My favorite part of this meal was the appetizers! The gyozas had so much flavor, the roti was nice and crisp and the curry sauce was to die for. The cocktails are strong enough to give you a buzz, which is a plus! I loved my pomegranate martini, it was nicely sweet and tart. The rolls are very filling, although i would not order the chicken tempura roll again, it was very bland and plain. Service was 10/10, pur server was so sweet. Music was nice and low, and they also have tv's where we could watch the game.

Beautiful restaurant. Great service. Top notch chef. Loved my to go fresh spring roll and the sauces. It comes with peanut sauce and I asked for wasabi and chili oil. OMG! The wasabi and chili oil are off the chain!

Decided to visit again and did not disappoint. My server faith was friendly and always checking in on any needs. Decided to order an entrée in lieu of sushi. Had the salmon hibachi and did not disappoint. Very well cooked, not overcooked, rice, and vegetables were at the perfect hot temperature. Stuck with the plum wine and did not disappoint. Again, Sophia came around check on service and how the experience was going. Her check-in's are well appreciated! The atmosphere was quiet and tolerable atmosphere decibels. Very clean and well kept. Will continue visiting.

This place was a quick stop on the way back from work. The sushi was amazing! I highly recommend the two roll lunch special. Salad and two rolls for a great price. The staff was very friendly and food was fresh. The location is relaxing and laid back. The bar area is really modern and bright. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for some good sushi!

Strip mall area with plenty of parking. Love the food here. Service is very good, never had to wait or search for anyone. Nice seating area with booths and tables.

We came here for a quick lunch date and quickly brought all our friends back in the same week. It was SO good! We ordered mimosas, the pours were very generous! We also ordered hot sake, it was the hottest sake we've ever been served, it was so satisfying! We ordered hibachi steak on the second visit as part of their happy hour special, it was very good! Our Northern friends were super impressed. All of the sushi we ordered was amazing, the spicy tuna was top notch. The atmosphere is enchanting too, though it isn't a very big place. Also, just a note, they are a little pricier in comparison to other sushi places but I'd say it was worth the extra to have quality food and drink.

Wow! Just wow! We were suppose to go out to a hotpot spot but got redirected to try out something new. I've seen the name plenty of times on Yelp but never thought to give it a try until tonight. It was Valentine's Day so it was busy but not so busy that the wait was long. The decor of the place is modern and it's got a nice big bar that seems to be a full bar too. For apps we got the spicy garlic edamame and BBQ grilled calamari. For the sushi, we ordered the Four Season, Tricolor Naruto, and Ocean Rainbow rolls and they were flavor bombs. Service was great. Our waitress Kelly provided excellent service during our dinner. We ended up also going back the next week and the waitress Calais was just as awesome! The manager of the place is awesome as well! She seems to be very attentive to customer needs and checks on people during their visit. I think we found our new casual sushi spot closer to home. :)

We've been here for lunch and dinner quite a few times since moving to OP. Amazing sushi and drinks. Service is amazing. My new favorite Sushi restaurant.

Decided to try Ten Zushi on a whim since it's so close to home. This place did not disappoint! When you walk in you definitely don't feel like you're in a strip mall restaurant. Jesse was our waitress and she was all smiles and so sweet. The presentation of the food was amazing! The quality and flavor lived up to the presentation. The general manager walked around and checked in with every table which was a nice touch. We raved to her how good the food and service was. It's nice when an establishment appreciates your business so much. Highly recommend Ten Zushi for the chill vibe and amazing food.

10/10! I don't know what was better, the food or the service! We were greeted within seconds of walking in by who we later know is the manager. Our server was there in no time to greet us, grab our drinks, and answer all the questions we had. We ordered a sushi roll and a vegetable hibachi meal. We also ordered the fried cheesecake. They brought us out the fried cheesecake as ordered and threw in fried Oreos as a first time, welcome gift. Service: 5 stars. Food: 5 stars. Ambiance: 5 stars.

A special treat from the owner!

Ten out of Tez Zushi! This place is amazing. I'd been wanting to try crispy rice and was excited to see it on their specials menu board! It was topped with spicy tuna and lobster salad! The salmon teriyaki bento box was great as well and they even obliged me with crab salad on top of the California Roll! This location is beautiful and the server and the manager were very attentive.

Woke up starving on a Saturday a while back so I headed once again to Shibuya in Oakleaf for lunch…read more This place is definitely one of my new favorites in Jax. On Saturdays and Sundays, dinner is the only option all day long but I was glad for that because I was ready for oysters and sashimi! Those are only available at dinner. See the menu pix I posted for the lunch/dinner offerings. You order off the menu. The prices are a couple bucks more since I took the pix but are still a bargain for the quality and the amount you can order. All the food's made to order and they bring it to your table so it's all really fresh. There's a hot/cold bar with stuff like General Tso's, lo mein, chicken nuggs, beef & broccoli, low country boil, fried rice, fresh fruit, desserts, etc... that you can partake of while you're waiting for what you ordered, though. While waiting, I always load up on the oysters on the half shell they have on the cold bar. AYCE!!! It struck me as a bit funny to see everyone flocking to the hot bar to fill up on rice, French fries, noodles and chicken nuggets and ordering onion rings and krab Rangoons off the menu. I guess if that's what you like that's all well and good but Hell, you can get all that at Orange Buffet for 10 bucks! As long as I'm paying three times that price, I'm going for nothing but the good stuff!

This was my first time there, and the way the menu works is not explained clearly at all. If you've never been before, it's confusing and misleading. I ended up paying $35 for the meal because it included a cocktail, which made the whole experience even more frustrating considering how bad everything was. I ordered the hibachi chicken, and when it finally came out it was completely dry, overcooked, and barely edible. The buffet line was just as bad -- most of the food sitting out was cold, like it had clearly been sitting there for a long time. Nothing about the meal felt fresh. Once I realized how the ordering system actually worked and that the food was going to take much longer than expected, I politely explained that I needed to leave soon and asked if I could take the food to go. I was told I couldn't take it to go, which makes absolutely no sense considering I had already paid for it. So the food just sat there getting colder while they refused a simple request. What made it worse was the manager's response. There was zero effort to accommodate the situation. After explaining the experience, the manager wouldn't remove anything from the bill or offer any kind of solution. Paying $35 for dry hibachi, cold buffet food, and terrible customer service is unacceptable. In the end, I walked out and left the cold food sitting on the table anyway. Between the confusing menu, bad food, and completely unaccommodating management, the entire experience was a waste of time and money. I definitely won't be back.

Service was friendly, and the basics were basic and fine. But our sushi roll (ordered as an appetizer) didn't come out until halfway through our meal and it was more rice than anything else, to the point that all other flavors were covered by rice. Highly disappointing. The chef was fine, but didn't even comment on the child's birthday. Neither did the server, but did at least put a candle in the fried ice cream that I ordered (and paid for of course) that I asked for when she was starting to ask about the check. The check was to be split 3 ways and was done wrong, and I just paid the extra on mine instead of dealing with it. The bathrooms were filthy. We used to go here several times a year, and it really seems to have gone downhill.

The vegetables were spread mixed with the shrimp and chicken. The sauce was very tangy and not very hibachi, more like a sweet glade. It also came out very quick, it was warm, but not hot. My friend ordered two sushi rolls but they were over cooked and too crunchy. She could hit them with the chopsticks and hear how hard they were. I completed the survey or the free holiday roll. Mine too was over cooked. So my friend asked I she could get something else. When they brought out the shrimp fried rice, she took a few bites and didn't like it either. Neither dish was what we expected and I don't remember coming here and the food wasn't good. Instead of taking the dishes of she didn't enjoy, the owner went back and forth about paying for the supplies he used to cook the meal. I've never been somewhere and the restaurant still charged for an uneaten meal. As a courtesy, he said he didn't charge her for the rice. Out of all the places we could go, I won't be back and it reminded me what I hadn't been here in awhile. Do better and stop frying the sushi so hard. There we're only five people in the restaurant , no need to rush or give leftovers.

We decided to come here the other day on a whim since the sushi places around us were closed (oddly for a Tuesday). The ambience still feels nice! The food is good but the prices have increased since we've last been. I don't blame them since inflation and all. The service could be better. The waitress that we had was polite and sweet, but a little slow on getting our checks, checking us out, and checking up on us at times. The man who checked up on us and refilled our drinks was the real MVP. Here's what we had: Shrimp tempura roll: 7/10- It was good! I wanted to add cream cheese but they charge $1 to add cream cheese! That's so pricey! for a smidge of cream cheese! Now you might think $1 is nothing but I can literally buy a block of cream cheese for $2.50 at the store. No biggie, the roll was still pretty decent. I didn't like that it wasn't cut all the way so some of the rolls stuck to each other. So I was struggling to pull the rolls apart. It had cucumber in it but the breading was thicker than the shrimp. Lobster tempura roll: 9/10 - I enjoyed this roll! It was so good! The lobster pieces were a really good size for the price! I wanted to add daikon to the roll but again, they wanted to charge me to swap out an ingredient. I opted out of it so I had it how it was. I think it had kani salad in it, lobster tempura, avocado, masago, and cucumber. It was a good size but only had 6 pieces of it. Wished they must made it the standard 8 pieces for the roll but regardless, I enjoyed this roll. Chirashi: 8/10 - my husband had this and he loved it! It had an assortment of raw fish and some cooked items like tamago (egg) and imitation crab on top of a bed of rice and some daikon radishes on the side. The portion was good for the amount of food that you get. You also get a soup and salad with this. The salad was just pieces of ice berg lettuce drowned in ginger dressing (you can choose ranch instead if you want). The salad looked like soup to be honest with the amount of dressing on it. The miso soup was okay from what my husband said. Cheese wontons/rangoons: 5/10 - I love eating cheese rangoons and these were a disappointment. They were not perfectly golden and crispy, but a little bit pale for my liking and tasted like nothing. There was a good amount of filling and imitation crab inside but it was nothing special. The chili sauce made it a little better but I wouldn't get this again. Overall, I would probably stop by again if I was in the area but not go out of my way. The food is good, but some items are hits or misses on the portion size and price point.

The decor and vibe definitely give Asian street market -- I loved the neon signs. Thomas was our server and he was friendly, quick, and attentive throughout. We ordered the Twice Fried Korean Wings, Bonchon, and Chili Crisp Cucumbers to share. The wings were delicious with the best crunch, almost like candied chicken wings. My only complaint is I expected more heat from the gochujang. The Bonchon is essentially a flight of pickled sides: sweet pickled cucumbers, sweet pickled carrots and daikon (similar to what you'd find on a Vietnamese banh mi), and a well-fermented kimchi with mild heat and great flavor. We also ordered the Hong Kong Wonton Soup, and thought we ordered "Chow Fun" noodles -- but "Chow Faan" is actually their fried rice dish. Word of caution: if you want their take on Chow Fun noodles, order the "Beef Haw Fun" instead. The star of the show was the Hong Kong Wonton Soup -- the broth was authentically Asian, distinctly different from a classic French-style broth built on onion, celery, and carrot mirepoix.
