Great services and great staff The best and highly recommend Clover.Just the best in my opinion.Highly recommend

I had been going to this dentist for the past few years with no issues. I actually really liked this clinic. I went in for pain + "consultation" with endodontist in which they took X-rays. I was supposed to speak one on one with the endodontist to see if I actually needed root canals. It went from "she's running late" to never seeing her/no call back for results.. nothing. I get a call that I need root canals "ASAP" because there was an "infection" and could get worse if untreated. I go to other location for said root canals, I paid almost $700 for more x-rays. As we're prepping for the procedure the endodontist tells me I actually don't need root canals and doesn't understand why they said it was severely infected. I get they were going off what I said about pain but to lie about the infection is very questionable. Very disappointed as this location misdiagnosed me + the wasted almost $700. Also the fact that the endodontist didn't have time to see me when I had an appointment... read more

Went for my scheduled cleaning. Dan is an excellent hygienist. He's super sweet, professional and does a great job of cleaning without being rough on your gums. My family has been going here for 20 plus years. Dr Puri has always been honest and has done excellent work. This practice is now expanding quickly but the quality of care is still excellent. read more

Very quick, great communication and everyone was so friendly! Gave me a plan of next steps and solutions to help me.

Awesome experience. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist. Very informative; not just your typical x-ray and to-do list. Even pointed out issues from a previous dental procedure from a previous dentist that I'm about YELP about. Kidding. Letting bygones be bygones. Highly recommend Puri Dentistry. read more

5-Star Review for Dr. Ari & Team I'm just at the beginning of my treatment with Dr. Ari, but I already feel so grateful to have found this office. From my first visit, the reception staff made me feel welcomed and supported. I wish I could list everyone by name because they've all been wonderful--Maria and Francine especially stand out for their warmth and kindness. Dr. Ari has been incredibly open-minded, patient, and flexible as we discuss my treatment plan and payment options. Even early in the process, I feel heard, respected, and taken care of. The technical staff has also been amazing--professional, gentle, and reassuring. Although I'm only getting started, I can already tell I'm in great hands. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring, understanding, and genuinely supportive dental team. Thank you all so much! read more

Dr Cordova is the best highly recommended very caring and humanitarian he really cares

My wife has had nothing but problems with her dentures wich she had done there. They broke her first pair and lied about it. Now her front tooth on her dentures broke. Once I seen her having these troubles I cancelled my appointments there. Let's see how long it takes for them to get back to her. read more

Since it changed to Clove they have been nothing but a disaster. I get me teeth cleaned every 4 months and for the last 3 visits they are always running late. 1st time 25 mins. 2nd time 40 and today was 55 minutes . What are appointments for if you cannot keep them with a reasonable amount of time. Looking for a new dentist. read more

At first the care was good. I went to visit the dentist 3 times. I thought I finally found a quality, honest, dentist! On one occasion I had an accident at work and found myself needing emergency work on my teeth. The repair wasn't cheap, so I expected the work to be done right. Well less than 3 years later the repair fell off, it wasn't secured or repaired correctly the first time. So I called Dr. Puri Dentistry told them what happened they told me to come in. When I ask if I had to pay for the repair again they said of course. That doesn't make sense to me when I paid for the dental work the first time, it was supposed to be done right and it wasn't! Why should I pay for the same procedure again. By the way I did not break my tooth repair on something, it literally just fell off. Now I wonder how much the next Dentist will charge Me to fix it wright the first time again. Sadly I'am still on the look out for a good Dentist just hard to trust their work when they don't stand behind the repairs. My advice to anyone going to a dentist Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!. read more

I signed in on the computer as you walk in, waiting in the waiting area , and 20 min later they called my phone to see when I'll be there? Besides that my procedure went well read more

I was seen at this office two years ago.. I made an appointment literally because of the reviews. I went in as a new patient so I got the X-rays done and I believe a basic cleaning. I was told that I had a cavity in one of my molars. I was quoted $225 and that was with insurance. It was done by a white guy I don't remember his name but I definitely have the receipt and it's by far the worst looking tooth in my mouth!! Me finding the receipt is what prompted me to make the review. I would upload the picture but I'm that embarrassed it literally looks like I have gum shoved in my mouth and the color is horrific. So no I would not recommend this place and I don't understand the 4.9 rating on google reviews. read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Puri for decades. What a fantastic dentist and humanitarian. Dr. Puri is one of those individuals that other dentists should aspire to be like and as a matter of fact, all is us aspire to! Knowledge: check. Bedside manner: check. Kindness: check. Dan, the hygienist gave me a cleaning and was a pleasant and thorough experience. Great staff. If you are looking for a dentist, or need to change dentists, please consider Puri Dentistry. read more

Save your money and your time. Puri/Clove Dental made me wait for 2 1/2 hours for a retreat, on my tooth, did not provide a consultation and started drilling before stopping. The dentist told me to go back to the other office. The other dentist, Dr. Puri, suggested pulling the tooth. Don't I deserve options, especially since you were drilling MY tooth!!!!. All they did was give me excuses. They put on a temporary filling when they should have done more. Another dental office took care of me with grace, explaining every step and option with no money involved, and they fixed the mess Puri/Clove started!!!! This office and staff only care about money. They are rude and don't care about the patients, they care only about money. They don't return calls, and don't explain anything to you!!!!! read more

I'm VERY MUCH a senior, so DECADES of years in the dental chair!!! THIS is the place to go!!!! Lovely front office pretty smiles greet you warmly. Take questions about treatment PATIENTLY and (this old bird sometimes needs repetition)! SUPERIOR chair side manner by ALL no matter WHAT procedure And WONDERFULLY do NOT rush treatment they take the TIME to calm your nerves with kindness & give you pre-procedure pain relief before they start as you request. I have (embarrassingly) VERY low pain tolerance. They UNDERSTAND. Dr.Pzri and his son have HUGE hearts to serve the public including little ones AND (the impoverished). I have such respect I wish I could be hired! * They are equipped to handle all services. Superstars!!! read more

As someone who is afraid of the dentist, let me tell you, this dental office is the best! Dr. Cordova and michelle the dental assistant are so caring and make you feel at ease. I am so glad I found this dental office. Dr. Puri cares about the patients and staff. On my first visit, I was given a tour around the office and introduced to Dr. Puri. I was so impressed on how much this place makes you feel so welcomed. I recommend anyone who is looking for a welcoming warm experience at the dentist to come here. Great work and Awesome Staff Puri dentist always does honest work and quality is Top Knotch!

First visit to Puri Dentistry. They were professional and thorough. My dentist explained what was going on and gave me a good path forward

After 15 plus years of being a patient here, today is the day we walked out and will find elsewhere to go. Since becoming part of the Clove Dental Network the "family" vibe you would get when you walk in is gone. The turn around is horrible with staff. The staff is rude and today we had a 11:30am appointment. We sat for an hour waiting. Went to ask when we would be seen, mind you we love 40 minutes away, arrange our appointments around school pickup and WORK. Lady up front said "shortly" we were told that when we walked in. I proceeded to press for how much longer and that we missed work and have kids to pick up and her response was "well that's not my problem" ha! Immature and rude. Waiting till full of people that were waiting for over an hour to get in. Spoke to manger and of course "I will talk to my staff and I am so sorry" BS. This office has become another western dental. Heard you in like cattle and no personal relationship anymore. If you have nothing to do for the day then great place to go and wait around to be seen. read more

A friend of mine recommended me Dr. Puri for dental work. I trusted her and I went ahead to make an appointment with him. Dan, the hygienist, did the basic and deep cleaning, which he was very professional and knew what he was doing. Dr. Puri made sure to explained me the work I really needed. I am very pleased with their service and work. read more

Honestly the people there in the front are great and the dental physician Josh is amazing, but this review is directly towards the manager. He was very money hungry and rude. I originally only came here because the clove dental office isn't open on Saturdays but this office is so they recommended me to come here. I was recommended to do a deep cleaning by the clove dental which I agreed to and never once did they mention irrigation or a fee or anything associated with this or that it was needed. So when I came to finally do this procedure, this male manager only focused on this detail of the irrigation and kept saying it's necessary and I need the irrigation as if it wasn't a choice, which made me uncomfortable esp since it was never mentioned before by anyone else which I had told him. Instead, He kept pressuring me and asking me if I was going to do it and how absolutely necessary it was and so when I finally went in to do the deep cleaning I asked a few hygienist if it's needed and they all said it's good to have but not technically needed but recommended. This answer made me feel way better and as if I actually had a choice. I was also offered another method if I had chose to decline it, but after talking it through with some of the nice ladies, I opted in to doing it. Upon checking out, I already pulled out my card to pay and was waiting for the front office rep to charge me, she was polite charged me and told me about my next appt. I said thank you and began to walk out, as I'm walking out, this manager yells my name and was basically stoping me to ask if I paid!!! HOW EMBARRASSING!!!! And I quickly replied I already paid! & He walks away quickly! Never once did he apologize or even say have a good day, he was only concerned about the money! Truthfully after this, I do not think I will be returning to this location! He truly needs to be trained more. As a person who works in healthcare myself, we would never do this nor would any of my managers! We have been trained to not do any of what he did and I think truly it was completely unprofessional. Like I said it was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. Please anyone who goes here, do your research prior and do not feel pressured into anything. & honestly after looking online they sell an irrigation solution much cheaper than what I paid! read more

The office experience is terrible at Puri Dentistry. On several occasions the front desk has been incompetent with even basic tasks like billing, scheduling appointments, and insurance. As much as I want my visit to go smoothly, I have a different issue with the front desk every time, nothing ever runs smoothly with secretarial stuff. I've never had so many administrative problems with a dentist office in my life. Also, parking on the busy street is limited and the tiny parking in the back is very difficult to get in and out of. The hygienist is good, but you pay the price with terrible administrative services and the bad location. read more
