Wonderful groomer! I can't believe I forgot to do a review I had promised TJ I'd do awhile back now. I guess better late than never. Our fur babies Bruno, our pocket bully, and Rosco, our short-haired domestic tabby, were so clean and happy when TJ returned them to us AND we could tell they were well taken care of/ treated well through their grooming experience! In fact, TJ even kept in touch with us via text throughout their grooming experience! It was so cute, he told us we should be proud of Bruno's behavior as Bruno was a bit resistant but did well in the end. He washed him with a hydrogen peroxide and baking soda mixture before even shampooing him, which shows his attention to detail and care for our dog. We were looking for a new mobile groomer since our groomer had her rates increase. Got in touch with TJ's grooming and he informed us that he was not mobile yet but would be in the coming months and a number to call for questions etc. Called and spoke with him. Told him about our standard poodle, what kind of cut we typically get and that his ears are sensitive to water for him to be aware. Made an appointment for the next day at 12:00pm, got the quote on pricing and was given the address he is currently working out of. Showed up today to the residence at 12:00pm and no one came out. A few minutes later I attempted to text and call that we had arrived. No answer. I waited at the residence for 20+ minutes and called once more and still no response. My mom reached out to him as well and no response. Finally, after waiting I left and still have not gotten any response. Now we still have not received a response and got another message via Yelp with the same information as before and an entirely different phone number. Also our texts on the original number I'm pretty sure aren't even going through now. This whole situation was very strange. I won't be posting pictures of the home but there were beware of dogs signs on the house and many gates up. In addition, I wouldn't be going up to the home as I've never met this person and the front door was not visible from the street. Just wanted to make people aware of what happened to us. *EDIT: no one has mentioned your family, you did. I wouldn't know who is there as I never went up to the door of your home as I said it's not visible from the street and I don't know you. I think people can read your response and see it reflected of your character. He has also called and emailed to try to change this review. Unfortunately, in business you can receive both positive and negative reviews. There would be no reason for us to say you didn't answer as you seemed completely fine and offered us a cheaper rate (that we had searched for) originally. I have evidence that we were there and called and texted the number with no response and that you weren't outside, but I won't be posting that as said as that is personal information. Also, there's mention of beware of dog signs in other reviews, which many people have. No other identifying information. Truthfully, your response to negative reviews does not reflect how I would do business and rectify the situation with a customer but this is your business and you can do as you please.
