I hired JC Electric to install a NEMA 14-50 charging outlet at house for Tesla vehicle. Joe with JC…read moreElectric was quick to provide a quote and the actual price stayed within the quoted range. Scheduling was easy and the technician arrived on time. The technician (Raymond) was very friendly and professional. The job did take a while (about 5 hours) but there was no rush. There was some drilling and conduit/PVC required and the end result was what I was hoping for. There was one minor mistake; the wrong size circuit breaker (60amp instead of the necessary 50amp) was installed but I called JC Electric about the issue and Raymond will be returning in the morning to fix (by the time you read this, the issue should be resolved!). As far as pricing, quote from JC Electric was about half the price of competitor and the competitor seemed very unfamiliar with this type of job so I don't think their quote was very accurate either (frankly, the price from competitor was outrageous so I quickly moved on to someone else).

My fiancé worked here for 2 years before they fired him for medical leave. He got into a bad car…read moreaccident and was forced to stay out of work for almost a month. The doctor wanted him to rest longer because he should have died in that car wreck and he still didn't have complete feeling in his dominant hand. My fiancé however was concerned for his job so went back to work a week early. They said everything was fine and he would not be penalized for missing days due to medical issues. Well two weeks later my fiancé found a glass shard stuck in his arm from the wreck so he called out of work to go to urgent care. A month later after missing only ONE day (which was due to a on the job injury) he was fired for EXCESSIVE ABSENCES! No warning. No one sat down and talked to him about ANYTHING. They assured him his medical leave would not affect his job and then turned around and fired him for it. They fired him for something he had no control over and something that almost cost him his life! Over the past year JC Electric has become money hungry and will not be bothered by the wellfare of their employees. They will smile to your face and console you and then turn around and stab you in the back. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!

Exceptional Air Conditioning Repair in Cary - Delta T NC HVAC Saves the Day!…read more I can't say enough good things about Delta T NC HVAC and their air conditioning repair services in Cary! When my 80-plus-year-old mom's AC stopped cooling on a hot June evening (Friday at 5 PM!), I was in a panic. Thankfully, Keith, the owner, personally answered my call--something you don't see often these days. Despite it being late on a Friday, he had a technician out the very next morning to assess the issue. They quickly discovered that the AC was leaking Freon too fast to be repaired and needed to be replaced. The new unit wouldn't arrive until Wednesday, but instead of leaving my mom without AC, they added enough Freon to keep her home comfortable until then. True to their word, first thing Wednesday morning, the Delta T team showed up on time and installed the new AC system that same day--no delays, no excuses, just excellent service. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for their customers make Delta T NC HVAC the best choice for air conditioning repair in Cary. If you need reliable, fast, and expert HVAC service, don't hesitate to call Keith and his team!

Moreover, Chris informed me that our refrigerant looked great.

They came out immediately when I told them about the Carbon Monoxide monitor. They discovered a leak in our old furnace venting system and were able to fix it right away. That's when we called someone else and both contractors agreed that there was a leak because he fried the valve while brazing the pipe.
