Type of Care: Did not seem thorough, all things considered. Dentist talked to me about my teeth for 5 minutes and geo-politics for 25 minutes. Care Quality: Seemed lazy; Looked inside my mouth less than a minute and ordered a CT Scan immediately following x-rays so I received a larger than required dose of radiation. It seemed he could have been more reflective and circumspect. From my point of view, he was rushing but in a lazy way. Office Experience: Hygienist was brusque, harsh and aggressive. As I sat on the little stool with wheels to approach the CT imaging device, she pushed me closer to the machine and I started to topple over. I caught myself and she told to to scoot myself if I thought I could do a better job. At one point, I had to ask her to be a little more understanding. This whole office, sadly, gave me the creeps. I am a nice and friendly person and I deserve a nice and friendly medical experience. I don't need to be treated like royalty but a little genuine kindness would have been nice. Two positives: 1) the initial call I made to the receptionist was pleasant. 2) they did not make me jump through any more hoops to get the x-rays emailed out to me personally. read more

I needed a root canal appointment ASAP. When I called to different clinics I was given appointments that were one to two months later than I was hoping for -also the receptionists were rude and impolite. I called Dr. Farhad office and his assistants were amazing! I just want to thank Rosaura for helping me out with out delay. I am glad that he hires personnel that care about his clientele. read more

Rude receptionist.!!! Worst ever .! I called to cancel my appointment, her response was "ohhhhhh my god I knew it" !!!! How unprofessional.

I found Dr. Daftary and his staff to be professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I have had a lot of dental work over the years. So I can speak with some confidence when I say that Dr. Daftary is one of the best. I needed a root canal and it was hard to find a Dr. who would make room for an urgent need. I got my appointment with Dr. Daftary within a week or two. Once there,the Dr. really took his time with me. He stopped to take x-rays throughout checking his work. He was personable and informative. And he made himself available for an unplanned follow up due to some discomfort (which had cleared by the date of the follow up). I learned that most of his staff had been with him for decades. And I am not surprised. I recommend this Dr. and this practice. read more

I was sent to Mr Daftary to examine whether or not my molar could be saved with a RCT. The X-Ray looked promising so we attempted the procedure. Unfortunately, my tooth had a crack below the gum line and needs extracted. The good of this all is I'm not the most comfortable guy in the chair. I can give excuses as to why but I'll spare you those details. Right off the bat, I liked this guy. His bed side manner is to be commended. We talked about everything from my pending retirement to taking art classes. Plus he gave me information I did not have that indicates I grind my teeth at night. The girls up front were fantastic working with my insurance company on what is and what was not covered, and what my out of pocket expense would have been with a successful RCT As I continue my treatments I may need another RCT and I'll schedule with this office without question PS- I'll save my 5-star rating for my last visit. :-) Keep up the good service! Since there's no zero star I will give it a 1 star. There very very Rude, very unprofessional. Plus there no explanation of benefits so they just charge you with out explaining all they tell you to wait for the explanation from the insurance. Oh plus they charge for some type of antibiotic that they put for the trot canal . What's interesting is there's no solutions that are placed in the root canal to treat besides deluged bleach to kill the nerve . Clorox bleach is not more than $5 at the store. My recommendation to who ever is looking for a Endodontics look somewhere else. Your better off paying those 400 to over 1,200 somewhere else where they'll be nice and professional. read more

Great experience at this place the staff are nice & welcoming. Everything from scheduling an appointment to billing super quick and easy! Not to mention the Dr is amazing! I call him the singing Dr!! kept me entertained and helped me not think about getting a root canal! read more

Never really liked coming here. The doctor is kinda rude and I feel they dont really answer my questions and they charge you for every little thing. He doesnt really listen and kinda talks to you like you're dumb. I'll likely not come here anymore as it seems to not have changed much in the last few years sadly. read more

The staff are nice and friendly, the doctor himself is definitely not a friendly chatty type person but I could tell he knew what he was doing. I had my root canal done here, they put me under so I slept right through all that work. Ive heard friends tell me how they stayed away for theirs. Although they didn't feel any pain but they could definitely feel the pressure and see everything that was going on. Sounds terrifying! If you can afford it, I would suggest just being put under. They didn't get too detailed on the procedure or after care. However aftercare wasn't too bad, no solid food for a few days, and sleep with a paper towel over yer pillow. read more

I went into the office at 3:30 on a friday for a consult. and left at 6:00 with the root canal done & painless. The entire staff from the receptionist to the assistant, the x-ray tech. and the good Doctor Daftary were all kind and professional. I was a bit nervous, Dr. Daftary noticed I was uncomfortable and asked me "Have you ever had a root canal"? I told him " This is my first" to which he replied "Me too", I laughed and was instantly put at ease. They were quick and through. I definitely would recomened these folks. read more

Dental work can be a traumatizing experience so if you're looking for good customer service where you feel at ease I suggest not coming here. The ladies up front were very rude particularly a "retired home girl" receptionist or aid of some sorts when I called to make an appointment, I got attitude. When I showed up and my original dentist office didn't give me the correct insurance referral, I got attitude. She refused to run my care credit account through my social security number since my card had not arrived even though the care credit company said they were able to while I was on the phone with them in the office and I got charged for a mandatory 5 minute consultation fee only for the Doctor to tell me exactly what I was there for. I waited for my card to come in for my next appointment and when I called in to cancel, late I must admit, because I didn't have the card and I didn't have the money to pay for it out of pocket I got an attitude again. I rescheduled my appointment hoping my card would come in by then. They ended up calling my mother who was emergency contact a few days before my appointment to make sure I was going to my appointment. I'm a 27 year old man living on my own in another city they could've called me so I called and cancelled and I will definitely not be going back. I got a letter in the mail from my dental insurance stating I had been there. Not sure if they charged but anything that I paid for came out of my pocket (I believe a $30 consultation fee) I had a root canal done there a few years ago as well and I remembered that same lady as soon as I walked in to the office. worst experience ever. if you have any other option even if you need to drive far to get dental work done do so... not only he didn't do anything, he also billed my insurance and billed me for. the office is dirty the employees are very unprofessional and rude. don't expect and smiles at this dentist office. absolutely disappointed and definitely dont recommend this joke of a dentist to any person. i wish i could give him negative stars.
