We LOVE Claudia!! We started having her come do our pups when our first dog started getting up there in age. He was 15 when she came the first time and we loved how gentle she was with him and being able to just have him go into her trailer in our driveway for his groom. It was really wonderful knowing that we weren't leaving him to be held in a crate waiting for his appointment, then having to wait in another crate for us to pick him up afterwards. Some places gave us a pickup time for 4 hours later!!! With Claudia, our dog is in and out of his haircut in under an hour. Two of our dogs have crossed the rainbow bridge and we have great peace of mind knowing that they didn't spend more of their precious time at a loud grooming salon. As previously mentioned, we used to just have Claudia come out to clean up our senior dogs, but we've since adopted puppies and we can't imagine going back to any other groomer. Not only is it SO convenient to have her come, she does a beautiful job. Our pups always come away smelling amazing, their toenails look perfect (no bleeding quicks ever), and she listens to the type of cut we want. It's a little expensive, but it's so so so worth it. No accountability. Constant rescheduling, no shows and showing up for the wrong time. Today, for example, Matt asked to move my appointment time to 10am, so I did. He then showed up 30 minutes early (while I was out walking the dog waiting for his new time) and then decided to leave and asked me to reschedule. No phone call, no notice. I would NEVER use these jokers again!!!! Response: you were there 30 minutes early! I was never given a window. In fact, I moved my appointment back and hour for you. I really wanted my puppy's first grooming experience to be a positive one. I read lots of reviews and wanted a mobile groomer to make Sandy as comfortable as possible. Claudia seemed like a good fit. Unfortunately our experience was terrible and could have resulted in permanent HARM to my puppy. I didn't want to write a review, but I felt I should warn others of our experience. Background. I have bathed my puppy several times in our bath at home. I blow dry her every time as well, giving her plenty of treats so she doesn't get scared. I trim her nails, clean her ears and check her teeth regularly. I brush her every few days because she's a goldendoodle and can get matted if not cared for well. So when Claudia told me she had mats right when she met her I asked her to show me where because I had just brushed her the other day. She told me she was mistaken, that it was just the way her coat felt. First impression wasn't the best, but I let it slide. Then she picked her up and took her to her grooming table. Thinking back, I should have let Sandy take her time walking into the trailer to help her feel more comfortable. Puppy training 101 right? She did well getting her nails clipped until Claudia clipped her quick! Again, she knew this was my puppy's first experience with being groomed by a groomer. I would expect a good groomer to take their time and try to win a new customer, not rush and traumatize the dog. Next was the bath. Sandy absolutely hated the high pressure water sprayer. She was starting to try to climb out of the tub, so Claudia put a small leash around her neck and clipped it to the side until she was washed and rinsed. Sandy calmed down a little, but then came the high-powered loud blower! Sandy completely flipped out and was pulling left and right to get away. At this point she was now attached to a different clip on the trailer with the leash around her neck. I've never seen my dog so scared ever. It broke my heart, so I went over to the opening at the end of the trailer to try to calm her down. It's a good thing I did because that when I looked at her eyes which were bright red. Then I noticed her tongue: it was BLUE! I immediately told Claudia that Sandy was being STRANGLED. She loosened the leash and turned off the blower. She then made a "harness" out of the leash by putting one of her legs through and around her neck. Her statement after this event was "you're trying to choke yourself". I disagree. She's obviously scared out of her mind and hates the new loud sounds, but a good groomer would have given her a break and at the very least noticed when my puppy was in respiratory distress! Sandy was pretty calm with the hair clipping. But I'm still sick to my stomach when I think about my poor puppy's face while she was being strangled. I worry what would have happened to my five month old girl if I hadn't been right there watching. When the grooming was complete, Claudia charged me full price and kind-of apologized when I gave her the check by saying "I'm sorry about that, no dog has ever passed out on me". Huh? Is that your standard?! I should have stopped the grooming after her tongue turned blue, but I was in shock and just wanted everything to be over as soon as possible. I would not recommend Claudia and I'm highly disappointed in my puppy's first grooming. Now we will have to work harder with Sandy's next grooming to get her to calm down based on her first grooming traumatic experience. read more

Claudia has been to our home twice. She's done a great job both times. She's easy to reach via text. She's responsive. She follows direction well. We've given her specifics for each of our dogs - she does exactly as requested. The dogs are thrilled to be in and out in a reasonable length of time - they're not crated for several hours while waiting for the groomer. Or wearing a bandana when they're done. Instead, she pulls up, we plug in her generator, she takes the dog who's going first to her trailer set-up, does the bathing and grooming, then returns the dog to us at the house. They're so much happier and less stressed. And we have good looking pups. Claudia did an incredible job with all three of our dogs! She gave our corgi a "sani" trim and a deshedding bath and it has made a HUGE difference in the amount of hair we're seeing in our house. Our 14.5 year old golden was way overdue for a groom. Our usual mobile groomer closed down due to Covid, and we have had a very hard time finding someone to come to our home and take care of our boy. After multiple attempts at finding someone, I contacted Bubbles and got a reply Quickly. The owner's husband showed up today and was very kind with our dog, who was definitely matted and also has arthritis, making it a challenge to groom him. I'm busy working a demanding job at home while my 6 year old does distance learning and my boyfriend runs his own business. I had planned to walk our dog before our appointment but got called into a meeting. Matt offered to walk him when I realized I had not been able to. It was a simple gesture that took a little less stress off my shoulders. I have a very anxious Husky and the initial 2 times went well, then Claudia sent her husband and my husky is so matted after his visit. He was anxious which then increased my husky's anxiety. He bathed her first before brushing and then said he could not finish because she was trying to get muzzle off. My husband went out to calm her and him, and help him. My husky came in a matted mess because of him bathing before brushing. I paid the $100 and was willing to pay for a second visit to fix. I have found them to have multiple excuses and delays and cancellations, but this is not right because they left her matted mess.Here are the responsesLet's give it a try and see but I want to give u the heads up. First time using Bubbles. We needed baths for our three dogs, a boxer, a chihuahua, and a dachshund that loves to nip when you cut his nails. I call to make the appointment and she fits us in quickly, even let's me know his nipping isn't an issue. She's busy but asks if she can send her husband to handle it. Fine by me. Anyway today he shows up, promptly at 10, and nice as can be. All 3 of my dogs receive the best bath & nails I've ever had anywhere for them, and he's done with all of them in maybe 90 minutes. He even somehow worked his magic to keep our difficult dachshund in line! We loved the results so much that we are already scheduled for next month.
