All the reviews I have read for this company speak to integrity however, when my elderly mother called them to have a look at fixing her garage doors, she was given her a quote of nearly 1k. They told her there were no longer parts for the unit. She found the part at Walmart in 15 minutes and it cost her 19 bucks. No integrity here, they take advantage of people. When they were called out on this they didn't charge her for coming. Funny I would be careful about using this company. read more

We have used Fallbrook Overhead Door 's since we moved to Bonsall in 1990. They put our first garage door openers in, and they gave us extra transmitters for our cars. They also put in a coded opener on the outside of the garage and gate. They are great to work with, honest, hard workers, and make sure the job is done right the first time. When I called to book an appointment, they got me an appointment right away and Mark showed up on time, did a fantastic job, and did the job at a fair price. Since then we have had them back to replace lost or broken transmitters, put in a new garage door opener on a rental house we have, and recently they came back to put in a 30-foot-long automatic opener solar sliding gate. Mark has a great crew, they did all our jobs for a fair price, their work was impeccable, and they were very helpful in the design portion of our sliding gate. We are so happy with the gate and it looks amazing! We wouldn't use anyone else, they are BEST! We will continue to use them for all our garage door and gate opener needs. read more

(First review ever written in my life) I feel extremely taken advantage of by Fallbrook over head doors. I partly blame myself for continuing to give them multiple chances to rectify their self proclaimed bad business practices. At the current writing of this I am almost three weeks beyond the date of a garage door install that still has not happened and no contact from the company to discuss the delinquency. When I contracted them to do a small fence job I shifted my schedule to meet the time they scheduled for the install. After a no-show, multiple unanswered calls, and a number of days they called back and apologized. They went on to miss two other dates with no calls, all to come and have 40ft of fence installed. After three weeks (told the job would be 2-days max) the fence was completed. The fence looks fine and the owner (very nice guy) apologized for the bad communication and convinced me to use him for the garage door and install. I agreed and we scheduled a date and after the no-show and now almost three weeks, I feel like I must be the idiot to have put myself through this again. Nice people, but very very bad business acumen. If contractors just do what they say, or communicate to manage expectations it could be a win for all. read more

You wont find a more friendly, professional Garage Door Repair Company than this family owned and operated business. On a Friday evening at 4:00pm, my Roll up Garage Door springs gave way and it came crashing down with a thud. I couldn't even begin to budge it. Our only car was inside and my wife needed it desperately the next day. Also in case of a fire we would be with out transportation. I called and Ann answered the phone. Explaining what had happened, she said she would send Mike out as soon as he finished the job he was one, to help us. Mike took one look, walked over to the door and thrust it up and secured it so I could pull our car out of the garage. He advised that the present spring opening system would need to be rebuilt and the approximate cost, and I was not charged for his service call that evening. Mike returned a few days later, with tools and parts, and within a very reasonable amount of time had the system rebuilt and functioning perfectly. He lubricated strategic parts, and was on his way after a job well done. I am a do it yourself-er, and was impressed with the professional way Mike went about his business. It was quite apparent he knew what to do and how to do it. I have never in my 82 years found a friendlier family business and a technician more skillful, yet understanding. You won't be disappointed if you do business with these folks, they are the "Cream of the Crop" read more
