Do NOT come here if you want to relax and enjoy your time. I came in here to get a simple manicure and pedi and the experience was nothing but bad. Usually when I got get both things, they do one at a time. But this place had me sit down and while the girl named Karen did my pedi another random guy approached and started giving me orders to soak my hand nails. I couldn't even sit back and enjoy my pedi because this man just came out of nowhere and starting giving me a mani at the same time I was getting a pedi. I felt so rushed and they had me switching feet/hands so often I felt stressed. As a mom who goes to get a pedi to relax this felt like the complete opposite. The girl was just on her phone the whole time and seemed rushed because someone brought her food. It's like she wanted to get done with me as soon as possible. She didn't even use a callus remover. The guy also seemed like a beginner as when he was removing my hand cuticles he kept pulling them really hard and didn't even do them right. It's the second day and my nails are already peeling off. To top it off they charged me $130 both things. Keep in mind it was not gel or acrylics. This was just for nail polish with chrome effect!!! Totally not worth it. I am never coming back to this place. I do not recommend it to anyone. read more

IT COULD have been a great experience but the owner LILY seemed to have a problem with me since the second I walked in. Couldn't even give me what I asked for! I'll never go back. their nail techniques are out dated and they use cheap products coming from someone learning the cosmetology business. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They charged me $115 for the most simplest nail set and pedicure. OVERPRICED for being in el paso. Extremely OVERPRICED for it being in the lower valley. read more

First time coming here and the staff was so friendly. They pulled all the stops. My feet never felt this good

I went with my sister and mother to get mani/pedis. There isn't a price list posted and there was only 1 price book that the staff seemed unfamiliar with. We paid 220 for a gel mani/pedi, regular polish mani/pedi, and a Fancy Spa pedi which seems OVERPRICED. We are there for almost 2 hours even though there was enough staff for each of us. The most awkward part was that the staff seemed to be hostile towards each other. Overall, could be a nice place but there is lots of room for improvement. read more

Went this morning around 10 am to get my eyebrows and lip done. The lady told me follow her and lay down the bed was cover with towels that looked dirty and used all day. She proceeded to do my eyebrows was very rough, she left me marks on my eyebrows that is now causing me pain. She then continue with my lip she put a lot of wax on lip and made a cut. She was putting the wax very sloppy that she covered portion of my cheeks. When she finished she just told me done didn't even handle me the mirror that's when I knew se had hurt me. Please do yourself a favor and don't get your eyebrows done here. This is not the first time that is why I am writing this review. The 1st I figured she had done a mistake it happens. Came in to get a nail fixed & when asked for a certain color so I could come back when I had more time the owner said she had already done my nails an I couldn't change colors? I was a little confused an further explained that I was only asking because I want to come back over the weekend she stated I wasn't welcomed back & she proceeds to tell me she doesn't like my face or the way I look ... Went there for the first time. I was very disappointed with the services. I had a manicure done. The lady was supposed to remove my gels and do a manicure. She only partially removed my gels, filed my nails and applied clear coat on top. That's it. Half of nails still have the old gel on them. I told her very specifically I wanted the gels removed and only a clear coat applied. Never once did she smile, she was talking all the time to her coworker and did a lousy job. My nails look terrible. Now I will have to go back to my favorite place. So much for trying new places. And to top it off, I still had to wait like fifteen minutes to be able to pay....wow.
