced. The sauce is on the sweeter side, so just something to be aware of if that's not your preference. The wings (garlic parm) were a little undercooked for my preference and the flavor was just okay, nothing special, definitely needed more salt. The mozzarella sticks were cooked perfectly and very good, but the real standout was the garlic cheese sticks. Super cheesy, packed with flavor, and definitely the star of the order. We'd happily order those again.

3 Stars - Great flavor... but that crust though…read more I honestly don't know if I love this place or hate it. First bite? Fire! Full of flavor, everything hit right, and I was like okay... this might be the spot. But then came the crust. As I kept chewing, the dough got noticeably hard and dry. Not sure if it was overcooked or just how they make it, but it completely threw off the experience. I'm the type that actually looks forward to eating the crust, but this one turned into a jaw workout real quick. So now I'm conflicted. Flavor-wise, they're doing their thing. But texture matters, and the crust alone makes it hard for me to fully enjoy it. "Right now, it's a good pizza trapped under a bad crust."

It was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had the displeasure of having. The crust seemed premade. They skimped on both sauce and cheese.
