We arrived on time, but still waited over 30 minutes because the patient before us was running late. When it was finally our turn, we found out that the dentist wasn't even in the office. This was our second visit--we came back because the dentist was wonderful during our first appointment. However, nobody bothered to let us know in advance that the dentist wouldn't be there. Instead, an assistant saw my son. All he did was wipe my son's teeth with gauze. My 2-year-old was scared and started resisting, which is completely normal for a toddler. The assistant simply said, "It's just gauze," as if that would magically make a frightened toddler cooperate. After wiping his teeth, he said, "That's it for today." Excuse me? We waited over 30 minutes just for someone to wipe my son's teeth and send us home? I told them that they should have informed us the dentist wasn't there. The assistant then asked the receptionist to come over. The receptionist's response was, "Kids don't cooperate every time." I said, "I understand that. But the doctor examined him just fine during our last visit. I don't think the assistant knows how to examine a toddler." Only then did they decide to "try again." The assistant took a few photos and that was the end of the visit. I even scheduled another appointment before leaving, but the more I thought about the experience, the more upset I became. I ended up switching my son to a pediatric dentist. When I first called this office, I specifically asked if they could see babies. I was told they were a general dental office but were able to treat young children. If your office isn't experienced in examining toddlers, that's completely fine--but please be honest so parents can find a provider who is. At the very least, have the courtesy to notify patients ahead of time if the dentist won't be there. To make matters worse, after I found a new pediatric dentist, I called to cancel my son's next appointment. The receptionist simply said, "OK," and hung up on me without another word. This office wasted our time, failed to communicate, and handled the entire situation unprofessionally. I would not recommend bringing young children here.

The other dentist was great. I just wished it would have been more affordable. My regular checkup and cleaning were great. I was supposed to get ca call regarding some coverage, but I think the staff got very distracted with a lady they had that required more time with payment. I live that they offer me a cover when I sit because I'm always cold.

I have been seeing Dr. Jeremy Teoh since he took over the practice in January of 2020. My previous…read moredentist was such a fine person that I may have overlooked the quality of his work over the many years I saw him. Sadly, he passed away and I began seeing Dr. Teoh, my wife's dentist. My first procedure was a filling renewal and I was surprised at how quickly and painlessly Dr. T completed completed the work. But the real test was about to begin. The eight upper crowns comprising my smile were never to my liking and were grinding the lower teeth away. I knew I needed a vast restoration. With additional implants and a root canal, this project grew to include eighteen new crowns. It may be Dr. Teoh's largest project since opening this practice. Dr. Teoh became the project leader of my "team" including the Periodontist and Endodontist. The work stretched over a year and a half and would cost tens of thousands of dollars. Throughout it all, Dr. Teoh and his staff treated me like royalty. The temporary teeth that they made in the office were the nicest teeth I had had in decades. These temporaries lasted a very long time with the doctor making repairs whenever I chipped the temps. I never left the office without looking my best, throughout the long treatment. Finally, after many months of preparation, Dr. Teoh and staff installed my 18 new crowns. I have a gorgeous new smile that looks like my smile from 40 years earlier. The doctor utilized pictures of me from that era to inform making the model my new teeth are based upon. Every step along the process was planned to achieve a great result, as well as giving me a good smile in the mean time. Doctor Teoh worked with me to make this project financially possible. He included making a custom night guard at no charge. Dr. Teoh has the brains to plan and execute a very complicated dental procedure but, just as important, Dr. Teoh has a giant heart. He truly cares for his patients and his staff reflects that. I have a great dental professional in Dr. Teoh and I also have a great friend. I admire him very much.

I provided my medical insurance information to the front desk, but instead of taking the time to properly verify my coverage, the staff member seemed impatient and asked numerous unnecessary questions. I eventually had to call my insurance company myself to confirm that we were covered. When my insurance company called the front office to clarify our coverage and explain that the information had not been handled correctly, that we were in network and we were covered. The dental health insurance agent also mentioned that the ID number that they provided was wrong. Then the staff member became upset and told us they would no longer see us and got mad and angry, and she said I will cancel your appointment wow ! I was extremely disappointed by this experience. It is frustrating to be treated this way when all we were trying to do was confirm our insurance coverage and receive medical care. For a business serving the Arcadia community, I expected much better customer service, patience, and professionalism. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to others.
