Pizza was top notch, tasted like dominoes and Pizza Hut combined but way more fresh. The crust and dough had hints of garlic in it that complimented the sauce so well. It was unfortunate that I called the restaurant to check the ETA of my order they were confused and did not offer much information. Even more disappointing is that my order barely arrives at 9:58 PM Cold and unsatisfactory quality. The pizza had no sauce, was ice cold, and had no tamper protectant for the delivery driver. Pizza: GOOD, especially the crust. Wings: Not good. We ordered on Doordash and picked up. First time trying this place. My first impression walking in, the place is probably crawling with years of germs from booger-fingered kids playing all the games with pizza grease on their hands. It's kind of dimly lit, which I prefer. The monster sticker machine took my quarters and didn't give me anything. We waited 10 minutes longer than the Doordash estimate for our food to be ready, which is understandable. When we got home to eat it, I realized the food probably took longer because of how well done they made the crust on all three pizzas. This isn't a complaint-- we like it this way. This is the only pizza place I've ever been to that cooks it well done without us having requested it. I don't know if this was an accident or normal for them but it was good. We got the bbq chicken and the supreme. Both were delicious but I think the supreme was my favorite. Our third pizza was the Margherita and it was not what we expected. The crust was a lot thinner than the others, full of huge bubbles from the baking process, and it was cooked perhaps too long as the basil was black and the cheese was very browned. Not many tomatoes on it, either. It was not what you'd expect from a Margherita pizza. But, if you want a thin crusted, well done simple pizza like a thick cracker, it was good--the kids liked it but they agreed that it wasn't a Margherita. We also had the hot wings, ordered medium spicy. They were pretty mild though. And not to our liking. They were small, overly sauced and seasoned, soft and wet. Horrible customer service. It was dead except for the handful of old guys getting hammered and using way too much profanity. The only guy who seemed to be working didn't even see me walk in. When I finally got his attention, he brought out my order of wings in a box covered in sauce. After I checked my order, I had to once again get his attention. We served ourselves and as we were going to take a sip we noticed that the cups were dirty with what looked liked tajin on the glass and in my beer. I took them my cups full and asked them to replace it. They said they had to charge me more if they gave me the same amount of beer that was wasted and wouldn't have been if they just cleaned their dishes right. NASTY, DIRTY, GHETTO. Enough to sum up this place. To start, there's no air conditioning. The food is cheap & you can taste it. We had mozzarella sticks & a pepperoni pizza. They give you the pizza to take to your table with disgusting, dirty, old pot holder mits. The tables are dirty cheap plastic, party rental type tables that are all engraved with names & gang signs. Seats are all sticky, torn & falling apart. High chairs for kids... omg. DO NOT PUT YOUR KIDS IN THEM. My daughters outfit was RUINED by something sticky & brown that was on the seat. Once I noticed her clothing, I took her hot & used wipes to clean the seat. After 4 wipes, I gave up. ALL four wipes were BLACK. & the seat has straps but missing the buckles. From disgusting floors. I love their pizza, yesterday I had actually went to the place to order cause my Dad had always ordered the pizza. It's located in San Bernardino not too far from Highland. The area is not so good, kind of located in the ghetto probably best to go during the day but even with that it's sort of bad. When I got there and parked I was looking at my cell phone in the car and looked up at a guy standing there looking at us. Kind of scary since he stared at me in my car for two minutes. I walked towards the entrance and he asked for change I told him I didn't have change. So made it inside. There was a birthday party going on so the right side of the place was full of kids and struggling parents trying to make their kids happy by walking back and forth to the Pick Up area to grab pizza, and grab more soda for their kids. Since it was my first time being there I had no idea where to order so kind of just stood by and watched to see where people ordered, we finally found out where so looked at the menu and seen the prices. Then looked over at the Pick up area and had seen some posters plastered on the walls. Amazing deals! $23 dollars for two extra large pizzas, cheese bread and a pitcher of soda. I believe it was the Family Deal #3. They don't have a website so maybe calling ahead of time might help. We ordered the Family Deal #3, it was going to take 25 minutes to prepare and finish so we sat there and watched all the kids running around and people in the bar area playing those small video machines. The place was nice, might of been a bit small if you were planning to eat a pizza there near the bar. The bar area had three TV's going with different stuff on each of them. I believe there were a couple of TVs as well in the birthday area. Perhaps when all that is empty they have a large area to sit to eat. When the 25 minutes was up, they gave us our pizza after showing them our receipt so make sure that you save it or don't lose it because you will need to give it to them when your pizza is finished. I went over and asked for two cups of soda since we were having our pizza to go. She filled them up and said "Thank you, have a nice day" very friendly people. We left and went back home. The best part was eating the pizza, the cheese bread were like a small pizza with cheese but it was very delicious. We then dug into the pizza and it was the best pizza around, best pizza I've had in the Inland Empire and probably in the area. Great price, great pizza. Found a syringe (used) in the woman's bathroom... An hour after seeing it, went back & it was still there AFTER I brought it to the owners attention. This place is located in the ghetto so I was not surprised... Second time going there my son lost his money in the video game machine, he told the owner... The owner responded saying it was "NOT HIS PROBLEM".... I went up to the man and was again told "it's not my problem"... My husband went up to the man and he was again told " not his problem!" I could have understood the situation had he responded and explained a little nicer... After the way my family and I were treated, we will never go back.
