Was in the mood for sushi and decided to order delivery from Fancy Koi. I got a Melon Japanese soda and a Mango Tango Roll (Mango, Salmon, Spicy Krab, Topped with Raw Tuna, Eel Sauce And Red Fish Eggs). Either I'm weak or I'm losing my touch because it took a bit for me to drop the marble on my Ramune soda. I finally got it down and relished it the taste. The roll was pretty tasty and was pretty girthy. Wasn't expecting that but it was not difficult to finish. It's size made it press up against the lid so some of the sauce came off with the lid. He got a Dynamite Roll (Salmon, Krab, Cream Cheese, Deep Fried w. Eel Sauce, Mayo And Hot Sauce On Top) and it was a BOGO deal so he was happy. He saved the other roll for the next day. I treated Ernie here today. He had the chicken lo mein and I had the bento box. They gave us a complimentary appetizer. It was delicious. I asked her twice what it was, but I did not understand what she said. It was so delicious and hot! I love that they cook fresh to order. Ernie and I relaxed and enjoyed our hot tea, appetizer and salads first. Then the food came out. Everything was so delicious. We both had to-go boxes to take home for later. The sushi was the best part about this meal! We ordered to go, but the inside looked nice and inviting. The sushi was fresh, my dad and I basically finished it all by ourselves lol. I think the hibachi/fried rice could have been a little bit better, but we'll for sure return, as this place is closer to our neighborhood than most decent spots for sushi. We decided we wanted something light for dinner (more on this later lol) so we stopped at Fancy Koi & Grill for the first time. It's a fairly new place that we've heard great things about. They're on Regency Blvd, just south of Home Depot and a little east of the AMC Theater. As I said, we decided we wanted something light, so we started with Edamame for an appetizer. I'll tell you this much: the gave you a huge portion for the price! It's a fairly basic appetizer so there's not a lot else to report but the portion size did stick out to me. I went in knowing I'd just be ordering one roll instead of a couple like I usually do so I settled on the Lucky Dragon Roll. What a fantastic roll! I don't use this descriptor a lot, but it was nearly a melt in your mouth type of thing. Really fresh ingredients that works well together then just seemed to desolve (in a good way) into taste. So here's the funny part, at least to me. Even though our intent was to order light, my wife ordered a Tofu Teriyaki Dinner Brenton box. Her thinking was "I'll get to try 'a little' of everything". Well "a little" is not the way to describe this box . I'm not even sure if my photo does it justice but the portions of each piece were huge! She did end up trying "a little" of each piece and she liked all of it. The things that stood out to me from what she said was that she really, really liked the texture of the tofu. She also liked that the shumai was lightly fried instead of steamed. She was also surprised the Cali Roll had 9 big pieces instead of the usual 4 or 5 small pieces you get in a box. This is another place we've heard a lot about that I'm glad we finally stopped at. There's a lot more on the menu we'd stop back in to try sooner than later. They're located fairly close to us as well, so that's always a bonus. read more

Delicious, affordable and conveniently located. I ordered and ate so much food! I was the only patron so I took advantage of the opportunity to try a few different things. I ordered a cooked krab roll, wings, fried rice and they gave me the house special roll and a soup to try, which was delicious! I did a girls trip this past weekend and we ended up stopping at this amazing restaurant! As soon as we stepped in the door, we were greeted by the most amazing host who added to this friendly environment. One seated, we were quickly brought out an appetizer that they wanted us to try that was so good. The food was absolutely amazing and the portions were so great for what you're paying for. This place is wonderful! I went to the movies with my boyfriend and when we looked up where to have dinner afterwards we found Fancy Koi just around the corner! The convenient location brought us in and we are sure to return thanks to the food & hospitality! The restaurant is very clean and there is plenty of seating choices inside & outside. We ordered sushi and some apps, everything tasted wonderful. The lucky dragon roll was my favorite! I adored the decorations on the plate, it really enhanced the experience for me at least! A friend of mine and I went thinking it was something different but I'm glad that we decided to stay! You walk in and the service is very attentive and very hospitable. They got our drinks out quickly and they had both Coke and zero Coke, which is a bonus diet all Coke products. we got the Gyoza grilled and the crab Rangoon as an appetizer. They also give you a fried roll appetizer for free on the house. The Guza was seem to perfect and I have to admit some of the best crab Rangoon I've ever eaten. The Philo fried Filo dough was so light crispy and just a delight. Then my friend got wings and I got a lunch special with California roll and a specialty sashimi. My friend's wings were nice size and a little bland but still edible and nothing really special but then you kind of feel like you excuse it because it's a Korean restaurant. Then my meal was absolutely amazing and the sushi was so fresh. The presentation of the food was on point. The prices were very reasonable, and this is definitely a place that I would come back to. Friday 21 November 2025 I walked in ordered salad, white rice and steak teriyaki to go. I paid $22 as I walked out the door I slipped the waitress $5. When I got home and opened the bag, salad was there, steak teriyaki was there, but no white rice. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon. read more

My wife and I had a most positive experience dining in this restaurant--immaculate, good dining atmosphere. The waitress was very accommodating and pleasant/personable. Frequently checking on us. I ordered the Chicken Hibachi while my wife had the Tempura. The appetizer was the Vegetable Roll. Both dishes were cooked perfectly. We received an extra appetizer compliments of the house. A 10% discount (Senior Citizens, I presume) was subtracted from our bill without us asking. Food portions were plenty, as the price was very reasonable.
