The service is also inconsistent. Sometimes they'll bring your food out to you, and other times someone will just yell "hey" from behind the counter and expect you to come grab it. There was one girl I encountered who was much friendlier and more attentive, but unfortunately I've only seen her once. I really wish the experience were more pleasant because the food itself is decent, but the service makes it hard to want to keep coming back. I've had much better experiences at both the Orange and Tustin locations, and this location definitely doesn't compare.

The food was delicious, perfectly grilled chicken with that slightly caramelized edge, plenty of sauce, and super fresh veggies. The portions were generous (definitely enough for leftovers), and the rice was cooked just right. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my order was ready quicker than expected. I come in almost every other week to this place and I love literally around the corner behind this place. The customer service is decent but the owners are racist. They sell Mexican food but don't care about the people they just care about making money. I see that the female cashier's are uncomfortable with the owner. Incorrect menu prices, overcharging, then not giving you a breakdown just a higher total. Seems really shady to me and the food is honestly plain bland. I'll never return here sadly.
