He was rushing me off. The phone kept interrupting me was not pleasant at all and basically saying that they're not taking any new customers. So be well aware that the shop is not taking any new customers because they are so full with current projects. They are not a business that is essentially open for you to get repairs done. That's it. I was advised to call at a later time in the future to see if that has changed. I'm not sure how that would work because if I need an oil change in the next week or two and they're not taking you customers, am I supposed to hold off for 3 or 5 months from now to call them to see if now they can squeeze me in? Ultimately this is all silly and although they may have positive reviews, very discouraged by the phone call that I just had and I will not be calling this business back in the future to see if they have the bandwidth to work on my vehicle.
