My family has been going here for 20 plus years. Dr Puri has always been honest and has done excellent work. Since it changed to Clove they have been nothing but a disaster. I get me teeth cleaned every 4 months and for the last 3 visits they are always running late. 1st time 25 mins. 2nd time 40 and today was 55 minutes . My wife has had nothing but problems with her dentures wich she had done there. They broke her first pair and lied about it. Now her front tooth on her dentures broke. Save your money and your time. Puri/Clove Dental made me wait for 2 1/2 hours for a retreat, on my tooth, did not provide a consultation and started drilling before stopping. The dentist told me to go back to the other office. The other dentist, Dr. Puri, suggested pulling the tooth. Don't I deserve options, especially since you were drilling MY tooth!!!!. All they did was give me excuses. They put on a temporary filling when they should have done more. Another dental office took care of me with grace, explaining every step and option with no money involved, and they fixed the mess Puri/Clove started!!!! This office and staff only care about money. They are rude and don't care about the patients, they care only about money. They don't return calls, and don't explain anything to you!!!!! read more

I was seen at this office two years ago.. I made an appointment literally because of the reviews. I went in as a new patient so I got the X-rays done and I believe a basic cleaning. I was told that I had a cavity in one of my molars. I was quoted $225 and that was with insurance. It was done by a white guy I don't remember his name but I definitely have the receipt and it's by far the worst looking tooth in my mouth!! Me finding the receipt is what prompted me to make the review. I would upload the picture but I'm that embarrassed it literally looks like I have gum shoved in my mouth and the color is horrific. So no I would not recommend this place and I don't understand the 4.9 rating on google reviews. read more

After 15 plus years of being a patient here, today is the day we walked out and will find elsewhere to go. Since becoming part of the Clove Dental Network the "family" vibe you would get when you walk in is gone. The turn around is horrible with staff. The staff is rude and today we had a 11:30am appointment. We sat for an hour waiting. Went to ask when we would be seen, mind you we love 40 minutes away, arrange our appointments around school pickup and WORK. Lady up front said "shortly" we were told that when we walked in. I proceeded to press for how much longer and that we missed work and have kids to pick up and her response was "well that's not my problem" ha! Immature and rude. Waiting till full of people that were waiting for over an hour to get in. Spoke to manger and of course "I will talk to my staff and I am so sorry" BS. This office has become another western dental. Heard you in like cattle and no personal relationship anymore. If you have nothing to do for the day then great place to go and wait around to be seen. read more

Honestly the people there in the front are great and the dental physician Josh is amazing, but this review is directly towards the manager. He was very money hungry and rude. I originally only came here because the clove dental office isn't open on Saturdays but this office is so they recommended me to come here. I was recommended to do a deep cleaning by the clove dental which I agreed to and never once did they mention irrigation or a fee or anything associated with this or that it was needed. So when I came to finally do this procedure, this male manager only focused on this detail of the irrigation and kept saying it's necessary and I need the irrigation as if it wasn't a choice, which made me uncomfortable esp since it was never mentioned before by anyone else which I had told him. Instead, He kept pressuring me and asking me if I was going to do it and how absolutely necessary it was and so when I finally went in to do the deep cleaning I asked a few hygienist if it's needed and they all said it's good to have but not technically needed but recommended. This answer made me feel way better and as if I actually had a choice. I was also offered another method if I had chose to decline it, but after talking it through with some of the nice ladies, I opted in to doing it. Upon checking out, I already pulled out my card to pay and was waiting for the front office rep to charge me, she was polite charged me and told me about my next appt. I said thank you and began to walk out, as I'm walking out, this manager yells my name and was basically stoping me to ask if I paid!!! HOW EMBARRASSING!!!! And I quickly replied I already paid! & He walks away quickly! Never once did he apologize or even say have a good day, he was only concerned about the money! Truthfully after this, I do not think I will be returning to this location! He truly needs to be trained more. As a person who works in healthcare myself, we would never do this nor would any of my managers! We have been trained to not do any of what he did and I think truly it was completely unprofessional. Like I said it was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. Please anyone who goes here, do your research prior and do not feel pressured into anything. & honestly after looking online they sell an irrigation solution much cheaper than what I paid! read more

Got a crown from Dr Baum- 3 dentist said I have open margins and the crown needs to be replaced. The Doctor refused to see me let alone fix his work. That's what you get with him. Even my dental insurance company agreed that his work was not acceptable- that says a lot!! read more

The office experience is terrible at Puri Dentistry. On several occasions the front desk has been incompetent with even basic tasks like billing, scheduling appointments, and insurance. As much as I want my visit to go smoothly, I have a different issue with the front desk every time, nothing ever runs smoothly with secretarial stuff. I've never had so many administrative problems with a dentist office in my life. Also, parking on the busy street is limited and the tiny parking in the back is very difficult to get in and out of. The hygienist is good, but you pay the price with terrible administrative services and the bad location. read more
