This is a review for the food court specifically…read more I guess the first thing that I should say about this is that I got all this food for $6.49 after tax, which is absolutely insane compared to anywhere else you could get food of this quality. I can eat a lot, so I ordered all of this for myself, but most people would be satisfied with just a hotdog and a fountain drink for $1.50. Another thing about the Costco food court that I loved is that I got all this food in about 2 minutes. I walked in, went straight to one of the 6 self-serve kiosk registers, ordered my food, and waited for my number to be called. I was nervous when the first number I heard was ten orders before mine, but they were cranking out the food. For the speed, the price, and the taste, I don't think you can beat this food court. Also, you do NOT need a membership to eat at the food court. You can just walk in through the exit and head straight to the food court, but I make sure to stop and grab some food after exploring all the great Costco deals.

I was shopping by myself and needed to use the restroom before shopping. Their restrooms are at the END of the store AFTER the registers. I tried to walk to the restroom through the receipt check and was stopped by quite a rude employee who forced me to walk through the entirety of the store before I could use the restroom. Her expectation was for me to walk through the entire store to use the restroom, come back to the start, grab a cart, and proceed through the entire store to do my shopping. You may ask, why not just shop and then use the restroom? Why would I leave my purchased groceries outside of the restroom in this complete chaos of an environment. I don't spend my money to donate to someone else when they decide to steal my groceries. Fix your policies! Absolutely ridiculous!

If you ever go to this store and something doesn't fit you will get no help as it's a dealer discount store meaning they do what they want. We left and called this store to order some boots that liked online that ended up being the wrong size. We were offered the opportunity to return them initially or go to another red wing store. No red wing store had them in stock so we called Orem to ask if we could order the right pair. We were told we would get a call back from Aimee in 30 minutes when she got to work but it ended being 4 days later. To our surprise it was the manager of whom we had never spoken to outside of just seeing him at Orem who called and refused to help. He stated that we knew it was a discount store and that all sales are final. We told him that although they are a discount store, we called in to give Aimee the commission on creating an order for us on a style we viewed online and that they were the wrong size. We told him that we needed to hurry and get a solution to this situation but he refused and started to give us a number for customers care then hung up.
