Sheri immediately notified me and went above and beyond to make sure nothing happened to my girl. She sat with her at the vet from 9am - 3pm and updated me every step of the process. This could've been a very bad outcome if she was with any other sitter, but Sheri's diligence and expertise are the reason my dog did not get seriously harmed. As a dog mom this was my worst nightmare come true, and I'm convinced if any other dog sitter was with her I would not have come home to her alive. Sheri is the only pet-sitter I would trust in the Temecula area, especially after this experience. Thank you again for everything!!

The displacement and shock of losing home left one dog with such anxiety and ptsd and neither had ever been boarded or separated from their human. The Lodge and Animal Hospital called us daily with reports on their "emotional well being", and did Everything they could for them based on knowing the situation and they assisted me as the family contact in finding great piece of mind that the dogs were ok. Though the facility kennels each dog separately we requested they be walked together and treated as a bonded pair to minimize the larger dog's stress. They heeded every request they could understanding the emergency situation the dogs were still undergoing. We cannot thank them enough for making the entire experience go as smoothly as possible For the local pet owner and her cherished fur children. We deeply appreciated each and every staff member's time and care and devotion to helping Charlie and Bohdi through a rough time. Thank you everyone there, at the hospital and the Lodge.

For almost a year, I'd watched their page on Facebook and their social media interaction and felt safe hiring them because of the confidence others in town seem to have in their services, and because they are bonded. We came home four months later to a house in perfect condition. We'll use them again soon to check on our dog when we take a day trip and next summer again to house sit. Excellent!

It was a huge blessing, considering we wouldn't be able to drive down for one before our wedding. In general, we were reluctant to leave our two pups, Milo and Enzo, at a boarding facility for the first time because we have never left them in another person's care who wasn't a relative. But we are so glad we did and that we had a wonderful experience! Naomi took great care of them for 4 days. She was very responsive, professional, understanding, and most importantly, kind. She gave them all the attention, love and care they seek and need. We were impressed with her clean facility and were relieved that she was able to separate the two dogs during meal time as requested. She was easy to work with when it came to the dogs' specific schedule and instructions, and she was very open and flexible to our needs when it came to pick-up and drop-off. We trusted her so much that we even extended their stay by one day! She was fantastic and we are so glad we know who to go to again for future dog boarding needs.

My family and I make the trip to Legoland yearly and we don't have to do too much before hand…read more. book room, buy tickets, rent car etc etc. However this past June we became Furparents to an adorable anxiety ridden codependent dog who can't be alone for long. Granted she is much better then when we first got her but we've already been told she has too much anxiety for daycare with tons of dogs. We have to figure out who's going to watch her now that we basically didn't get approved for the boarding services. I did alot of research and stumbled across Simply sensational and the constant communication even before I agreed to ask for their services made me feel extremely comfortable. I let them know we needed a sitter for one day , a couple of hours while we where at legoland and it was so easy to book with them. We agreeded on a time and a handoff location. The moring of we where so nervous for her and how she would react, would she run away, would she bite, would she howl all day for us? The complete opposite actually, our feelings where hurt because when I say we handed our Emi over and she walked away and didn't even look back, literally did not look back!!! lol. Off to legoland we go I suppose, not to long after we received an update from Debroah on Emi on how sweet she was and what a good dog she was. and throughout the day we received updates and pictures on what silly and sweet girl she is lt made us proud of being her parents, considering where the level of her anxiety was when we first adopted her to feeling secure in herself to be with strangers and feel safe with them. I was so pleased I made the right choice to go small and independent business. When it was time to pick up Emi several hours later we weren't even sure she'd want to come home with us but she was indeed happy to see us and we heard story on her walks in the neighborhood and how well she got along with all the new dogs she met and it was the start of what I hope to be a long standing relationship of our new dog sitters whenever we are in San Diego. I speak highly about them to everyone who asked how our springbreak and who took care of Emi? I urge you to give them a chance, you won't regret it nor will your dog, and my only warning is your dog may NOT want to go home with you at the end of the day Payment: cash or Zelle
