Easy to make appointments, they always return calls promptly. My dog was very nervous like all dogs who enter a new establishment and the dog owner hands over the leash. By the third visit my dog was leading Jen to the wash area. Jen, who is fantastic, makes sure to give you feedback if there is anything new found like maybe a rash you may have missed. Highly recommend. read more

Super pro and efficient loving staff. Always responsive. Princess Lola loves her mani-pedi!

This is the only place I will go to from now we have two Shih Tzu's they are no problem at all, and even the last two places we went through were no problem at all. Just they did not live in our town. And they got rid of weekend hours so kinda made it hard for me to get my dog groomed during the week since I work, but the ladies here are so awesome Work six days a week and I couldn't have been happier with the cut I got from them. They care about the dogs as much as we do And treat them like it's one of their own but I brought my two dogs in for a summer cut and they couldn't have looked more adorable clean their ears trim their nails and even improved the look of the beard on my one dog. I love it. read more

Though my boy always comes out smelling great it is sad to me that my boy now has a growth in rear end because his anal glands were not being expressed when we brought him here though we have paid for it everytime... we thought this place was great and were even considering coming back after seeing open soars show up on his back legs... now we have realized the pain this place has caused our dog for many months... if we find out his growth is a more serious issue and that it was for sure connected to this there will be legal actions to follow... make sure your vet verifies what this place says they are doing when it comes to things like anal gland expression and health of your pet! read more

This is your local, community groomer that you can always count on to provide top-notch service at a reasonable price. Getting your dog groomed is not cheap, but when you look at all these people do, it's quite a deal. We have two 90# sheepdogs and Jen is consistently flexible with times/dates and treats our dogs like they were her own. Full service, gentle, kind, cheerful, professional. read more

I took my 2 dogs here and Rashad groomed them. I'm very picky about the length of their hair and they are seniors do they are very sensitive. I will never take them anywhere else. He did the best grooming job on them in 14 years of using different groomers. The shop is really cute and everyone there is friendly. read more

Late one night my dog was sprayed by a skunk. They were able to see my dog the next day (emergency visit) even though they were busy, and got the smell out! I was impressed. (I did try the hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, dish soap method the night before which helped but the smell was definitely still there.) They were so nice to me and my dog. He can be reactive towards other dogs. They were very mindful about making him feel comfortable and kept him separate from other dogs even though it is a small space. Overall, they were kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm grateful they're in town. read more

Wonderful place with loving staff. Our puppy looked absolutely adorable! Thank you!!!

A quaint bright yellow building across the street from the Fallbrook Library is filled with the most amazing people! They did amazing work on my fur baby Alice! Spring time for a Shepard/Lab mix is peak shedding time and Fallbrook's Paradise Pet Spa did not disappoint. Alice came home with perfectly trimmed nails, a beautiful smelling coat....and looks 10lbs lighter with all of her excess coat gone. Amazing staff, amazing prices, and an unwavering amount of love for all animals!! I will become a regular! Alice and I both thank you! read more

My cat seems to love it here. I will happily pay for him to be groomed in order to avoid being clawed to death, but turns out he's totally cool with a getting a bath and having his nails clipped as long as it isn't me ‍ The staff have gone out of their way to accommodate my schedule and keep my pet happy until I can pick him back up. He comes home clean, flea free, and smelling good for weeks! read more

Was really happy with our dogs grooming and the price was very reasonable, will definitely go back.

We've taken the chihuahuas here to get their nails cut a few times when we're in the Fallbrook area. It's $8 and you don't need a call ahead/reservation. The place is small but clean. The groomers are friendly as well. There's not much more to say about this place. Check it out. You'll be pleased you did. read more

I have been going to paradise pet spa for over 15 years. Our groomer we have now is Jennifer and she is great with our fur babies. I rescued a mama dog who was pregnant she was so matted and dirty. Our standard poodles, Valli and Rusty go to Daria for their spa days, and they look great when she's done with them. We've been very pleased with her quick response to phone calls, and she works us into her schedule when we wait so long we're to the point of desperation. We find her price to be very competitive for the area---our dogs are big, but she still charges very fair prices. We're happy we found her! read more

Brought my little guy here for the first time yesterday. I was so impressed with the staff and his treatment. He can be nervous around strangers, but the girls knew exactly what to do to put him at ease. We settled on a teddy bear cut and he looked adorable when I picked him up. I could tell he was taken care of because of the huge smile on his face. Thank you for making my Charlie walk a little taller today. You definitely just got a repeat customer. read more

Our dog "Naoko" was seriously INJURED DURING A SIMPLE NAIL TRIM! HIS LEFT FRONT SHOULDER WAS TORN & he couldn't even walk across the street when he got out of paradise pet spa. A girl named "Jen" worked on him & was very RUDE & irresponsibly flippant when we called the day after to complain! She excused her manhandling of him & attempted to make us feel even worse by saying that he struggled "only because we were outside talking". Poor Naoko could no longer get up or down by himself after he left paradise pet spa...so we had to take turns sleeping next to him by our back door & attend to him when he was crying or carry him outside to go to potty. Naoko was eating & drinking fine, but too elderly to attempt any surgery. He died shortly afterward from the constant stress & pain in his shoulder which had been wrenched during the nail trim. Naoko had gone into this groomer having 2 walks a day & was full of life! But he could no longer function on his own after he got out of paradise pet spa - we had to CARRY HIM ACROSS THE STREET TO OUR CAR and he was CRYING Our dog SUFFERED NEEDLESSLY at the end of his life as well as our whole family has - DUE TO A CARELESS & INCOMPETENT GROOMER at paradise pet spa who showed no remorse or compassion whatsoever Please don't let this happen to your fur baby....... read more

My family has been bringing our dogs here since I was a kid and have stayed her for over 15 years because of the amazing service and care we get. When I rescued my own dog Arlow, I brought her here as well. Jen has taken amazing care of her and my cat Panther as well. She is always kind and patient. She is even flexible when we run late to pick up because of work. I will be returning for as long as I have dogs! I strongly recommend bringing your dog here! Best grooming shop in town and possibly in San Diego County. The owners and all of the groomers are exceptionally caring & talented. All of the groomers are great but in particular my dogs have always gone to Jenny Q. She always tries her best to work around my schedule and always receives me and my doggy with the best service and smile. Despite my dog not being a fan of grooming in general, she is always very happy to see her and go into the shop which says a lot in itself. Jenny always grooms my dog to my exact wishes. I always receive a ton of compliments on how well groomed and beautiful my dog looks. The pricing is always fair. I recommend this place 10/ 10. read more

I've been bringing my 2 dogs to this place for about 6-7 months now and the staff have always been kind and seem genuinely happy to be there. They're very accommodating even when I call last minute too which is wonderful. I haven't had any problems and my doggies are always fresh, smell clean, silky smooth, have a cute now and are really happy when I pick them up. I really don't have a preference on which groomer will take care of my doggies as they're all great but you do have the choice of picking one which I think is really neat. read more
