I am so impressed with the awesome job they did with the shedding my dog Haven. She is so happy they did an excellent job shampooing her brush, her teeth shedding her and doing her toenails All for the low price of 80 bucks. I am so impressed with them Haven does not connect with many people, but she connected very well with the groomers there I can't wait to take her back. Keep up the good work guys. My Bodhi boy is a super hairy and totally rambunctious (but oh-so-loving) puppy! The girls at the pet parlor have been sooo amazing with him every single time. He always walks out looking so stinkin' handsome after his grooms! We've had three grooms here so far and have been beyond happy each time. I'm not usually a "write a review" kind of person, but these ladies are just the sweetest and deserve the love! Thank you all for taking such good care of our dog son -- we always look forward to his next groom day! read more

They butchered my cat, Rooster, took advantage of my aging dad who dropped him off, charged me $140, and then used condescending circle talk to make it my fault. My 80 year old dad dropped off my long haired cat for a nail trim and butt clean. He told them do the same thing as the time before. They proceeded to shave my poor boy to the skin. My father tried to stop them during the process but was told to leave. They verbally accosted him until he left the shop. Once he returned to pick my cat up, he saw they had shaved Rooster completely to the skin, even cut his whiskers. They then charged my dad $140 for something that previously cost $40. They took advantage of my father. When I called, they defended their decision, ridiculed me, and basically told me to go f myself. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not only did they take advantage of my dad, they offered no reconciliation. I have since learned that the groomer who performed this massacre has departed the business. Hopefully they don't slaughter your pet the way they did mine. My cat is just as traumatized as I am. Who does this? read more

They took awesome care of my puppy. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The cost was fair and the job was perfect.

We were greeted by Saige. This was our first professional grooming. We have a 6 month old golden that hasn't been groomed before and a 2 year old Alaskan Klee Kai who is very timid and has been groomed by myself. And let me tell you we LOVED her. As we walked in she told us she'll give our pups the time they need and in order for them to have a positive experience, and that meant we were in the right place. If we weren't moving I wouldn't my dogs to be taken care of with anyone else but her. She's patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable about dogs and their breed. Thank you so much. Would recommend to ANYONE. read more

OMG I was so happy to find Fallbrook Pet Parlor. I needed my Cat Groomed . She really needed a Bath and also some knots taken out of her Fur. I was so stressed out. Michelle was so sweet..She calmed me down, and did such a wonderful job on my my sweet Kitty. Thanks Michelle! read more

Didn't groom the dog,but shaved her. At least we were able to see that she had a large bulge under her left leg. The groomer overheard this and said don't worry about it... it is just a tumor and many dogs have it. She was more concerned about the service than when all she gave was a shaving to her body. How can you be so blasé about a tumor! I hate this woman and their grooming service and will never ever go back there again!! read more

I have three large, groom-intensive dogs that require a lot of care and attention. Fallbrook Pet Parlor provides the best quality grooming services that I have ever experienced, and I have owned multiple dogs over the span of 65 years. My dogs are treated as visiting royalty- carefully, with respect and love and with a minimum of stress. Brenna and Sarah are consummate professionals who take their craft VERY seriously. I receive multiple compliments whenever I walk my dogs, because they look spectacular! If you believe your dog deserves the very best, then Fallbrook Pet Parlor is the groomer for you. read more

The level of service and quality have been great, but, today I was notified that the traditional fee for my dog will be increasing from $57 to $94! I understand reasonable price increases over time, but a nearly 100% increase is unacceptable. Most other groomers will also attend to anal glands but FPP won't do it. Finally, FPP doesn't take credit cards - a minor annoyance. If FPP gets their prices back to a reasonable level, I would enjoy using them again. Until that time, there are many other groomers with good service. read more

Such a darling pet parlor!! Just visited with our cat for the first time and the ladies were wonderful! I appreciate people that love what they do and it definitely shows through! Sage was so loving toward our monster cat and made sure that he felt comfortable during his first groom. She was particular about the quality of his groom and even went the extra length to ensure that we were happy, which was very much appreciated! Thank you for for giving us a lovely experience and we look forward to the follow up grooming offered! read more

Fallbrook Pet Parlor saved us! Our fluffy German Spitz had come with us on a hike in the Santa Margarita Ecological Preserve. After only walking a few yards, he hopped off the hot sand and into a field of fox tails. Then he rolled in them! He was covered and was very agitated as we tried to remove them. We carried him back to the car and drove to Fallbrook Pet Parlor. Owner Saige Hoey graciously brought him back and patiently brushed him out, despite his occasional hostile reaction! They did it with a smile and turned a really bad situation into a less bad situation! Not just that, they also took care to find every fox tail needle and barb hiding between his lil toes. My own jacket and clothes were covered in them too just from picking him up and carrying him back to the car. We will be back for sure! Otie can hang out and get groomed and we can go finish that pretty hike. read more

This is a review that's long over do! I've been taking my Siberian/Malamute to Fallbrook Per Parlor for a few years now and they're simply the best. He's very anxious and can be reactive and has a very thick high maintenance coat. After several bad experiences with other groomers I was referred to Fallbrook Pet Parlor by my sister whom she takes her three dogs there. I'm so thankful for their love, kindness patience and professionalism they show to my pup each and every time! You can't go wrong choosing them. Saige, Sarah and Brenna are the best!! I've been taking my two Australian Shepards here for almost 4 years. They do a good job, but the first time I took them, they charged $45 per dog. They raised the price every year a little bit...no problem with that, but last week I got an email from Saige, the owner, saying they needed to speak with us about an increase in price. When I took my dogs in yesterday, I Katie asked me if I got the email on increase, I said yes, how much is the increase? She shocked me by saying the new price would be almost $300!!! WTF!! No thanks. There is nothing special going on here. Just a mediocre dog wash for an exorbitant price. I am willing to pay a fair price for any goods or services I receive, but a dog wash is not worth what they are charging. A great analogy would be an oil change. Would I pay $300 for an oil change? No, it's just an oil change. well this is an average dog wash, and I don't pay double for anything. I have already found two reputable dog groomers to do it for less than half, almost 1/3 of that price, and offer at least an equivalent service. I've been a loyal customer for almost 4 years and that is a slap in the face! And I pay cash and tip 20% every time. Stay away!! I will also let you know that my dogs have routinely spent 3-4 hours at the Fallbrook Pet Parlor. they are in crates for all of that time except the hour that they are being washed. this is a traumatic experience for anyone's dogs. NOT ACCEPTABLE! read more

Took my handsome 110 pound nugget of a pitbull/Dogo mix in today for a nail trim. He's a huge mamas boy and anxious AF. Every other groomer has had to muzzle him because he hates his toes being touched by strangers (wouldn't you?). These amazing ladies were able to trim his nails in about 5 minutes without a muzzle. First time that's been done. Such amazing progress for him, he must have felt super comfortable with them. I could even hear his tail wagging and smacking the wall from the waiting room. So so happy to find such great service for my fur babies at an amazing price!! While both of our dogs are rescues, one of them needs a little extra love and patience when it comes to handling- of course nails are the worst! After losing the nail trim battle at home and with our vet having to use a muzzle we decided to give the pet parlor a try. We haven't looked back since! Every visit we are welcomed with a smile - we can walk in for a nail trim with out waiting!!!! Most importantly though these ladies really know dog behavior and their experience with every temperament shows!! Our Slurp bares teeth and can look pretty intimidating but with extra baby talk and patience from the ladies he's learning that he will survive the toe touching and even be told he's a good boy (even if it wasn't the truest thing). We are now looking forward to trying out their mud pack treatment for shedding dogs!!!Don't wait to try their services- you won't regret it! read more

I have found the best groomer for my fur kids! It is worth the drive to Fallbrook for grooming. We followed Saige from her previous salon a bit hesitant about having to drive to Fallbrook versus around the corner in Temecula, but since it is hard to find a great groomer who loves your pets like they're hers, plus have the cutest pet salon and super clean establishment. I am pleased with the quality of our dogs appearance when we pick them up, variety of cutting techniques with my favorite being the Asian fusion cut, punctuality at the time of pick up they are ready when promised and quality of pet merchandise available. I also love the pet spa treatments! read more

I brought my three dogs (two Italian greyhounds & one full sized greyhound) into the Pet Parlor today for the first time, as I'm new to the area... and I'm SO glad that I did!!! From the moment I called & made my appointment, Briana was extremely friendly & explained the different services to me. When I came in today I was greeted by Briana and another groomer (I didn't catch her name), both girls were very friendly and excited to meet my pups. I could tell that they were in good hands. When I came to pick them up, all three of my dogs were so happy and SO clean!!! They smell amazing, their fur is extremely soft, and all of their nails are perfectly trimmed. I am SO happy with the service I received today and will definitely be back. I highly recommend the Fallbrook Pet Parlor!!! read more

It pains me to write this because I have been going to Saige since she opened Fallbrook Pet Parlor, but she dropped the ball today. My husband had an appointment to take our dog today at 7:45 am, and she was a no-show. I am unsure if she booked early appointments to get everybody in before she left or if she was just being nice and trying to get our dog in before she left, but my husband drove from Murrieta, so it is a pretty long drive to have nobody there. My husband waited until 8:30 am. I left her messages on her Facebook and Instagram pages letting her know he was there waiting, but we got no response. After my husband left to drive back home, I left her a message on her store's voicemail, and it's now noon, and still no response. What hurts the most is that we bought her flowers and a card wishing her good luck on her next journey in life, and we meant so little to her as to not even get a phone call back saying she was sorry for not showing up to our scheduled appointment. read more

I am SO HAPPY Fallbrook Pet Parlor came to Fallbrook. I've been looking for a local groomer and once I tried here I never go anywhere else. Saige is the nicest to our pups! I can tell she really loves animals and treats them with so much love! The shop is clean and well equipped, appointments are easy to make, and they just do a great job for a great price. We have a shih tzu and a chocolate lab who have both enjoyed getting groomed here. They are totally different- our shih tzu had a full cut which turned out beautiful and our lab had a mud treatment to loosen his hair follicles to reduce shedding (his coat came out wonderfully shiny!) And, they donate their services to the local animal rescue. read more

I have nothing but incredible things to say about this place. First off, I have been coming here for the last 8 months or so with my dog, Grunt, who is notoriously bad with places of business involving pet care like vet offices, groomers, even pet stores. He is a rescue and was largely traumatized as a puppy being brought into the San Diego Humane Society (where I worked at the time - I brought him home with me). He has a bad habit of air snapping at strangers who try to pet him. He has done it to nearly everyone except a select few. Previous vets, clinic staff, and groomers were all afraid he was trying to bite them and would ultimately have to muzzle him. This broke my heart because it only reinforced his fear. I'm going to tell you right now that from the get-go, the staff at Fallbrook Pet Parlor treated Grunt as if he had been going there for years. He, of course, was not having it at first and I heard about how he would freak out sometimes, especially with nail trims. But after the compassion and patience of the staff here, Grunt is no longer air snapping at them, he no longer freaks out with nail trims, they have truly gained his trust. As someone who knows how difficult it is to show reactive dogs love and patience, I commend these ladies. I have referred my mom and her French bulldog here and I will continue to refer anyone in the area looking for a pet groom. I love this place and I will be coming here for all my grooming needs for as long as I live in this area. read more
