After trying without success to clean the tile and especially the grout (took me days to do a small spot in the kitchen) we had Brian come in. He explained the process and his recommendations, then sat on the floor with my wife and helped pick out a new grout color. When he started he moved all the furniture and rugs (several times) and expertly cleaned the floors and grout. Then colored/sealed the grout. Buffing and cleaning it several times after it dried. It has not looked this good since the house was new! Took about 2 days, would have been faster but the grout color/seal was delivered late. When he finished explained the warranty and how to care for the floor and gave us some cleaner for tough jobs when water or steam did not do the job. I can easily recommend him.

The carpet we ordered was in within 7 to 10 days after we ordered it. The install happened within 2 days after it arrived. Rick and Ricardo the installers were professional and did a fantastic job moving our furniture and installing the new carpet. How wrong we were! It looked terrible and we had to rip it all up. Take it from me, if you want to get Saltillo tile installed, you need to go to an expert like The Tile Press and there aren't two ways about it. Not only did they expertly install the tile--it looks absolutely beautiful and everyone who walks into the house is amazed, even professionals--they also noticed a leak in my wall that the previous contractor had caused through sloppy work. We were able to get it repaired before it did any damage thanks to their attentiveness.
