Lisa has been super responsive since the first time I contacted them last year through yelp. They do a great job. Full bath, glands, nails, cut is $50. It takes like 3-4 hours. I was SUPER nervous to drop my Willow pup off somewhere i had never been before, with someone i had never met. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted & Willow was off to look like a new pup. Willow is a shih tzu X yorkie mix, who has VERY long, thick hair. I asked her to cut it pretty short, which she did! Two hours later i was told i could come pick willow up. Wow, i definitely left with a new pup & it was great She looked wonderful!! She can actually see now She even came home with a cute bandana & a bow! We will definitely be coming back!! read more

We had a great expereince here. Took our King Charles Spaniel who is definitely not a fan of getting grommed and everytime we have taken him they do a fabulous job and he seems fine. They cut him just as I directed. They also have a great drop off area in the back so I don't even have to get out of the car with my little girl. I found this place by accident while at the Urgent Care next door. I decided to give it a try without checking reviews. I am so happy I did. I used to go to Petsmart and the girl there did a great job but it was so big and my dog had a lot of anxiety. She did much better with this gem of a place and Lisa did a fantastic job grooming her. My dog Bridgette just loves to go to Tails A Waggin. We have been using them since she was a puppy. When we drop her off, she is always so happy to be there. She just Loves Lisa & Denise and practically jumps in their arms. She is always groomed as requested. I especially like the fact that over the years we have had the same 2 groomers, which really get to know your pets. I have so many friends who get different groomers every time they go to the same location. You know what you are going to get...dedicated, educated, loving groomers. It is also nice that if they expect a issue with your pet they will let you know so that you can get Vet care BEFORE it turns into a HUGH issue. Five Stars all the way!!!! read more

I took my dog here for her first hair cut because she gets so hot in the summertime that she just needed to be rid of some of her coat. I took her in and she was terrified, but it was her first time and she was probably afraid of all the other dogs there. I explained what I wanted, the groomer verified that she'd understood, and I left. When I came back for my dog, the cut looked like she almost finished what I wanted, then quit. My dog was so ready to leave that I just paid and left. I wasn't real happy and the hours could be more convenient, but it seemed busy so I guess other people have had good experiences here.
