Just ate here and the service was with a smile. I had the BLT combo. My wife had the steak sandwich. We also ordered the Gyro. All were absolutely wonderful. My only pet-peeve is they sweep near our table while we were eating. "Never cared for that. Dust while eating". Food is always great, can't say the same for their service. Ordered four meals by way of drive through and politely asked for one of each of the dipping sauce - ranch, and thousand island- for each meal so each person I got food for can have their own dipping sauce. But the person at the window can't comprehend that part, and was told that she already gave me four and the two were extra 2 of the thousand island and 2 of ranch and that I would have to pay an extra 50 cents for each sauce at that point even tho we ordered 4 meals. she couldn't get the fact that each person likes to have their own dipping sauce for their food and not dip into another person dipping sauce. Oh and by the way we also ordered a kids meal cheeseburger but some how they forgot the cheese.. smh....I hate the fact that we already bought their food but charge extra for condiments ridiculous. Came here earlier today for the first time. Prices are pretty reasonable and the food was good. I just couldn't give them 5 stars because they charged me for cheese and the burger didn't have it. Also we waited a good 5 minutes at the drive through window before anyone even greeted us or took my card to process payment. It's not hard to open the window and say we will be right with you. I came here with some friends and, while I already enjoy restaurants like this, I was pleasantly surprised to see beer taps set up behind the counter. Great food false advertisement. Every burger on the menu shows that it comes with cheese and it gives you the amount that you pay. When you get to the speaker they say would you like cheese on that for a separate charge. Rude, stuck-up workers. Horrible service. Always, literally always getting my order wrong...and I've only been there 3 times. I can promise you, I won't be coming back. I went through the drive thru tonight, with only 1 car in front of me. When I was ordering my food, the lady on the speaker asked me if I wanted a HALF ORDER of zucchini instead of a full order. I said yes (because their normal order costs a lot and it's always too much food.) It took these people 25 minutes to deliver one single bag of food to the car in front of me and then finally, it was my turn to pay and get my food. I noticed all the people working were women and they were too busy talking to each other to do their jobs. After 20 years, one of the dis-interested ladies finally and slowly opens the window to read off my order. I noticed she read off "zucchini" instead of "half order of zucchini", but I didn't say anything figuring she was just trying to save time, you know, since she was too lazy to even look at me. Finally they hand me my bag of food and you can clearly see they were trying to shoo me away. So before leaving, I told her I ordered a half order of zucchini but was charged with a full order. This lady looks me in the eye and says "We don't sell any half orders of zucchini," and she closed the window. If I could give this location no stars, I would. I wish these workers would get a taste of their own medicine. Don't work in customer service if you don't like people and would rather talk to your little friends - straight up. If I wasn't sick with strep throat I'd drive by and throw all the stupid zucchinis at their window. If you want a burger, just go to In N Out. /End Rant read more

This place has stepped up its game. Maria, who I hope is a manager, is amazing! She has the best customer service. A fry was missing from my order so I called and she verified my info, and said she'd be there until so and so time and ask for her when I came in. More than made up for the trouble. I came here on a recommendation from a friend. I ordered a burger and the fried zucchini it was so greasy I couldn't eat it. My 11 year old grand daughter ordered the breakfast plate. I went through the drive thru today at about 12:45 pm. The girl at the drive thru window was very pleasant; however the food was very disappointing. I ordered a club sandwich after seeing a photo of it on a yelp review. I do not know what happened to mine, but it looked nothing like the photo. The bread was barely toasted making it very soggy. The lettuce was just a few shreds scattered inside the sandwich. What tomato I had was green and hard. I only ate half of it before I had to throw it away. Waste of $8. read more

Today was my first visit, and the customer service was horrible. The person taking my order started talking to me before my car was in front of the speaker and then gave me a horrible attitude because she couldn't hear me. A basic breakfast burrito is almost 8$ and it is definitely not worth it. There are much better places to eat for the money with much better food quality. This place was very clean and portions was more then I could eat. the chicken tenders seem to be hand breaded which normally is a hit or miss. I was surprised that this placed didn't mess them up . I will be back to try out more of the menu items read more
