Bought a nice 2001 Lincoln Navigator that was advertised on AutoTrader. It is great that they offer a FREE viewing of the CARFAX on their website and this is what led me to end up buying this SUV from them. It was priced at the normal NADA price of which I had no problem with as the Navigator was in near new condition inside and out. Do not go to Fallbrook Motors no matter what good reviews you read about it. They are lies probably written by the owners themselves. This is the only review you need to read in regard to this establishment. This is the truth, something the owners of Fallbrook Motors don't believe in. I will post the truth about Fallbrook Motors wherever I can. I found this lot after reading its good reviews, please dont be a fool like I was, and decided to buy a car for my mom and a truck for myself from them. We drove 60 miles from Corona to check it out. When we arrived we were greeted by Rosie who seemed very nice. We decided on pursuing a 1995 Buick Regal for my mom. Then Rosie dissapears and Tim, her husband shows up. He would not budge a cent on the car. I knew it was a bit overpriced from checking kelley blue book car values, but with their 30 day full warranty, I figured it was worth it. When we sat down to do the paperwork the warranty was instantly 50-50. This was suprising but like an idiot I purchased the car for $5107. I gave him $5110 and he literally searched through all of their desks for the exact change. I thought this was pretty cheap. I asked him to fill the gas tank up and he said he would. On the drive home I realized I had little over a quarter tank. Cheap and sleazy.I got home and parked it. 2 days later I noticed two 4 inch oilspots under the motor. My wife called and spoke to Rosie who said bring it back to Fallbrook and they would fix it with no worries of the 50-50 warranty. We were happy for this gesture. We brought the car back the next day and left it for the night. That evening good ole tim calls and says the oil pan gasket was bad and would require about $400 of work which was not covered by the warranty. I was pretty confused that an engine leak is not covered by a powertrain warranty. The next day before we picked it up my mother called and Tim told her it did not have an oil leak at all and never did. He cant keep his lies straight. He thought he could lie to a poor old woman. We showed up to get the car and we were upset. I dont like being lied to.When I confronted Tim about his different stories between him and his wife and the repairs, he got defensive and called me a liar about the car leaking oil and that I was just trying to get a new oilpan gasket. I said why would I waste the gas and time driving 2 cars 60 miles from Corona to get a new oilpan gasket if it wasnt leaking. I said if you would have just told me it wasnt covered under their shotty warranty I wouldnt have wasted my time and gas and stress to bring it back. He refused to even listen to my reasoning and logic. He just kept saying the car was a "hot buy". Its besides the point but I said I knew it was overpriced when I got it, but I paid extra for the warranty and piece of mind, cause Im capable of using kelley blue book. He said that I wasnt smart enough to use use kelley blue book because I wasnt a used car dealer like him. This was very insulting because a 10 year old can use kelley blue book. I dont believe one needs a college degree to sell vehicles or look up there value online. He then said ok if we want, we could unravel the deal and trade it back. We said yes. He seemed suprised and said call back tomorrow. We called back and guess what. He thought long and hard and decided not to take it back. Big suprise. Bottom line. This place is disgustingly slimy. Rosie butters you up and then Tim slimes through the deal. Rosie has no say in anything. Their 50-50 warranty is worthless. Never be enticed by a 50-50 warranty. They are worthless. Tim is an insulting, condescending, lying cheating lowlife. If I can save one person the grief of going to this sorry excuse for a carlot called Fallbrook Motors I will have been done some justice. I have been doing business with Tim and Rosie at Fallbrook Motors for 13 years and will continue to do so for as long as I can drive. My husband and I just returned recently to buy a used truck, and got a very competitive price and are super happy with our purchase. I research in advance what a vehicle I seek is worth and Tim and Rosie are always right on the money with my expectations, and I end up getting more than my money's worth out of each purchase. I'm reading previous reviews on here and know that they must be written by dealership competitors because Tim and Rosie have impeccable integrity and compassion. In this small town you have to be honest to stay in business or everyone would know it---and every time I have been in their dealership I am not the only happy repeat client there. Tim and Rosie did it again!!!! They put a wonderful car in my possession; me and my husband just bought our 2nd car from Fallbrook Motors; 2004 4runner limited after our Tacoma purchase last year!! The car is beautiful inside and out, clean, and at a great price. Tim and Rosie know how to price there vehicles - no haggle, you don't need too. What you are getting from the Redmonds is a quality car that has been inspected by them themselves. They put as much effort and love into finding great cars as if the car were for themselves! I recently got in a car accident and totaled my car - my immediate thought was I just lost a great car - then my husband called Rosie and told her what we wanted, price range, mileage and ideal car and she delivered only a few days later!! It was more than we asked for but at the price we wanted and it was even in the time frame we thought we'd never have - only a few days!!! Just purchased my third car from Fallbrook Motors. The first one I purchased sometime around 2005. Have nothing but nice things to say about Rosie and Tim as they have always been upfront, professional and extremely accommodating. Rosie is a wizard with the loan companies. My wife has also purchased a car from them and so has one of my daughters. Every car purchased there has been properly inspected and I always know I am getting exactly what I'm paying for. On this last purchase when I called and left a message that I was looking for a newer car because I had worn my last one out, it was after hours, Rosie called me back the next day and said "I've got the car you're looking for", she knows I'm a Camry guy. It's nice to have people that I know I can count on especially when it comes to a big purchase like this. I spent 30 seconds giving her the pertinent information and she called me back 15 minutes later and just asked me when I wanted to come test drive it and pick it up. I know I am always going to get the best rate possible as she has always gone to bat for us . If that's not 1st rate service I don't know what it is!! So far so good! I bought a car from them, Mercedez SUV. Great little vehicle. It broke down the next day and they made sure it got fixed. Just a sensor, but caused my life to get tilted for a minute. Tim was a hard negotiator. He knows what he wants to get for a vehicle and gets it. Rosie is sweet as can be. They are honest and try to do good business. But, a used car is just that... used. Thought going to a dealer I would find a good truck ! Not the case here ! 6000 miles after bought the truck here the motor blew up ! Be careful do your research as others who have posted ! Would not recommend this place to anyone . They come off as very nice but in the end just want to sale you a car . Stuck now paying over 7k for motor rebuild . I called let them to let them know what had happened Tim basically said sorry . I asked for if they had any recites for work they had done besides fender damage and did not want to disclose . I owe this review, and have for a too long a time. Fallbrook Motes helped me out of a bad situation. The bank, via an undertrained assistant manager, noted my claimed family income, did not note when I said that my wife made most of it, and did not note that her debts vastly outweighed mine. So he took my debts and our family income and approved me for a car loan, anything up to 35K. So I went shopping. I found a good bargain at Fallbrook. It was more than an hours drive, but looked good. I was impressed about how the internet reviews showed Fallbrook handled some bad situations, and happy that they left those comments stand. When I got there they let me inspect the car as much as I wanted to, they let me test drive it. I found an odd noise. The mechanic took it out and test drove it. He was delightfully aggressive in testing it, and we could hear a strange noise when braking. FM was firm on the price. No bargaining, but no feeling that I had been outbargained by a pro either. I transferred the insurance (and be prepared to do this), and drove it home. And the bank declined the loan. While in Chino I had my mechanic look it over. I found trivia like the license plate light being dead, and other potential problems. The more serious the problem, the more unlikely it was to happen. And the noise was because the machining of the break rotors had ridges in it. And FM was again firm on the price, my mechanic's notes ignored. But they found another bank, and got me the loan (at a higher rate, but by then any loan was a good loan). So I now have the car and am happy with it, all thanks to them. read more

Tim and Rosie were the most helpful and kind people I have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. It was legitimately an enjoyable experience both times I went there. I stopped there on a Saturday shortly after they had closed. Tim and Rosie were still there and Tim showed me around despite being closed. I asked him about a Honda Accord he had and he showed me everything about it and let me take it for a test drive. He then went even further and taught me what to look for when buying a car and what brands are the most dependable. He was absolutely genuine in his advice...not a typical used car salesman. I told them I was interested in the car and ended up buying it one week later. They did a great job cleaning the car up and sold it to me at a fair price. Tim and Rosie really help my family out! My car had over $4000 in damage unexpectedly after a trip from Big Bear, not something we wanted to invest in since the car had been an issue from the start. (Nissan Xterra over heat issue, be careful!) My dad took us over to him since he's boughten two cars from Tim previously. One was a Toyota T100 back in 2005, I believe, that I ended buying off my dad and is still running! Well they helped us entertain the kid and the dog, mind you we never made it home, and were really helpful crunching numbers and trying to work something out for us. The dealership doesn't look or feel like a typical one. It was homie not like the big dealerships that isolate you in a room while they are in the hall trying to make a deal off of you. It's very clean and so we're all the cars. We will always appreciate them and what we did. It was such a stressful day and they helped us relax and get a really great Honda Civic (which I never thought I would get) that I love so much!
