I wouldn't recommend i brought my truck here to get aligned and the first time they couldn't cause I had bad parts so I replaced them and returned again and they said that they couldn't get the alignment done because some bolt were lose and couldn't offer to tighten them down to spec for an extra charge and said he doesn't have time for my vehicle. read more

So I had an appointment to get my motor mount replaced. The man who answers their phones is terrible at communication. I clearly described that it was the front lower and rear lower motor mounts that needed replacement. I opted to replace the front one because I had only so much cash on hand at the time. The guy on the phone thought it sounded like the front right motor mount (even though I clearly described where it was I) so I said ok fine trusting that he knew his motors. I had to wait three days for an appointment (which is fine) and I had to work the day of the appointment so I had some friends drop the car off for me. Instead of calling me and telling me that it was the wrong part and to maybe reschedule they just sent the car back with my friends. When I called later the guy said his mechanic was convinced that it was the rear lower mount that was shot. Based only on revving my engine in reverse (wtf???). I said no the rear one is bad but the front one is shot. You can see by the way the motor rises up in the front only when you rev it in drive. Not to mention I had already looked under the engine and saw that the front lower was shot and the rear lower was bad but not completely shot. I had explained all that the first time I called. They didn't even look under my engine. Nor did they call me to reschedule or order the right parts or do a change order. He just sent my car back with no work done. It was a huge headache and I didn't even get my car fixed. I wouldn't be writing this if they had merely reached out to me and explained the situation and we could have done a change order over the phone. Instead they just made a bunch of assumptions and sent the car back without calling me. That's what really gets me peeved. Terrible customer service and their mechanic was giving me the wrong diagnosis then telling me if I want the right diagnosis they would have to charge me. I didn't need a diagnosis. God these dudes just wouldn't listen. Don't go here. read more
