Not sure if it was overcooked or just how they make it, but it completely threw off the experience. I'm the type that actually looks forward to eating the crust, but this one turned into a jaw workout real quick. So now I'm conflicted. Flavor-wise, they're doing their thing. This fit the bill, definitely. My entree arrived piping hot, but not so hot that it scorched my tongue. It could've been a bit lighter on the sauce, but, that's just me, and, besides, it was very good. I like the way it was layered, with one layer of meat "sandwiched" between two layers of pasta, and another, close to the bottom. The top layer of cheese was great, not too thick, not too thin. My Iced Tea, though, barely tasted like anything. It tasted more like water, than an iced tea. It didn't spoil my experience, though, and, it's a minor thing. Next time I'm in town, I'll have to order at least 2 entrees to get a proper feel for the place, but, first impression: I'm pleased.
