First and last time coming here. I came for a regular gel manicure. I sat at table 6? I had to continue to ask my tech to file my nails sharper, as I asked for square nails and then edges were still rounded. I got a light blue shade, in which she put 3 coats which made the polish thick. I had short nails, so they ended up looking stubby. After 2 days, the polish already chipped. Here I am only 1 week later, easily removing the gel polish off my nails. read more

However the gel polish did not last , 2 days after getting my nails done the gel polish started chipping off. I have gotten to gel before and they usually last 2 weeks. Literally just got a gel manicure on 12/11/23 and it's two days later 12/13/23. I recently visited this nail salon for some much-needed pampering, hoping for a relaxing and flawless experience. Unfortunately, my visit didn't meet my expectations. As soon as the nail artist started working, I noticed she was shaking noticeably, which made me a bit uneasy. As the session progressed, it became evident that her unsteady hands were affecting the quality of the service. I had to take matters into my own hands (literally!) by filing my nails myself to correct the uneven edges and shapes. It was disappointing to find myself having to fix the nail artist mistakes. Despite the disappointing experience, the ambiance of the salon was lovely, and the staff, although struggling with their technique, were polite and accommodating. Fancy Nails infected my nail. The nail tech cut my finger when working on cuticles - it started to bleed, she didn't apologize or acknowledge it. She put a drop of something on top. After some time, I noticed that the nail that was cut had discoloration and thickened part. Issue is still persisting and I have to seek medical care for it. Don't go there if you care for your health because instruments are clearly not sterile and the sloppy work of nail tech with them makes it quite dangerous. read more

I went in there trying to get a pedicure and it took them over 10 min and them speaking in there language on who was going to do my feet I am a 27 year old black girl with pretty feet there is nothing wrong with my feet they made me feel very uncomfortable so I left and they were saying we apologize she will do your feet I just felt hella uncomfortable I don't recommend anyone going here it's nice asf don't get me wrong but no one deserves that treatment read more

2/25/24 I visited Fancy nails i visited the place often enough to consider myself a regular. I went in for a pedicure and the technician i was given did not have the skills to perform a pedicure. I ask to speak to a manager I'm assuming he's the husband of the owner. He looks at my toes and ask what could i do for you. I said I didn't appreciate being placed with someone in training for a 60$ pedicure. He then call his wife (assuming) and ask her what should he do. So i was given a new technician and when she looked at my toes she ask what kind of pedicure did i want. Remember the technician before had performed an entire pedicure but you couldn't tell. So ANGIE the technician proceeded to fix what had been done. Unfortunately she had to start the process over (2 hours) for a pedicure. I head to the husband to checkout. He says how are you paying ? Credit ok that will be a 2 dollar additional charge. Are you going to tip her? The husband says. My blood is boiling at this point. I said you do realize i sat 2 hours for a pedicure. He say what about the other lady she didn't make any money. No remorse for me the customer. He was not apologetic he didn't care. The least he could've done was wave the 2 transaction fee. No computation! Moral of the story i wont return to fancy nails ANGIE did do an amazing job! The customer is horrible! read more

Came in for a dip powder manicure, Kelly is the technician who helped me. I showed her a picture and she got pretty close, almost exact what I wanted. The shop is new, but already has a lot of foot traffic. The decor is very nice, lots of bling which I love. I think there is about 5-6 pedicure chairs and they have a lot of colors to choose from. I did not get a chance to get a picture of the pricing but I paid 60 for my dip powder manicure. While there, they offered me water which was free, and they were pushing around a small cart that had snacks on it such as chips, soda, and candy. I'm not sure if it was free or available for purchase. I will definitely come back to see Kelly. She was very patient and didn't have an issue with jazzing up my manicure, as I have experienced with other salons in the past. FYI, they accept Venmo. If you use a credit card there's a 2 dollar fee. read more

Was impressed with cleanliness and interior of the salon upon walking in, sat down and was given a confusing menu full of packages that were 60$/70$ and above. Initially just came in for a regular pedicure that was very much needed. Told the nail lady I just wanted a regular pedicure and she mentioned it would be 52$ and tried to upsell me something else for 5$ extra dollars. During the pedicure she kept trying to upsell me which I'm in the hair business so I understand it's part of the job but it was too much to the point where it felt uncomfortable. Overheard another nail consultation where the lady quoted the client 200$ total for the nail design she was asking for and then denied the service when the client said it was too much, left client with nails still glued on. That's outrageous for nails I've never heard anything like it. Finally a salon that's open on Sundays! Every where else seems to be closed on Sundays but I'm so glad I found fancy nails. The salon is big and clean and they have a huge menu of options. I liked that they offer free water and snacks to all customers- just a nice added touch. I got the deluxe pedicure and they set a 15 min timer so you know you get the full treatment!
