Wanted to give a much needed update !…read more Shortly after I wrote my previous review my spouse and I decided to just push forward with training and board as our pup was completely out of control and tried snapping at a family member's hand. Our dog came back calm, orderly, and OBEDIENT! After a month long stay and many many wonderful updates multiple times per week we are confident he has made at least a 90% improvement on his bad behaviors and is able to calmly behave not only around us but his reactivity to other dogs has made a tremendous improvement. Shannon and Sierra are STELLAR! I'd also like to mention they did a home drop off for us (since I'm still heavily pregnant) and spent over an HOUR with my husband and I going over all of the new things he has learned + even took a walk with us in the neighborhood to address another issue we had with reactivity. We were left with a sheet of all his new & enforced behaviors to keep track of along with super chewer toys and treats. Excellent, excellent, excellent experience with this team and I highly recommend anyone who needs this service to pull the trigger and go for it! You will not regret your decision!

It was kinda sketch driving up to the area it wasn't clear which building to take my dog into. The buildings didn't seem clean at all. There were tons of dogs barking so much so it was almost impossible to hear what the worker was saying. They also put my dog in a crate right when I arrived. He was so scared he pooped in the crate so the lady got him out to clean it up and her and I almost bonked heads it's a tight space. He was there ALL day! I found that the lady I dropped him off with didn't communicate what kinda haircut he was getting so mid day I called to check on him and they hadn't even started yet the lady who answered the phone asked what kinda Cut we wanted. I was surprised that they made me bring him so early in the morning for an appt if they don't take him right away when I got there. When I came to pick him up he looked adorable they did a great grooming job, he even had a little bandana around his neck. He didn't have a clean smell like I would have imagined after getting a bath but it makes me wonder if they only cut and not bathed him too. Anyways, for the price and the great cut we will likely be back, but I'm not completely convinced that this will be his regular groomer yet.

My girl is under stress daily, she needs patient and understanding groomers. (Backstory: 47 years ago my mom took our pet to CeCe Belle for years. I noticed the sign driving past on Gopher Canyon since we're unhappy with the groomers we've been using, I called them.) They got her in quickly & treated her like a queen! No one's been able to get her nails or outer ears done since our favorite groomer retired 5 years ago. My beloved dog came out smelling fresh, she had a wide smile & obviously loved the gal who bathed her! Jamie & everyone there are professional & efficient while being kind & loving. I appreciate the clear communication. We've decided to switch to boarding with Ce CE Belle after today's great success. They've got big spaces, dedicated staff & plan to keep her walk schedule while she's away from home. I expect high quality service after today's professional groom!

Briefly, our little guy is a new addition to our family and we were seeking a trustworthy, dependable, knowledgeable and kind dogsitter to occasionally watch him. We have never gone outside our family to have someone watch one of our pets. So, we were unsure whether Colean, or anybody (!), could provide the trust and care that we get with other family members. Very quickly, Colean earned our trust. She initially had us visit her house with our dog to see whether he had the right temperament to fit into her pet community. Luckily, our little guy did very well. And, ultimately, we entrusted Colean to watch him overnight on a recent trip. We received continual updates via text throughout the evening and the next morning until we picked him up. We feel fortunate to have someone of Colean's skill, passion and commitment to rely upon.

We've had no out-of-control barking incidents; he can be tethered and remain quiet. He's very good on walks, moving from "heel" to "break" and back to "heel" again. He's very responsive to the "off" command, which we use primarily to keep him off the furniture and out of the kitchen. Last week we had friends over for dinner and after his initial excitement he was a good boy, lying nearby content and chewing on a bone. We even attended the Humane Society Walk for Animals at Kit Carson Park, and with hundreds of dogs and people and non-stop activities, he was again a very well-behaved boy. We are so appreciative of the work that Michelle did with Monty. He is now the dog we always hoped he would be - happy, well-behaved, and living his best life!
