We still made it work. Showed up and we were not greeted. No one was to be found. Waited around for about ten mins and finally got put in chairs for hair. Sarah (who did my hair) was friendly enough. I think she did her best and wanted me to feel good about my hair so thank you. The girl who did my sisters hair (Deja) was obviously less experienced and needed to almost be talked through the whole thing. Even on how to use a bobby pin. We asked for curls and some hair pulled back into twists. Mine was okay but my sister's was curled in some places and straight in others. Also, due to the time being moved up, we had to try and make the look last until 5 pm. Moved on to makeup and waited again for another 15 minutes or so. Finally someone pulls me over and starts. I forget her name but she was friendly enough too. My sister kept waiting for Sydney to come out and start on hers. After probably waiting another 10 mins, she comes out and asks what my sister wants. She said she wanted full makeup and Sydney responds to her with "why don't you just do it yourself". Excuse me?? They charged me for a wash and dry but we came in with washed and dried hair. Clueless all the way around.
