I was in El Paso for the holidays and was at week #3 of a dip manicure that was just starting to look bad. I made an appt and was sitting in the manicure chair as soon as I walked in ...in other words... no waiting. The young man that did my dip manicure did a really great job!! I've had dip manicures done in the past at other places in other cities and many times the removal can be a time consuming process. His dip removal process was so quick that I was done in about one hour....closer to 1 hour 20 minutes most times. Im sorry that I didn't get his name but I wonder if he is 1 of a few guys on staff I'll stop in again if I am ever in need of a dip manicure while in EP in the future read more

horrible ! the nail tech took 3 hrs!! to do a full in and the nails are so thick and polish so sloppy!!! Disaster of a day out read more

I returned to Solon to speak with the owner about either fixing the issue or refunding the cost. However, she refused to fix it, citing my review. I offered to remove the review if she made things right, but she declined. When I asked if she was satisfied with the work, she simply said it was adequate. I expressed that my daughter could do a better job, to which she replied, "Then let your daughter do it." read more

so I went in yesterday for a pedicure. The wait wasnt very long, but when they did me at the pedicure chair, the stylist then left and left me there. I'm gonna say 10 to 15 minutes. Then when she finally started doing my nails, she never asked me what package I wanted. She just asked me how I wanted my nails done. It was the day before my birthday so I would've spent more money on a good package, but it wasn't offered to me. I did mention that it was the day before my birthday. Also, I am a mother I don't go in quite often, and I did want to spoil myself, and I wasn't given the opportunity to. and I did try making a little bit of small talk with her, but I am gonna say I didn't think she was too friendly, my sisters had gone in a week prior and my sister's daughter got the same lady I did and also said that they thought she wasn't very friendly . My nails came out fine, I am happy with them. read more

Miguel was amazing! Super fun and friendly and does an amazing job with your nails! He did exactly how i asked him and even made great suggestions for picking my color! read more

I brought my wife here for a $35 pedicure. During the process the technician made a comment about my wife having some acrylic product on a couple of her toes. So she talked her into putting on acrylic instead of the regular product and she also changed the polish over to gel which was also more expensive. My wife wasn't told about the higher cost of the products so we ended up paying $70, which was twice as much as expected. Even though my wife mentioned to them that she had requested the $35 pedicure and not $70, no consideration was taken for their mistake. It seems like this operation will try to take advantage of their customers price wise whenever the opportunity arises-- read more

Made an appt for today for original time of 10:00am but was called to reschedule to 3:30 this afternoon. I arrived at 3:15 and waited until 4:15. Finally the Tech came for me. I always take pictures of what I want and she always tells me it's not a problem she can do it. But I definitely didn't get that. The ring finger is not even remotely close to what I wanted or even asked for. I spend a lot of money here and rarely get what I ask for. I'm not happy at all nor is my husband happy with the outcome. But she was rushing because she was running behind and had other appts waiting. I feel like she doesn't listen to me at times. I don't know that I will be returning. I hate that because she does do good nails just not what is asked of her. read more

I have been coming to legacy for years and lately there is new staff and seems like they're always in a rush. I was disappointed today because the girl rushed through the whole thing I had to tell her twice what I wanted. She was to busy answer your calls and talking to her neighbor. I was also in a rush doing my nails. I was a little disappointing cause I was rushed out of there chair and didn't like the way my pedicure turned out. Anyway not sure whether I recommend it or not but try and see for yourself if it's worth it or not. read more

I loved how quickly I was seen and how nice everyone was but I've had my nails for less than 24 hours and I'm losing so much of my chrome powder. For $65, I'm disappointed. read more

I check the review of the place from time to time bc my experiences here were bad and wanted to see if it's the same for anyone else. They were very rough that they cut me both times I've been with them. It's unfair to see that some customers are treated better than others. This isn't a place that i recommend and I hope no one has the same experience that I have but it's seems that I'm not the only one. I've left reviews of Facebook and google as well. read more

Second visit here. First time was maybe a 3 stars. Looked okay at the salon. I got dip with extension. When i got home in diffent lighting i saw how uneven they were. I didnt feel the need to leave a review, since it was a gift from my sister. But they did over charge her. I just didnt know until we were home to correct them. Now to my recent visit. I had him remove my extensions and i asked for gel over lay. I confirmed with him a few times i wanted hard gel on as they were brittle from the extensions and want to grow them out. He didnt do the hard gel. He did 7 layers of polish. In all fairness it was the color i chose, but if he had said something i would have switched colors. But it is what it is. Ended up super lumpy and with residue all over my fingers. And was charged the same as the hard gel. I didnt say anything cuz he did cute my cuticles and gave me a decent hand massage. Also, he reuses his dirty nail files, which isnt exactly sanitary. Wont be coming back a third time. Such a shame becayse the salon itself looks nice. read more

I got Fills this last time there & I LOVE the color but the actual shape and evenness of the nails are shit. So pissed. He Charged 35$ and NOT ONCE did he even ask what I wanted til it was time to pick a color, which i wanted the glow in the dark pink he THEN informed me that I needed a new set for those. I asked him to even them out and he half assed filed the top but he never checked that they were even or what they looked like next to each other. Never letting him do my nails again. Stick to the ladies there they know what they're doing. read more

Excellent place, clean and friendly staff. I called to make an appointment for 3-pedicures and they were very accommodating. I had the gel classic pedicure. The lady did a great job cleaning and cutting my nails, I was very happy with my French tip polish. A little pricey for the gel option but totally worth it. I would recommend for anyone to try this place. I am here visiting my Mom so just passing through but I had a great experience. read more

So. I went in today looking to get a dip done. Keep in mind that I've been there before and they're good. I really like this place. The Dip is usually done sufficient enough with minor errors. I can't expect things to be perfect right. Welllllllll..........this time it was absolutely perfect. Kris or Chris. I'm not sure how to spell her name but she had said she had only been working there two months, she has tattoos, but she did my Dip absolutely PERFECT!!!!!!!! Not only is she a total sweetheart but she did my nails so good. Never have I ever came out with such badass nails. Legacy Nails and Spa, you keep this girl. She is so great!!! Extremely unprofessional service , not from the girls , but from the youngest girl owner. I just wish she would know a bit about courtesy and professionalism with your customers. She has never ever welcomed me or told me thank you or goodbye. When I go often and spend as much money there as I do , I at least want to be acknowledged. I have referred many clients , but they will all stop going along with myself abs my daughters. And for their information, we know everything they say about us in their language. read more

Disappointed! Wanted to find a nail salon in the east side close to home, unfortunately Legacy is not it. I advised the nail tech gal & recommended she not seal & use top "gel" coat. I told her, mixing products does not work. You must seal dip powder w/the correct dip seal product. She was very nice & said "don't worry honey, I've never had anyone complain when I mix the products, you'll love the gel top coat, trust me". I was hesitant as I've been getting dip done for years & know better. Well 3 days later, my dip powder nails are all chipping in the corners. Guess I gotta keep driving to the west side where they know not to mix products. read more

They attend you immediately and are friendly. If you want a specific person to work on your nails then I suggest making an appointment.
